The staff are lovely and extremely attentive . Beautiful location you can walk right out of the hotel and onto the beach. Shopping centre located right down the road as well as Casela parks. Place is safe with security on the beach and a gate house. The hotel will also organise day trips to anywhere on the island with trusted drivers. Would recommend to anyone visiting Mauritius. Few people mention the cleanliness of the beach, the island is prone to cyclones which can obviously effect the beach however the hotel has a staff dedicated to the cleaning of the beach and the gardens of the hotel.

Do not recommend. Stay away.
My stay at the resort was thoroughly unsatisfactory. The food fell far short of basic expectations, and the beach, marred by dirt and an unpleasant odor, was far from enjoyable. The customer service was among the worst I've encountered, with staff lacking attentiveness, professionalism, and basic courtesy, significantly impacting my overall satisfaction. The rooms were old, outdated, and poorly maintained, posing a cleanliness issue.
To compound matters, Receptionist Valerie misled us about charges, revealing a lack of honesty and integrity. Hotel manager Didier attempted to overcharge us by over €400 for a mere three-day stay, an outrageous attempt at deception.
In summary, my experience was marred by subpar food, an unpleasant beach, and abysmal customer service. The neglected rooms only intensified my dissatisfaction, and the dishonest actions of Receptionist Valerie and Manager Didier's attempted overcharging further soured my overall impression.

The location and the view on the beach is just amazing ! Just had my brother's wedding there, and I must say, Pascal has been of real support and it was perfect !

Had such a fantastic experience at this place. Stayed for 4 nights on a half-board basis in one of the garden-view rooms. Service was great; room was beautiful and well kept; house-keeping was on point and no complaints on the food at the breakfast and dinner buffets. Enjoyed swimming at the pool and sunsets by the beach.
The highlight of my experience was getting to play two rounds of golf during my stay; green fees are complementary for hotel guests.
Highly recommend this place as you get exceptional value for money overall. 👌🏿👌🏿

Check-in was rough, didn't get the upgrade that we booked, and waited 2 hours for the room to be ready. Thankfully, the front desk manager rectified the situation and saved the trip. We didn't get the upgrade right away, but he made up for it gracefully. The rest of the stay was relaxing and quiet, and the bay is simply gorgeous. The food was great. Restaurant service could be better, but a few friendly folks made up for it. We personally love smaller and charming hotels, and it didn't disappoint.
