My stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair was truly pleasant and memorable. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, elegance, and convenience, especially with its excellent location connected to Al Ghurair Centre. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. I particularly enjoyed the quality of service and the overall ambiance of the hotel, which made both leisure and relaxation effortless. Overall, Swissôtel Al Ghurair delivered a wonderful experience, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a great location.

I would like to give special thanks to the entire staff, and especially to the Reservation Manager, Mr. Huni. From our first interaction, I could already feel his passion for customer service. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. Because of him and the amazing team, our stay was smooth, pleasant, and memorable. Me and my team went for the buffet lunch in Liwan. The experience was wonderful. Food was beyond delicious and the price is a steal at AED 79. We were warmly welcomed by the Karen and received amazing service from Bethel and Ye Phone. This is definitely a wonderful and relaxing place to come. The music selection is suitable for the festive atmosphere.

First time, for the Christmas Eve dinner at the Liwan Restaurant with my family. I love the vibe! Was blown away by the live band. i love the food, (my favorite is the cheese bar haha) just wish i had more time to eat (and space in our stomach 🤣) My dad keeps going for the cheesebar & the smoked herring. My mom has certain food restrictions but there were food accomodating for her diet. My aunt loves meat, lamb chops were hella good! I want to personally thank Deki for being so helpful! Thanks to every staff that has been very attentive to us. 🥰
