We stayed at The Anam in May 2025 for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The resort has a peaceful, elegant atmosphere, and the service throughout was absolutely five-star. Our bedroom was stunning—spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed, and always impeccably clean. One of the things we appreciated most was how often housekeeping came by. Whether we returned from the beach for a quick rest or came back after dinner, the room was always fresh and spotless. It really made us feel pampered. The beach at The Anam is another highlight. It’s unbelievably clean—much cleaner than the nearby beaches we walked to. The sand is soft, the water crystal clear, and it feels incredibly peaceful. Food at the resort is excellent. We loved every restaurant we tried. The breakfast at The Colonial is especially worth mentioning—so much variety, fresh ingredients, and an elegant setting. We also had a wonderful meal at the Beach Club, which offered great service and delicious, well-prepared dishes. What truly made our stay memorable was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and made a real effort to celebrate the fact that we were on our honeymoon. It made everything feel even more meaningful. The day after we arrived was also my birthday, and my husband had asked the team to organize a surprise celebration. Even though it was very last minute, they pulled it off flawlessly and were so thoughtful. It made the day extra special. Overall, The Anam exceeded all our expectations. We’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a romantic, peaceful, high-quality getaway—especially for a honeymoon or special occasion—we can’t recommend The Anam enough.

Stayed at The Anam for 4 days. Beautiful resort, very well maintained. Everywhere is also tidy and service is great with staff being prompt and responsive. Morning buffet has great quality food although selection is a bit limited in comparison some other resorts. If you are looking for quality over quantity, this would be the right place. Reason for giving this resort only 3 stars is because of the mosquitoes!! Our family of 4 kept getting bitten by these mosquitoes, even with our mosquito spray it just didn’t work anymore! It worked on the first day but after that, we got slaughtered. Every time we sat down, we got bitten. Our last night at the resort, the mozzies somehow got in the room and made us lose sleep… Almost couldn’t fault this resort at all however the mosquitoes were everywhere and were like a pest! Would return only if the mosquito problems could be solved. Lastly, when we checked out, we asked for a bottle or glass of water as it was so hot in the lobby, asked twice and was ignored / ‘forgotten’ about. Left a bit of a bad impression…

Our family of 3 stayed at this hotel in Phan Thiet for 2 nights and we found the amenities and room and being near the beach were great. There were 2 very clean pools - one salt, other fresh. Breakfast buffet was free and good. There’s 2 restaurants and tasted great. One was European/italian and the other Vietnamese. Bed super comfy and clean The service was impeccable. Free water in reusable glass bottles, slippers for beach and clean beach. Water super warm and towels for pool and beach

A Second Visit, Just as Wonderful as the First This resort remains an excellent experience, just like my first visit. With plenty of trees throughout the property, the atmosphere feels refreshing and serene. The addition of the sea breeze makes even the outdoor dining area surprisingly cool and comfortable. The rooms, decorated with wooden elements, create a warm and inviting ambiance—cozy but not restrictive or stuffy. However, the biggest downside is the small bathroom, which lacks hooks or racks for hanging clothes, making it inconvenient if you’re sharing the room with someone you’re not too familiar with. Additionally, soundproofing could be improved. The restaurant food was decent, and the breakfast buffet had a more varied selection compared to other places I’ve stayed, which I really appreciated. As for the service, the staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was friendly and eager to assist. A highlight of this visit was the live piano performance in the morning, which added a sophisticated and elegant touch to the atmosphere. Overall, another pleasant stay, and I’d happily return again!

Had a fabulous experience at this hotel. The hotel is stunning, the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate. The staff are very polite and helpful. The restaurants in the hotel serve good food that is more expensive than the surrounding areas but this is expected in a 5 star hotel. We mainly stayed in the hotel resort for relaxation and this suited us. The surrounding area doesn't offer a lot to do and is quite run down but this is nothing to do with the hotel. My only wish would be for this hotel to be adult only. There were quite a few young children at the pool playing and due to the shape of the pool and surrounding buildings the sound amplified and detracted from the peaceful experience.
