This is the only hotel I’ve ever left feeling like I owed them something. The whole room was fully smart, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom was almost as spacious as the room itself. Break fast and afternoon tea is something you should try. Great service and an overall smooth experience. Highly recommended! Thanks Monika. Abhishek and Vivek went above and beyond to make our stay special. Abhishek's hospitality was top-notch. His warm smile, attentive nature, and willingness to help with every request made us feel right at home. His kindness and professionalism are a true reflection of the hotel's commitment to excellence. Vivek, the room decorator, added a special touch to our daughter's birthday celebration. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons, making it a memorable surprise for her. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to both Abhishek and Vivek for making our stay so special. Top quality service. They really know how to look after you. Valet service is excellent. Concierge helped with bags. Room was immaculate with lots of little amenities. They have a little bar / cafe area downstairs where they show all the football and other major sports events. They have padel courts. The restaurants on site are also stunning with rooftop views. The breakfast options are great, but quite Indian centric. Had no complaints and would stay here again.

Usually taj is always served with good care. But I was disappointed while staying here. It’s not a family hotel I must say. Nothing much to do around here. There are better properties in Dubai for families. Building is mix of residential and commercial property. they need to work on housekeeping,front desk and many other areas. Being a member of taj and after booking for four nights and two rooms with family of four we were not given adjacent rooms. This was absolutely absurd. After requesting them and informing that since we are family of four kindly give us adjoining rooms as we have booked it for four nights. This is basic understanding in any hotel I suppose. I was given complimentary meal after complaining to front desk manager about problems I was facing with housekeeping and front desk staff. But I was looking for pleasant stay and not wanting to complain about everything. So yes I was disappointed with my over all stay. The reason I have given two stars is only because manager acknowledged my complaint and second star is the view from their restaurants and pool
