My stay at The Taj Exotica Resort & Spa was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful — a perfect escape from the bustle of the city. The entire staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and delivered exceptional customer service and hospitality. Every interaction felt personal and kind. The cleanliness of the hotel stood out as well — from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. You can tell the team truly takes pride in every detail. Not to mention the spa is amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a serene, comfortable, and welcoming stay in Dubai. I look forward to returning!

Our first impression upon check-in wasn’t great — no welcome drinks were offered, nor any refreshing hand or face towels on arrival, which we expected for a resort of this level. The positive part of our check-in experience was the lovely lady at reception, Priti, who kindly walked us to our room and explained the resort facilities in detail — thank you for that. Later, we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice taste chocolates pistachio pieces, and the chocolate cake. beautiful bed decorations arranged by the receptionist & housekeeping, which was a thoughtful touch. The room itself was lovely, spacious, and offered great premium bathroom amenities Molton Brown body wash body lotion conditioner and the shampoo & hand soap bar. great balcony swimming pool and the palm views. However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing and definitely needs improvement, especially considering the nightly rate of around £300. The selection was quite limited — there was only 2 types of freshly squeezed juices orange juice and watermelon juice. no further selections like freshly squeezed pineapple apples detox juice bar, and the tropical fruit choices were minimal (no strawberries, kiwis, passion fruit, blueberries, or raspberries etc).Only tea bags were served instead of loose-leaf tea in pots, and there was no bubbles example sparkling option like Prosecco available at breakfast. The pastry selection was also limited, with no patisserie-level items. No fresh honeycomb offered. Also no Asian food choices like dim sum sushi Chinese and Japanese selections for international hotels chains I was surprised 😦 I had asked for an almond croissant, which wasn’t available at the time — but the restaurant chef personally came to our table and kindly promised to make some for us the next morning, which was such a lovely gesture. 🙏 This morning, we had a wonderful surprise at breakfast — it seems someone must have read our Google review and took the feedback to heart. I’m truly grateful for that. 🙏 The chef baked freshly made almond croissants, and thanks to Ankita and Chef Arjun, our stay felt even more memorable and pleasant, especially with the beautifully presented fresh fruits. 🍽️✨ Overall, a beautiful resort with great staff, but the breakfast experience could be significantly improved to match the premium price and high expectations. I hope the management reviews the feedback and takes it into consideration to make ongoing improvements to the buffet breakfast, ensuring that the quality and standards remain high and reflect those expected of a luxury hotel resort in Dubai’s competitive market. Our lovely surprise for breakfast — the freshly baked almond croissants — unfortunately stopped on our last day (Sunday), which was disappointing as we were really looking forward to having them again. Would I stay here again? Probably not. The breakfast options are quite limited, and there are several other five-star resorts around Jumeirah Beach that offer much better value for money. The location is also not ideal, as it’s situated on the Palm Island and takes around 30 minutes to drive off the Palm.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed not only by the stunning surroundings but by the professionalism and warmth of every staff member. A special thanks to Ms. Ankita at reception and Mr. Richie, the Duty Manager, whose hospitality made our stay truly exceptional. Ms. Priyanka in housekeeping and the attentive beach staff also deserve recognition for their politeness and dedication. This hotel’s excellence is a testament to the hard work and vision of the entire team, especially Ms. Salima, the former Director of Human Resources, whose efforts have clearly shaped the outstanding service culture here. We recently stayed at the Taj Exotica Dubai to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday, and I have to say I was beyond impressed. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make the occasion truly special. Ananya’s communication before and during our stay was outstanding—her personal greeting and attention to every detail made us feel immediately at ease. Together with Pradya, she ensured a smooth check-in and a seamless experience throughout. At breakfast, Nishan elevated the entire experience with his calm and thoughtful service, creating a warm, tranquil atmosphere that made each morning memorable. The property itself is stunning—beautifully designed and perfectly located—but it’s the staff who truly set it apart. Thank you to the entire Taj Exotica team for creating the perfect memory for my wife’s 40th birthday. We will always remember it fondly.

Great stay at a great hotel with outstanding services by a great staff. Palavi at reception was very special in her professionalism, kindness, courtesy and support to me and my family during all our stays at Taj Exitica. She made every step very easy from reservation to making our stay comfortable throughout. Hotel staff at buffet restaurant are all kind and helpful, executive chef Anoop in spite he is on vacation, this time, he was (as usual) very supportive, following our stay and giving directions to his staff to make sure our needs are all met. Sudhir there was very helpful beside Ihab and others. Not sure what more to say as Taj Exotica standout as a very special place to stay. It is home more than hotel, staff make you feel you are within your big family. Thanks million times Taj management and staff.
