Lovely hotel, 3rd time visiting. First visit since change to THB and not disappointed. Stayed in newly refurbished room with excellent facilities and lovely sea view. AI menu and meals are fabulous (as long as you don't want fish & chips and curries!) Lots of choice and all food very fresh and tasty. Great location and lots of choice for food and drink around if that's what you prefer. Definitely recommend for a stress free sunny holiday 😎

Let’s start by the positives first, that hotel is on a great location. Only 15min drive from the airport, and easy drive to any side of the island from it. Quiet location, close to the beach. We’ve had breakfast included, and it is a great addition to the price. Various choices of foods! Whilst I know that “you get what you pay for”, this by no means should be an excuse for having to sleep with bugs in the rooms. We were there for 4 nights, every night on our coming back into the hotel room upon turning the lights on the bugs would be running and hiding behind the fridge or under the bed. With the last night waking up on one of it in our bed. It is gross and disgusting, and I being told that they can’t do nothing about it that the island has them all around! I by no means like to leave negative reviews, or make drama out of it, but hygiene comes first, no matter the price. It is a 4* hotel but the rooms say otherwise. A bit outdated and needing a refurbishment.

5 Stars – Incredible Stay Thanks to the Amazing Staff! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I can’t say enough good things about our stay at THB Hotel in Lanzarote. The location was stunning, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was fresh with plenty of variety — but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. The service staff are the absolute best — warm, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to make sure we were happy and relaxed. From reception to the bar and restaurant team, every interaction felt genuine and kind. It's rare to find such consistently excellent service. The daytime entertainment programme was another highlight, thanks to Rosemary, who brought such great energy and fun to every activity. We took part in air rifle tournaments, darts, and beach bowling — it was so much fun and really added to the overall experience. We honestly didn’t want to leave, and we’ll definitely be returning. It’s an amazing hotel that knows how to make you feel at home while delivering a proper holiday experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved it here. Due to be fully refurbished which had started but we weren't in a refurbished room and I'd pay to go back to the same room 1314. Bed was a bit squeaky but didn't stop us from having a decent sleep, it was clean, rooms cleaned every day, pool was lovely, bit cold to get into but then fine once in. One thing that I found funny was no plugs in kitchenette so we just made a little kitchen elsewhere for the kettle and toaster. We were self catering but husband seen the AI lunch and said it looked lovely but we can't comment on that. Overall we were extremely happy! Staff were brilliant too and couldn't do enough to help

Had a lovely 2-night stay with my girlfriend. Really impressed with the hotel, which is in a great location so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Staff were always friendly and attentive which made us feel safe and comfortable to start enjoying our holiday as soon as we arrived. Great value for money as well, we would definitely return.
