Usually taj is always served with good care. But I was disappointed while staying here. It’s not a family hotel I must say. Nothing much to do around here. There are better properties in Dubai for families. Building is mix of residential and commercial property. they need to work on housekeeping,front desk and many other areas. Being a member of taj and after booking for four nights and two rooms with family of four we were not given adjacent rooms. This was absolutely absurd. After requesting them and informing that since we are family of four kindly give us adjoining rooms as we have booked it for four nights. This is basic understanding in any hotel I suppose. I was given complimentary meal after complaining to front desk manager about problems I was facing with housekeeping and front desk staff. But I was looking for pleasant stay and not wanting to complain about everything. So yes I was disappointed with my over all stay. The reason I have given two stars is only because manager acknowledged my complaint and second star is the view from their restaurants and pool

I have spent 5 nights at TAJ Jumeirah Lake Towers and absolutely loved it it. Rooms & service are just on point. I had breakfast included, really enjoyed it, especially the Indian a la carte items and the staff couldn't have been nicer. I can strongly recommed the spa- the massage that I had was just world class!! Only let down - the whole area around the pool is under construction. There was no information on that when I made the booking. Staff did not really care or try to compensate for that in any way when I addressed my disapointment. Their solution- go and pay to access pools at other hotels... Besides that it still makes it on the top of my favourite hotels in Dubai.

Excellent hotel, Spacious and very clean rooms, respectful staff, and great service. Loved the welcome fruits and daily housekeeping. Breakfast was good, though more international options would make it even better. Nice pool, restaurants, and well-organized parking. Highly recommended.

My Hotel Stay Review: 5/5 I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location was also very convenient, close to all major attractions. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the staff — especially Denis.
