We have been to Goa many times,this year we went with TUI direct,we usually get a taxi to the hotel, but this year we used the TUI bus a fantastic experience but not for everyone. On arrival at the acacia in camdolim we were met by the reception team very helpful throughout our 3 week stay, From the general manager,to the room cleaner, it was excellent. I need to give a special mention to the TUI rep SANJAY who could of not do enough for us a very professional person who went beyond what his job entails. Also the catering team were fantastic to many to mention personally, But a very special mention to SYED who went beyond his duty to make our stay most enjoyable, we couldn't praise him enough. All in all the hotel is run very well, and the food and staff are fantastic. See you all next year. GED and Jill.

The best thing about this hotel is the charming and helpful staff who are keen to give their guests the best experience possible! The food and service in the rooftop bar and restaurant is excellent. Guests get a 30% discount on the menu price. The buffet breakfast caters for all tastes, as does the main menu. The rooms are large, have a balcony and are clean. Ask for a quiet room as the hotel is on the busy road. Location good and central. Close to the beach too. Swimming pool is covered and in the Atrium. Overall a good place to stay. Upper mid range hotel.

We have visited this hotel on 1st week of december , it says the hotel is 4 star but apart from ambience the rooms are 2 star quality. The reception people are helpful but I feel the hotel need renovation as it has broken corridor and very old room, and there where spiders and spider’s web . Need proper deep Cleaning hence , literally zero star for house keeping. Have attached photos as well. We have booked for two days hence after requesting they switch us to a better room, bit again the bedsheets are torn and kind off used, cannot expect this from a 4 star hotel. Again have attached photos from proof. After talking to hotel staffs and got to know the housing are under paid and hence the quality & service of housing keeping is very poor.

My kids were in the pool, and there was a dead rat that they spotted.. immediately came out of pool. Management was ok about it... giving useless reasons... basic service lacking but want full amount in advance. Avoid hotel at all costs. Kids are traumatised.. but doing ok.

Just coming to end of our 2 week holiday staying at the Acacia hotel. Rooms are great - super showers comfy beds and cleaned perfectly each day. Breakfast is great and all staff really friendly from cleaning staff to restaurant staff and reception they could not be more friendly and helpful. Only thing I think is a shame is no outside pool or garden- pool inside tho. Overall very happy with hotel and location
