We had a great time at the hotel and enjoyed using both the swimming pool at the hotel and the one at the apartment. The facilities were fantastic, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. However, one downside was the key card system. We had to go to reception multiple times to get them replaced. In just two days, we ended up changing them about five times, which became a bit inconvenient. But overall, despite this small issue, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely consider coming back!

"My stay at this hotel has been truly wonderful. The service, facilities, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. The room was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and the amenities made the stay luxurious. Breakfast and dining were excellent, and every staff member I interacted with was professional and welcoming. A special mention goes to Mr Diab at checkout, who made the departure process smooth and pleasant. Their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency left a lasting positive impression and perfectly concluded a five-star experience. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

This is my second time visit at Swissôtel Al Ghurair and each time was memorable. The food is great and very delicious and staff at the restaurant are all fantastic and hospitality with great service, especially Mr Win along with other staff. Overall, great experience and would stay here over again. James and tanveer where extremely help above and beyond took stress of moving of of our back

I had a wonderful dining experience at Liwan Restaurant. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the impeccable service. Zin, our customer service representative, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Her warm demeanor and keen attention to detail made us feel truly valued as guests. Highly recommend Liwan Restaurant — especially if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Zin. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel—clean rooms, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. A special mention goes to sangria from Yasmin Lounge, She was very fantastic! She greeted us with a smile every morning and made the best coffee. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. She made our mornings extra special!
