We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were a group of 12 with multiple rooms. The checking process was a little complicated since our group was split and then delayed due to the storms. Wassim was our checking agent and I cannot even begin to describe how patient he was with us. He helped us get the right rooms for the right days and figure breakfast out. We came down MULTIPLE times that day to fix our reservations and he was kind and patient with us every single time. Simply amazing. The hotel is super clean with friendly staff and amazing food. It is close to everything. I would definitely recommend!

Good morning, for the first time and I see the hotel of Raddison is nice when I enter the crew the staff is nice very helpful for all customers. Sorry but I'll never taste the food and also never check in that hotel just go inside for buying the some of bag's etc.because before have a store the downstairs only that time.the location is good for all walking outside people. Thank you for welcoming me inside your hotel

The hotel is well located with a great breakfast buffet. Rooms are spotlessly cleaned and we had an amazing experience especially at the front desk with Mr. Wasshim. His customer service skills were outstanding, he was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He made our trip even more memorable and he is an asset to your hotel. Will definitely come back again just for the great service from Mr Wasshim!!! Strongly recommend and if you are coming with family you will love it!!

Amazing environment, service staff very educated and humble. I prefer to all, for your delight occasion should we take service from this place.

Had an amazing stay here. I have been coming to Deira for a few days whenever I'm in Dubai from NYC for real, local culture at Rigga Night Market. Swissôtel surpassed expectations, had amazing rooms, breakfast, service and staff. I would especially like to thank Mahmud and Julius for their care, kindness and attentiveness to my needs during my visit. I came with my parents who were so grateful for their care and hospitality in making our visit comfortable! :)
