I had an amazing experience at THB El Cid. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with beautiful sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for unwinding after a beach walk. I also loved how clean and well-maintained everything felt throughout the hotel. Overall, THB El Cid offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mallorca!

Whether you’re craving local flavors or international staples, there’s something to satisfy every palate. Dining with a view of the sea was a daily treat. 📍 The location is unbeatable—right on the beachfront, with easy access to Palma and the airport. Perfect for morning walks, sunset views, and exploring the island. 🛏️ One area for improvement: all rooms seem to come with twin beds, which may not suit couples or solo travelers who prefer a queen or king-sized option. It would be great if the hotel offered larger bed configurations for added comfort and flexibility. Overall, THB El Cid delivers a wonderful blend of hospitality, cuisine, and coastal charm. With a small tweak to the room setup, it could be near-perfect.

Great place to start and end your trip. We left to explore the island for several days and came back to end our trip. 1. CLEAN 2. Great Sauna 3. Pool overlooking ocean and people Path - great for people watching 4. Buffets - lots of choices, clean, super service 5. Location - beachfront, supermarket next door, cheap bike and water rentals.

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel. Our seaside room offered an absolutely stunning view. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially a lovely lady (Beatriz) at the reception who made us feel at home. Our room was perfectly cleaned every day. We enjoyed the freshly grilled fishes and the different themed dinners. The hotel offers excellent value for money. We were pleasantly surprised to find that even the cocktails were more reasonably priced than in most of the bars along the seaside promenade. The pool area was cleaned every day. We truly hope to return again in the future.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel El Cid. The location is perfect, right by the sea, and the views were truly beautiful throughout the day. The highlight for me was the breakfast. It offered great variety, fresh products, and a peaceful setting to start the morning. The whole experience was smooth and very enjoyable. I would definitely return.
