This is by far the best experience I had in any 5 Star Hotel. Greeted warmly by the Staff and was giving a very good overview of the hotels. Ocean view Room was heavenly, loaded with all modern features. Food was fine with nothing much in Veg Starters, which was a minus. Since its adjecent to Taj Heritage you can enjoy the facilities of a resort while staying in the comfort of a Hotel. It has two very nice nice infinity pools with complimentary Steam and Souna. Also kids play area is very good with a very cheerful staff. I am overall satisfied with the stay.

Best part is you stay in heritage or horizon.. you get access to to both the hotels. Heritage is beach resort while heritage has infinity pool at terrace. One of best resort to to stay with kids. We dint go anywhere in 4 days stay.. everything can be availed from and st hotel. Very friendly staff

My 2nd visit. Located in Dona Paula, this property has a private beach. The area is quiet unlike North Goa. Recently taken over by Taj. The property has 2 wings - Horizon (new, multi-story building, some rooms have sea view, about a km away from beach, no direct access from the building) and Heritage (the old one, rooms with balcony that open up to the sea, few steps and u r on the beach). All good except food. I recall from my last visit as well that food wasn’t tasty and similar experience this time as well. This is rare for a Taj property. If that can be fixed, the stay would be near perfect.

I have stayed in North Goa and in South Goa. This is definitely better than both. Locationwise, bang in the centre. Closer to the activities of North Goa, without the hustle bustle, excellent beach access, lovely swimming pool. Food was just about okay, because i expect better from Taj. Staff is a little slow and relaxed.

The food was horrible. How can a Taj hotel go wrong with food, even kaali daal. The breakfast too was not tasty Stayed there for 2 nights ..6 meals and none were upto the mark.
