We had a wonderful brunch experience at Swissôtel Liwa Restaurant. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was beautiful and very relaxing. Special thanks to Miss Shovana, who provided excellent service and was very attentive throughout our visit. She truly made us feel welcome. We were also pleasantly surprised by the birthday cake they prepared for my husband—it was such a thoughtful gesture and made his birthday even more special. Thank you so much to the entire team. Highly recommended!

Our staycation was excellent! Breakfast and lunch buffet spread was fantastic. We even tried the spa and the service was excellent Issaco, Anusta and Bindu were amazing, we felt rejuvenated and relaxed after the whole session! At the front office Damien was superb we had a breezy check-in, thank you for accommodating our requests. At the Liwa restaurant thank you for the service, we loved the food! The wonderful lady at the reception sorry I do not remember uyour name, and also special mentions to Abdula and Satyan, for extending care and attention to detail!

We came to Yasmine Lounge to celebrate my birthday. The food is super delicious, the environment is pretty nice and quiet, the service is top notch. Special thanks to Sangita who is very kind, friendly, always smiling and willing to assist. We had a precious celebration in here. Hope we'll get back soon.

First stay at the Swissôtel and I am delighted. Everything was perfect. All the staff are pleasant, smiling and attentive. The check-in is done very quickly, we take care of our luggage, we have nothing to do. The hotel reception is incredibly beautiful. The rooms are bright, very spacious and clean, with all accessories and comfort. The spa is also beautiful, I didn’t go to the gym, but the pool is very good, and the deckchairs are comfortable. Monalisa and Limon our housekeepers (15th floor) who work quickly and efficiently while remaining discreet and smiling, Mr. Khaled and Amanda always looking after each other at the restaurant for breakfast, Jufeboy and Sathyam already knew our habits and anticipated them for our dinners. I thank all these people for their warm welcome and smiles during our stay. The reception staff are also responsive to our requests. I have no comments to make about the staff, only compliments. I would just like to draw your attention to the gentleman who works during the day, outside at the hotel entrance (often in a blue suit) to force us to take "VIP" taxis. He does not wear the uniform of the hotel doormen or baggage handlers. His behavior is not worthy of the hotel, his attitude is not professional at all, it is similar to forced selling, at each exit to take a taxi, turned into justification on the fact that I wanted to take a "normal" taxi and it is very unpleasant. I was taking another exit into the mall to avoid it. My only negative point, but I don’t think he is part of the hotel staff.
