I recently stayed at Acacia Morjim, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious and beautifully designed with all modern amenities. I could ask for overall I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, looking for a comfort, luxurious, and hasslefree stay. We will definitely return here.

From the moment I stepped into the stunning property, I knew I was in for a treat. The rooms were tastefully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. But what truly sets the Acacia apart is its exceptional service. The staff was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. From helping me plan my itinerary to surprising me with thoughtful gestures, they truly made me feel like royalty. The spa was another highlight of my stay. The skilled therapists worked their magic, melting away my stress and leaving me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. My stay at Hotel Acacia was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and it’s due to the fraudulent behavior of the staff and the front manager. Not only were they completely unhelpful and rude, but they also tried to overcharge and cheat me, making it clear that this hotel has no respect for its guests. The staff acted like scammers, and when I tried to sort out the issue, the manager refused to listen and defended their dishonest practices. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, they treated me with contempt and acted as if I was the one at fault. This is a hotel that prioritizes greed over customer service, and I strongly warn anyone thinking of staying here to think twice. You deserve a hotel that treats you with respect and operates with integrity — sadly, Hotel Acacia is NOT that place Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s a disgrace to the hospitality .

We have been to this place many times, but we only came to eat in the restaurant. And we were always allowed to swim in the pool for free if you are a guest of the restaurant. Today we got into an unpleasant situation. The hotel management hanged themselves very cheaply. We were not warned that the pool (500r per person) and even the parking of the bike (500r per person) became paid. They did not explain all this to us in advance. And they started calling the police when we were leaving the parking lot, and we did not even understand why. The cuisine has become worse. We always took pizza and it was great, but this time it was terrible, the dough was rubbery. And in addition, they spoiled our mood. Bottom line - I do not recommend it if you do not want your vacation to be spoiled

The reception and service was top notch, they allowed early check in and offered to keep our luggage after check out too which showed great hospitality. The staff was cooperative, informed us about the services and discount on spa services too. We took couple spa which was again very professionally done and I would recommend it to people who are looking for genuine Thai, balinese, or any other kind of spa and massage in goa for affordable prices. It's trustworthy and worth every penny to stay and have a relaxed vacation time with the family.
