If you are looking for a traditional Bali environment, with lush greenery and Bali custom decor then this hotel will address all those needs. This is their home and they are proud to have you as a customer. The service is exceptional, especially Ita, who is very personal, knowledgeable and is interested in you. The hotel is away from the main beach area, however a short free shuttle or cab ride will get you to the beach walk area within 10 mins. If the beach is not for you the pool is very nice and provides for relaxing scenery. The food is outstanding, the included breakfast is plentiful and it provides for all types of appetites. They had special evenings (Valentine dinner, Balanize night) with included entertainment. The only negative would be the rooms, older. We had an issue with a leaky a/c unit when we checked in, something that should have been noticed prior as there was a large pool of water on the floor, however they accommodated us with a quick room change. I would recommend this place for those looking for a quieter nature Bali style accommodation.

We spent the last three nights before our journey home at the Alantara Hotel, where we booked a one-bedroom pool villa with breakfast included. The villa was beautifully designed, exceptionally spacious, and featured a stunning private pool that made our stay truly special. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, fresh fruit, sweet treats, eggs prepared in every imaginable way, and absolutely outstanding coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with several cafés, spas, and local warungs within easy walking distance. In addition, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the city center and back, which made getting around even easier. Overall, Alantara Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful boutique hotel in gorgeous grounds. Amazingly friendly, helpful and efficient staff who can't do enough for you. Breakfast great and very fresh. Stayed twice on our trip and welcomed back as special guests 😊 A little away from the beach but they provide a shuttle bus and Grab taxis plentiful and very cheap (approx £1). Overall highly recommend.

Such an amazing hotel! The absolute high point was the service from the whole Alantara team. From the minute we checked in to the moment we left they could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Having stayed at many global hotels over the years I can honestly say it was the best service I have received. Lovely room, awesome tropical outdoor areas and pool. I would definitely stay there again. I had the pleasure of visiting the day spa. Beautiful environment including a coy fish pool and lovely decor, with one of the most relaxing massages I have ever received.

What a stunning hotel and amazing staff. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From start to finish the professionalism from all staff and attention to detail was excellent. A big shout out to the welcome we received from Eddie on arrival and to the beautiful Ita who made our experience outstanding, she is a credit to the hotel. We hope to return some Day.
