Just coming to end of our 2 week holiday staying at the Acacia hotel. Rooms are great - super showers comfy beds and cleaned perfectly each day. Breakfast is great and all staff really friendly from cleaning staff to restaurant staff and reception they could not be more friendly and helpful. Only thing I think is a shame is no outside pool or garden- pool inside tho. Overall very happy with hotel and location

Really, one of the good hotels to stay in Goa. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. They have an even balcony for each room with a good 2 seating spaces. All the amenities are available. Lots of food varieties are available in their rooftop restaurant. The staff are really good and well-trained. After checking in within 15 minutes, I got a call from reception to enquire about the convenience

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a rather disappointing experience. The room had multiple issues — the bed made a lot of noise, and there were drainage problems in the bathroom. I reported both concerns to housekeeping, but they couldn’t fix them and were also unable to arrange a room change. Room service was average, but the reception staff were particularly unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. It genuinely felt like they didn’t want to be there. Overall, my stay was below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the room conditions and staff responsiveness.

Location wise excellent and the services provided in this hotel where far better than others compared. Will recommend Mr Chandra k from the reception front desk who help us with his impressive services throughout my stay from 26 September. Always will recommend others this beautiful resort at a prime location like Candolim to my friends family members etc.

The location of the hotel is really good, but that’s probably the only positive thing I can say. The room was quite disappointing — the bedspread, curtains, and even the chairs had visible stains and looked dirty. It didn’t feel clean or well-maintained at all. Breakfast was just average, nothing great in terms of variety or taste. Overall, not worth the price unless they seriously work on cleanliness and upkeep.
