I had the opportunity to stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair in Dubai during the summer of 2024, and it was a very pleasant experience. It was my first time staying in a hotel of this kind—being directly connected to a shopping mall—and I truly enjoyed it. The convenience was unmatched, especially for running errands or doing last-minute shopping at any time of the day. I stayed there with my family, and we booked an apartment that was exceptionally spacious, making it ideal for a family stay. The apartment was comfortable and well suited for longer stays. The breakfast was very enjoyable, offering a good variety in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. During our stay, my son unfortunately got injured, and I would like to highlight how professional, and supportive the hotel staff were. They assisted us immediately and efficiently arranged for an ambulance, which was very reassuring in such a stressful moment. Their responsiveness truly made a difference. The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to numerous restaurants and shops, both inside the mall and in the surrounding area. Overall, the combination of comfort, space, convenience, and attentive service made our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Al Ghurair Hotel, especially for families or travelers looking for practicality without compromising on comfort.

I had an amazing experience here, the rooms are clean, breakfast is top notch and it was made easy with one of the staff named “Win”. He made sure we were comfortable and served well. The swimming pool is warm and clean, the gym area has equipments for both beginners and amateur. Overall, this place is best for family or solo trips because it has apartment area and hotel so you fer to choose.

Me and my team went for the buffet lunch in Liwan. The experience was wonderful. Food was beyond delicious and the price is a steal at AED 79. We were warmly welcomed by the Karen and received amazing service from Bethel and Ye Phone. This is definitely a wonderful and relaxing place to come. The music selection is suitable for the festive atmosphere.

Win was a lovely member of staff who helped serve us breakfast at 10:55 AM when it was closing at 11:00 AM. He helped to get us everything we needed within 5 minutes which included making hot drinks for us and reserving a table for us quite fast. We are highly impressed with the staff at this hotel. His service was excellent.
