My stay at Taj Exotica was truly unforgettable. The hotel combines an elegant atmosphere, exceptional service, and genuine care for its guests. Every detail — from the spacious rooms to the impressive facilities and beautifully designed surroundings — creates a unique sense of comfort and relaxation. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Prateek Barthwal, Assistant Front Office Manager. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm attitude significantly enhanced my experience. He was always ready to help quickly and efficiently, with a smile and a genuine desire to make my stay as pleasant as possible. One statement, if you want to spend good quality time in peace and relaxation, then this is the place you want to be. Here are the pros during our stay: - Stay with family, we booked 2 rooms - Valet is amazing fast, parked our rental car there - We checked in at 11 pm, and there were people there to serve us welcome drink, check was fast and quick - rooms were ready - They even did nice decor in one room due to our anniversary - next morning, breakfast is the best at Palm kitchen - best in class food and service - The pool area is very nice and clean - Grounds and seating areas are plenty - Loved the dinner at their Varq restaurant - We had snacks and tea/coffee at Emperor Lounge - Front desk staff is awesome - Tried the J Wellness Circle spa on the day of leaving and we had an awesome spa experience - Our housekeeping staff was excellent, kept the rooms super clean, and upon calling, they provided everything in a minute - Just one line, if you have not stayed at this Taj Exotica resort, please plan and enjoy. - Super peaceful hotel, they were packed with guests and even had a wedding once but I did not hear any crazy noise

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely perfect! 🎉 The whole team was wonderful, and a very special thank you goes to Danish, who took such amazing care of us and arranged a beautiful birthday surprise during breakfast. 💛 Also, a big thank you to the lovely lady at reception — she was so welcoming and kind, and she offered to take photos of us. The pictures turned out absolutely beautiful, and it made our day even more special. 📸 We came for a daycation/staycation and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel is stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and the service truly exceptional. Thank you to everyone for making this day unforgettable — we left feeling genuinely happy and grateful! 🌞
