This hotel is our favorite place to go in Vietnam to wind down. All the staff is really lovely and helpful. They went above and beyond to check on us as well as immediately fixed any discomfort that we had. We feel really special staying here. We are also very impressed with the attention to details in term of interior design. Beautiful hanging lamps, classy teak wood furniture, mosaic tiles and oil paintings by local artists together with the serene green surrounding; just to name a few. Breakfast spread is with quality and variety. Our dinner and drinks are great also!

TLDR: An Nam Mũi Né shines with beautiful rooms and a stunning beach, but it's their phenomenal service that truly stands out. The staff, especially Quoc and Lanh, went above and beyond, from orchestrating a surprise birthday party to diving into a rainy pool to find a lost earring. Absolutely recommend! Long story: An Nam Mũi Né offers a beautiful and serene escape with comfortable rooms and a stunning beach. However, it's the unparalleled service that makes this hotel truly exceptional. The staff's dedication was evident when we planned a surprise birthday party. Quoc & the restaurant's staff were incredibly supportive, helping us pick a spot and even decorating with us, making the celebration unforgettable. Later, just before leaving, a family member lost a cherished earring. Lanh immediately stepped in to help, promising to search and send it to Saigon if found. Lanh and other staff meticulously searched our rooms and even dove into the pool in the rain to find it, keeping us updated throughout. To our immense relief, it was found! The level of care shown by the An Nam Mũi Né team, particularly Quoc and Lanh, was truly remarkable. They didn't just meet our expectations; they far exceeded them. We wholeheartedly recommend An Nam Mũi Né for its beauty and, most importantly, its outstanding, dedicated team.

The room is well-decorated and furnished. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. I do appreciate the secondary room service and offering of sweets and such in the evening. However, the Wi-Fi was relatively weak and spotty, especially during the day. At best, I could get two bars; sometimes, it drops completely. The bar is cozy and cute, although it can be a bit dull after 10 or 11 pm. I would recommend keeping the pool light on until the bar closes. I also had the opportunity to try the Surf and Turf buffet. Most of the food tasted alright, and the staff were attentive. However, the steak leaves much to be desired.

The check in experiece was ok, and a bit slow. They serve some pink sweat treat made out of dragon fruit which to me is very tasteless. Apart from a very nice breakfast which I rate 9/10, this should be called a luxury boutique hotel rather than a resort. The Anam has limited space for everything as the hotel has less space to the width than to the length . So imagine 20 people scrambled in 1 tiny swimming pool look over a small beach. However, I appreciate the room with nice decoration and warm atmosphere. After check out I don't have a strong desire that I will come back.

We spent 3 nights here at The Anam Mui Ne and it was pleasant. It was weekdays and was not touristy season so most of the time the place was quiet, which was what we needed. We got a lovely room that was direct pool view and partial sea view. So in case you're considering The Anam for your stays, here are some pros and cons according to my own opinion. +Pros: . Staffs are amazing!!! Can-do attitude, smiley, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room service staffs did a great job in keeping our room clean and tidy. Turndown service was also good. . Good and clean facilities. They maintain everything quite well. . Beachfront hotel with a nice clean beach. . Comfortable and spacious room with a good-size balcony and good view. . Big, soft, comfy bed. . Big bathtub. . Free fruit platter replenished once daily (I did not expect that.) . Beach bag, non-la (conical hat) , slippers are provided. . Restaurant food and breakfast are nice. +Cons: . Thin walls!!! We could hear EVERYTHING from the room next door. Maybe the hotel can consider adding some noise cancelling pads or something as it will be very noisy in busy season. . There was a dirty spot (light coffee color) on our bedsheet upon checking in. Staffs were quick to change it right after our complaint and they also apologized but I do hope they check better next time. . Lights in room and surrounding areas were quite dim. We were okay with that because we came there to relax but for those who prefer better lighting, they might find it a bit difficult. . Buffet breakfast was good enough for us but some might feel that it was a bit “lacking of choices”. In sum up, it is a nice hotel and the pros outweigh the cons so The Anam is still our number one choice if we visit Mui Ne again in the future.
