We have been to this place many times, but we only came to eat in the restaurant. And we were always allowed to swim in the pool for free if you are a guest of the restaurant. Today we got into an unpleasant situation. The hotel management hanged themselves very cheaply. We were not warned that the pool (500r per person) and even the parking of the bike (500r per person) became paid. They did not explain all this to us in advance. And they started calling the police when we were leaving the parking lot, and we did not even understand why. The cuisine has become worse. We always took pizza and it was great, but this time it was terrible, the dough was rubbery. And in addition, they spoiled our mood. Bottom line - I do not recommend it if you do not want your vacation to be spoiled

The reception and service was top notch, they allowed early check in and offered to keep our luggage after check out too which showed great hospitality. The staff was cooperative, informed us about the services and discount on spa services too. We took couple spa which was again very professionally done and I would recommend it to people who are looking for genuine Thai, balinese, or any other kind of spa and massage in goa for affordable prices. It's trustworthy and worth every penny to stay and have a relaxed vacation time with the family.

stayed at Acacia Hotel & Spa, Candolim Goa from 12/04/2025 to 14/04/2025 for 2 days with my 2 kids less than 4 years & wife. Location seems good in city center nearby to beach. Rooms are proper to standards, however not much properly equipped with basic needs like bath rope, iron box, Hand/face towel, door mats, food menu, room service/emergency contact details, Hotel broacher/amenities etc. Moreover we faced lots of problem due to frequent power supply failures & also DG also not getting auto starting due to which frequent power supply issues i.e., around 8-10 times each day & that too during our limited room stay period. Kids were very disappointed as there was no kids swimming pool & play park. Also they are adhering to 3 P.M check-in time. I reached Hotel around 1215 P.M with my little kids & bundles of luggage, but the receptionist was not enough keen about to arrange the room as they are strictly adhered to 12 PM checkout policy. They allotted me the room after 1520 hrs that too after repeated requests & quarrel. There check-in time is 1500hrs & checkout is 1200hrs, which is very inconvenient during check-in & also taking 2 hours early departure as normally all hotels follow 1200hrs checkin & 1100hrs checkout in Goa. We liked the Restaurant & food services at the roof-top restaurant., feltonly this part is value for money apart from stay in Hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at The Acacia Hotel & Spa, Goa. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was courteous, and the location is perfect—close to the beach and local spots. The spa service was a great bonus. Definitely worth it for a relaxing getaway!
