Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa. The room was spotless thanks to the fabulous cleaning staff. The complimentary shuttle to Dubai Mall was very convenient. All staff members were courteous and helpful, especially the pool team who were outstanding. The food was delicious, and the restaurant service was excellent. Highly recommended!

This was my second stay at Taj Dubai, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a great location in Downtown Dubai, excellent service, and is truly one of the best value options in the area. I would like to especially recognize Saif Khan, Front Desk Manager, who was incredibly welcoming and accommodating during check-in. He was personable, pleasant to deal with, and went above and beyond to ensure my family’s stay was memorable and unforgettable. His genuine care and professionalism truly stood out. The Executive Lounge was another highlight of our stay. The high tea and cocktail hour were consistently amazing, and the entire lounge team provided excellent service throughout our visit. Unfortunately, I did not catch all the names of the individuals who assisted us, but they made the experience memorable for our entire family. A very special thank you to Wapang, who served us several times during our stay and consistently delivered exceptional service. We really connected with him, and his thoughtfulness—leaving behind a note and a gift—was incredibly touching. He truly went above and beyond and deserves special recognition for his outstanding hospitality and genuine care for guests. I would also like to commend the team at the pool area, who were equally attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Although I regret not remembering their names, their excellent customer service and warm approach did not go unnoticed and added greatly to our overall experience. Thank you to all the employees at Taj Dubai for the exceptional service and for making our stay so enjoyable, especially Saif Khan and Wapang. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff are polite and friendly. Khushi was very helpful with our request to be moved to a higher floor. Good service at breakfast. Chef Zaid was always available to assist with my daughter's dietary requirements. The hotel is in a good location and having a shuttle to Dubai Mall is very convenient. Will choose Taj hotels in future.

Staying at Taj Dubai was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty. The check-in process was smooth and warm, and I was welcomed with genuine smiles and refreshing drinks — a lovely touch that set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of Indian elegance and modern luxury, with every corner designed to impress. My room had a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa, and waking up to that skyline every morning felt surreal. The decor was sophisticated, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail — from the fragrance in the room to the quality of the linens — showed Taj’s attention to perfection. Dining was another highlight. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering an incredible range of dishes from international favorites to authentic Indian specialties. Bombay Brasserie and Treehouse were both exceptional — the food, cocktails, and ambiance were beyond expectations. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Every staff member went out of their way to make me feel valued and cared for. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality in such a grand setting. Without a doubt, Taj Dubai is one of the finest hotels in the city — elegant, welcoming, and simply world-class.

We had an exceptional stay at Taj Dubai during our vacation in Dubai. The hospitality truly exceeded our expectations and the team made sure everything felt smooth and effortless from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Khevana, for making us feel like family and for always looking out for our toddler. It meant a lot to us that she took the time to make sure our little one was comfortable and had everything he needed. Abhay, Pawan, and the rest of the team also surprised us with a really sweet card as a keepsake, which we will genuinely treasure. Kudos to the entire Taj team for making it feel like a home away from home. The location is also excellent. It is in Downtown and just minutes from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, which made sightseeing very easy. The free daily shuttle service to and from Dubai Mall was a great convenience and something we ended up using a lot. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for families.
