I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a big part of that was because of Hnin. She is truly a great person and an outstanding staff member. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, polite, and genuinely kind. She handled everything professionally while still making me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. What stood out most was her positive attitude and willingness to help with anything I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and sincerity. The hotel is lucky to have someone like Hnin on their team. We had a wonderful brunch experience at Swissôtel Liwa Restaurant. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was beautiful and very relaxing. Special thanks to Miss Shovana, who provided excellent service and was very attentive throughout our visit. She truly made us feel welcome. We were also pleasantly surprised by the birthday cake they prepared for my husband—it was such a thoughtful gesture and made his birthday even more special. Thank you so much to the entire team. I tried the Iftar buffet at Liwan Restaurant (L Floor), and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hospitality, food, and beverages were all excellent. Special thanks to Ms. Eight, who was extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant also features a beautiful balcony where you can relax and enjoy the breeze. I strongly recommend it.
