We had an excellent stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon. The hospitality and service were truly outstanding. The Front Office team – Deeksha ( Perfect Leader to lead team ) , Chitrgupt, Ranjan, Abhirami, Veda, Aakarsh, Abeer , Sakshi , Manisha and Sanika were warm, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the F&B team – Manager Glen & Cullen, Ritika, Ritesh, Divesh, and Swapnil for their attentive service and great dining experience. We were travelling with our baby, and the team went out of their way to ensure that my wife and our baby were made extremely comfortable, which we truly appreciated. The way the staff made our stay so comfortable genuinely makes us want to come back again. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Taj Cidade de Goa – Horizon for two nights in January 2026, and it was a truly lovely experience. The sea view was immaculate—waking up to the ocean each morning was an absolute delight. The food was excellent, with the breakfast buffet standing out for its quality, variety, and taste. While the beach itself was decent, the overall ambience of the property more than made up for it. A special thanks to Mr. Myron, the manager, who genuinely stood out. He seemed like a truly good person at heart and took great care of us throughout our stay, making us feel valued and comfortable. This stay beautifully reflected the warmth and elegance of Taj hospitality. We will definitely visit again—perhaps another Taj property next time—to relive this wonderful experience. Taj Horizon was a premier property with courteous staff and monica clean rooms. We stayed sea view rooms and the view madw our day. The nearest beach however is small and didnt interest us much but we enjoyed the terrace pool, view from our room thoroughly. If you are to stay at hotel and enjoy the view and great food you should stay at this property. The breakfast buffet was delicious, one of the best we had till date.

Excellent Stay ,Truly Memorable Experience! This was our first stay at the property, and it turned out to be one of the most comfortable and memorable stays we’ve ever had. We had originally booked a luxury twin-sharing room, but considering the size of our family, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. This thoughtful and generous gesture truly touched us special thanks to the Taj team and Ms. Aishwarya from the reservations department for making it so seamless. From hotel services to restaurant food and overall ambiance, everything was absolutely top-notch. Not even for a single moment did we feel that anything was lacking. Our only agenda was to relax, enjoy the property, the beach, and the amenities and we were able to do that 100%. The property is stunning, peaceful, and perfect for anyone looking to truly unwind and feel pampered without any disturbance. It is also very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and well rounded experience. Truly worth every moment spent here.

I had a lot of expectations coming into Goa and staying at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon. It’s Taj’s one of the better properties and fairly pricey! In some areas, it exceeded my expectations. Whereas in others, it fell short. Let’s get the good ones first. On the day of my checkin, I had countless special asks for the room. Firm mattress on the bed to an office chair in the room, shoe shining to sheets of paper - Nikita from house-keeping dealt with them all very efficiently and with a smile. Thanks and such services sincerely appreciated. At the BLD for dinner, Glen (restaurant manager) and Suvo and several other staff have been superbly attentive and caring and going beyond to suggest and meet my dietary preferences. I have rarely come across this level of personalised care in a large hotel like this thank you. A few things could’ve been better. I wrote 2 emails, 3-4 days prior to checkin for my need of firm mattress and I didn’t receive any response or a note of confirmation. When I called them and finally reached them after 3 attempts on the day of arrival, they confirmed my special request was being taken care of Why couldn’t they drop in a single line of confirmation? The rooms were good but could have been better. The check-in process could have been handled in front of the reception area, for efficiency reasons. The access to beach is via Heritage property and that’s not very convenient. overall, great stay!
