The Tamassa all-inclusive programme includes the following:
- Breakfast at Show
- Lunch in the hotel’s restaurants or a picnic basket for guests on excursions (24-hour notice required)
- Dinner at Show (buffet) or Playa (a la carte, for guests staying in Superior Rooms, Ocean Superior Rooms, Tamassa Family Rooms and Family Suites) – the hotel reserves the right to close one restaurant throughout the year
- Guests staying in Tamassa Rooms get a 20% discount at Playa for lunch and dinner (applicable on food only)
- Afternoon tea served every day at B-Bar (3.30pm to 4.30pm)
- Drinks in all restaurants and bars, including soft drinks, tea, coffee, beers, wines, juices, mineral water, cocktails and liquors (until 12 midnight, daily)
- In-room tea and coffee-making facilities
- Minibar, filled with water, juices, soft drinks and beers, refilled once a day
- Beach and poolside service as per the hotel schedule
- 24-hour room service (tray charge applies)
- Yoga and stretching classes
- Access to the fitness centre, sauna, steam room, hydrojet (with supplement) and spa garden (reservation required at the spa, subject to availability at the spa, adults only)

Had the best stay at Tamassa. The resort is lovely with amazing pools, beaches, free activities for the whole family and paid activities also.
But the main reason we will be going back is for the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, we just felt like we settled into the Tamassa community from the first night. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay special, memorable and relaxing.

Good value resort with everything you need for a pleasant beach side stay.
We stayed on a half-board basis and the food was diverse and pretty good.
The staff would benefit from some hospitality training, it feels like nobody really cares about the guests, and the animation team is the most passive I've ever seen.

We had a great weekend at the Tamassa hotel from April 13 to 15. I am grateful to the entire team for the welcome and service that was provided during our stay. The employees of the hotel are well motivated and dedicated to their respective jobs. With the all-inclusive concept, it's a great value for money. The food was good and the service provided at both the front desk and restaurant was exceptional. Mrs. Hemlata deserves a special thank you for making our stay so memorable and for her professionalism. Special thanks to Mr. Siven and his F&B team. Chef Edinho and his assistant Chef Suraj deserve special praise for their dedication. They always ensure that the clients are satisfied with the food and services at the restaurant and at tea time as well. I strongly recommend Tamassa Hotel.

What an amazing holiday, made very relaxing by the helpful staff. From arrival until departure we were taken care of by very friendly staff. We were on the all inclusive package which was awesome, only wish they would consider serving drinks and allowing meals up until you leave on your last day (checkout was at 11am and these privileges unfortunately ended at 12 am and our flight was delayed and therefore we were only collected at 2pm...not the hotel's fault obviously...but would've been nice to have been given a lunch voucher...just a thought).

I recently stayed at Tamassa as a sole traveller over my birthday. The staff and service were incredible throughout. On the day of my birthday, they went the extra mile to make sure I had the best day ever! Room's were big, fitted with everything you'd need. They have 3 pools to choose from so they're not overcrowded. Burger van is to die for!. Only thing I would say is most drinks are not included in the all inclusive package other then that, I'd highly recommend and I will be returning!
