Service: 🕴️ The staff: resort was top reviewed on many pages for the service and the service was truly outstanding, staffs were very accommodating and attentive. 🌬️ Spa: love it here, tried the body scrub and was very healing, the lady was very gentle with the organic scrubs and didnt have any recation afterwards. Also had the hair-washing session and love the scents that they used. Very fresh, organic, giving sweet argan oil scents. I really like their hair oil (wish I asked for the brand) 🌟 Special gifts (8/10): (only applicable when you stay in this type of room) We had the tea-set floating table that was brought directly to the room. Was very on time and the staffs were very delicate with setting the table on the swimming pool and food was very nice. Especially the savory ones. They got salmon rolls, creamy seafood tarts, ceviche(?) smth similar to that. Also got the tote organic bag from the resort and a fan as the special gift. Not much and honestly not very surprising. But the tote bag was very cute so 8/10 for the general special gifts that the resort offers Additional: the resort also have other amenities such as entertainment room, gym, and traditional activities and yoga throughout the week. — Honestly, we did look forward to more special service/gifts that the resort can offer since the private suite with the private pool is quite pricey, but not many special services included. However, the service, atmosphere, pool view, a small quiet community here is perfect for ones seek for peace. Would rate the experience for 8/10

Just spent 4 days here and we could not be motr satisfied with our stay. Everything from the lobby area, the two swimming pools, the beautiful layout and environment around, the incredible spa experience, the spacious and beautiful rooms, the food, especially the breakfast which we felt were limitless, and of course the incredible service we received on every level of our stay. We could not be more thankful, and hope to come back many more times in the future. Incredible place! Thank you so much for the excellent service provided to us!

We spent 3 days in the Anam resort. It is a beautiful hotel, designed and decorated with great taste, combining inspiration from the colonial era and more modern references for the outdoor spaces. Room are spacious, well equipped, and with a colonial decoration. This hotel is a great place for a short break : there is enough space around the 2 beautiful pools to get enough privacy and comfort. Last but not least, the service is outstanding. One of our teenagers had a minor injury. The local teams reacted very quickly and efficiently to provide first aid and to find the appropriate medical solution. However, 2 elements to have in mind : western restaurant is pretty expensive and slightly disappointing in terms of choice, contrarily to the Asian restaurant, which we recommend. Mui ne is not the best place for swimming in the sea (more appropriate for kitesurfing)

We recently stayed at The Anam in Mui Ne, and while I have to admit that Mui Ne itself was not our favorite destination (we found few interesting shops and the town felt very oriented towards Russian tourism), the hotel more than made up for it. The Anam is absolutely stunning – beautifully styled down to the smallest detail. Our room was spacious and refined, the pools (including infinity pools) were spotless and inviting, and the whole resort was immaculately maintained. Every moment felt like a true five-star experience – from the evening turndown service to the thoughtful little touches everywhere. The hotel organizes lovely experiences such as a sunset ceremony with drinks, live piano jazz in the evenings, and even classical music with piano and violin in the mornings. The atmosphere created by these details was magical. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special highlight for us was their patience and guidance when we tried hotpot for the very first time – they turned it into a fun and memorable experience. Breakfast was a real treat: a wide variety of fresh, delicious options with something for everyone. Out of our three weeks in Vietnam, this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The combination of beauty, service, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended if you are looking for a true luxury experience in Mui Ne.

Family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers had 2 rooms for 7 nights. Location right on the beach is amazing and makes for a incredible mix of sea and pool. Staff is simply incredible, doing what one would expect for a 5 star, present enough to make our stay pleasant while neutral enough to not mingle in our experience. Rooms are large and kept clean during the day and readied for the night. We had some dinners at the place and although a bit on the more expensive side compared to outside, it's fair price compared to a true 5* hotel, and the quality is noticeable. For example we had grill buffet for ca 30$ / person and you could have oysters, shrimps, beef, sushi and dessert (and a lot more). Breakfast was sufficiently large that even though it was not changed a lot, it had enough variation to keep us interested our whole stay. Coffee and egg Benedict was a hit. We especially liked their live music during breakfast, afternoons and for certain dinners. Subtle and classic. If we ever come back to Vietnam, The Anam is a must.
