Dear Swissôtel Team, We had a fantastic 6-night stay at Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair with our family and kids. The location was perfect, close to shopping and attractions, and the spacious family suite was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The service was exceptional—staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to our children's needs. The pool was a highlight for the kids, and the on-site dining options suited all ages. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Excellent Stay at Swissôtel Dubai – A Truly Wonderful Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swissôtel in Dubai, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately noticed how beautifully maintained and modern the hotel is. My room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with every amenity I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was pristine, and all the facilities worked perfectly. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay — everything was always perfectly arranged and fresh. I’d like to give special mention to Yogesh, one of the housekeeping staff members. He was exceptionally attentive, polite, and always had a warm smile. His dedication and attention to detail truly made a difference in my experience. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such genuine pride in their work, and Yogesh’s thoughtful service stood out every single day. The hotel’s overall atmosphere is elegant yet relaxing, and the service is consistently top-notch. Whether it was room service, the front desk, or the dining area, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Over my many visits to your hotel, I have often ordered eggs prepared in custom styles (with spice, different preparations, etc.). Every time I approached Chef Nyi Nyi, he would greet me warmly, ask precisely how I wanted the dish, and then deliver it exactly that way — even during his busiest periods. His speed, consistency, talent, and gracious attitude never fail to impress me. He consistently goes above and beyond to satisfy guests like me — and he deserves recognition for that. Equally, Ms. Raiza’s service as a waitress has been exceptional. She is fast, attentive, anticipates needs (almost like a mind reader), and always carries herself with efficiency and kindness. Her ability to serve every guest with professionalism and warmth is truly commendable. These two individuals reflect the highest standards of hospitality — not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them with genuine care and commitment. We had a wonderful stay at Al Ghurair Living Hotel Apartments. From the moment we arrived, the staff made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Special thanks to Alyssa from Reception who was extremely helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and warm hospitality truly made a difference. We would also like to thank Romeo from Housekeeping for his friendly attitude and excellent service. He was always ready to assist us with our needs and maintained our apartment perfectly throughout our stay. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we truly appreciate the efforts of the team. I stayed at Swissôtel Al Ghurair recently, and my experience was pretty average overall — not terrible, but not great either. The location is definitely a plus; it’s right next to Al Ghurair Mall and close to the metro, so getting around Dubai was really easy. The lobby and common areas look nice, and the rooms are quite spacious and clean, which I appreciated. However, the hotel feels a bit dated in some areas, and the service was hit-or-miss. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, while others seemed distracted or uninterested. I also noticed that housekeeping wasn’t always consistent — some days everything was restocked properly, other days small things were missed. Breakfast was just okay. The food was fine, but the area got crowded and items ran out quickly without being replaced. I think they could do a better job keeping things organized during busy times. The pool and gym were decent, but nothing special. Overall, I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars. It’s a decent hotel in a good location with comfortable rooms, but the service and attention to detail need improvement. With a bit more effort and care, it could easily be a four-star experience. For now, it’s just average — good enough for a short stay, but not somewhere I’d rush back to.
