I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! I want to give a special thanks to Iresha, who warmly welcomed me upon arrival – she truly made me feel at home. The service and hospitality throughout my stay were outstanding. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Every detail was taken care of with care and professionalism. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back again. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay, and one of the main reasons was the exceptional service provided by Vicky. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He gave us excellent restaurant recommendations that truly enhanced our experience—we tried places we never would have found on our own, and each one was spot-on. Vicky went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He remembered small details about our plans and always checked in with a genuine interest in how our day was going. His personal touch and professionalism really made our stay feel special and memorable. Thank you, Vicky, for making our trip so enjoyable. You’re a true asset to the hotel!

Had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Jackie, the receptionist, made sure we got the room we wanted with a beautiful view on a higher floor. The pool staff members were very welcoming and always ready to assist, making the experience even better. Housekeeping did an amazing job, cleaning the room multiple times a day. The only downside was the breakfast experience. It wasn’t a buffet but rather a menu-based service, and I found the Arabic cuisine options quite limited. While the food was good, it wasn’t exceptional, so I’d probably skip the breakfast next time. Overall, a great stay with top-notch service, and I’d definitely return!
