A Truly Memorable Stay – Warm Hospitality & Stunning Views From the moment we arrived at Taj Exotica Palm Jumeirah, we were warmly greeted by the staff and instantly felt welcomed. One of the managers even took the time to personally walk us around the hotel and introduce us to the amenities – such a thoughtful and personal touch that made a lasting impression. The swimming pool and private beach are absolutely stunning – beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxation. Our room offered breathtaking views that we’ll never forget. Every detail of our 3-day stay was exceptional, and when it was time to leave, our entire family felt genuinely sad to go. We already miss being there and will definitely return the next time we’re in Dubai. Thank you to the entire team at Taj Exotica for making our stay so special.

We stayed at the Taj Exotica in December 2023 and were initially impressed by the elegance and cleanliness of the property. The hotel is undeniably beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and luxurious interiors that reflect the high standards of the Taj brand. Unfortunately, our overall experience was deeply affected by how we were treated by the management and staff. Even though our stay did not include New Year’s Eve, we were repeatedly pressured to pay for the hotel’s New Year’s party package. No matter where we were on the property—whether in the lobby, dining areas, or simply walking around—we were constantly harassed by staff about this event. It created a persistent sense of discomfort that made it hard to enjoy our time there. We felt as though we were being treated more like a financial obligation than valued guests. This pushy behavior left us feeling unwelcome and uneasy throughout our stay. There was also a strange, negative energy around the place that added to our discomfort—an atmosphere that didn’t align with the luxury and reputation of the hotel. While the physical property is top-tier, the experience was not. We left feeling disappointed and would hesitate to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The resort is truly family-friendly, with plenty of space for kids to play, a great pool area, and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a kid much easier. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, yet relaxed – perfect for families who want both luxury and comfort. Rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and the food at the restaurants was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Taj Exotica to anyone looking for a luxurious family getaway in Dubai.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. This hotel ranks among the best I’ve ever visited. Chef Himanshu and his team are exceptional, always ready to accommodate any request. The entire staff from the reception to the housekeeping has been incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning, so I highly recommend booking your stay now you won’t want to miss out!

Super Excellent This has to be one of the best properties we have stayed at. Everything was perfect from Booking confirmation to Checkout including our very specific dietary requirements. Very well furnished quiet room with a nice sea view Very good attention to detail - as soon as we walked in the buffet restaurant, a card was placed on our table "Palm Kitchen" - and our freshly cooked meals would be served with a smile. When we phoned 'in house dining' - 'room service' even they were aware of our dietary requirements..... All staff properly trained in Hospitality and served with a smile - beyond our expectations We even had a nice surprise during breakfast on last day - really touched I am not naming any names as each staff member had the same serving attitude towards us and we observed all guests
