I have nothing bad to say about this place! WOW. My boyfriend and I have just spent a week here for my 21st birthday and it was honestly the best birthday trip I have ever had. The service here is amazing , all the staff are so friendly and accommodating. On arrival they opened our transport doors and took our cases out for us , check in was nice and easy and we felt straight at home. They decorated the room for my birthday and even left a cake for me! They made me feel very special , the food is also brilliant. I like the fact it is a buffet style but you can also choose breakfast options off a menu too like avocado on toast , waffles , etc… so good! The views are also brilliant , and we loved sunbathing on the top floor with the rooftop pool. We were so impressed with this hotel and we would definitely stop again should we be back visiting Dubai.

I helped book this hotel for my parents trip to Dubai as a 60th birthday gift for my dad. My parents have returned from their trip and have had the most wonderful time at this hotel, they explained that the staff were extremely kind and helpful, the service was top notch, the food in the Indian restaurant was excellent, they enjoyed the facilities of the hotel and were happy with their room. They mentioned that the hotel went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable, especially by allowing them a later check out as their flight was later in the night. Thank you Taj for looking after my parents and I will be sure to book them in this hotel again! :)

My first stay at this hotel and it was amazing from the minute we walked into the building.. each staff member displayed excellent customer service. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great views. The food in each restaurant was tasty and the pool was perfect.
We will definitely be coming back.

This hotel has been the best welcome to Dubai for me and my friends! We entered by warm smiles and a beautiful welcome ritual that gave me a sense of peace and blessings for my stay ahead. The staff are very friendly and accommodating kuldeep and priyanka to name a few but each and everyone of them deserves their flowers for the amazing experience e I had. It was my friends birthday and she was greeting into her bedroom with a birthday cake and a beautiful set up in her room. The pool, breakfast and my room were 10/10 I genuinely have no complaints! Thank you to the staff for your amazing work in maki g us feel welcome and at home away from home!

Excellent property though our check in was not smooth. The room booked was not ready. However the initial hiccup was compensated with an upgrade to a suite. Stunning views. Great infinity pool on the top floor. Very good breakfast spread and hospitable staff. A special mention for Monica at the front desk who was most cordial and helpful.
