We had a wonderful brunch experience at Swissôtel Liwa Restaurant. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was beautiful and very relaxing. Special thanks to Miss Shovana, who provided excellent service and was very attentive throughout our visit. She truly made us feel welcome. We were also pleasantly surprised by the birthday cake they prepared for my husband—it was such a thoughtful gesture and made his birthday even more special. Thank you so much to the entire team. I had the opportunity to stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair in Dubai during the summer of 2024, and it was a very pleasant experience. It was my first time staying in a hotel of this kind—being directly connected to a shopping mall—and I truly enjoyed it. The convenience was unmatched, especially for running errands or doing last-minute shopping at any time of the day. I stayed there with my family, and we booked an apartment that was exceptionally spacious, making it ideal for a family stay. The apartment was comfortable and well suited for longer stays. The breakfast was very enjoyable, offering a good variety in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. During our stay, my son unfortunately got injured, and I would like to highlight how professional, and supportive the hotel staff were. They assisted us immediately and efficiently arranged for an ambulance, which was very reassuring in such a stressful moment. Their responsiveness truly made a difference. The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to numerous restaurants and shops, both inside the mall and in the surrounding area. Overall, the combination of comfort, space, convenience, and attentive service made our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Al Ghurair Hotel, especially for families or travelers looking for practicality without compromising on comfort.

Our stay at your hotel was a wonderful experience. The variety and quality of the dinner were excellent. Your staff were especially attentive and helpful. We would also like to thank Ms. Eaint in particular for taking care of us. She is very friendly and clearly does her job with passion and dedication.

We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment, rooms were spacious and very quiet, also well decorated. There is shopping mall on lower floors. The only strange thing happened during our stay; the lifts stopped working for 2 hours and i tried to go down from 8 th floor using the fire exit stairs, but could not, as the exit is confusing and end up in a lobby with no exit at all. I personally think in case of fire these apartments are very risky from exiting point of view
