Our recent stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair was an absolute delight, providing the perfect blend of comfort, spacious amenities, and genuinely warm hospitality. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of, making our trip truly memorable. ​The hotel is a genuinely good place to stay, and the accommodations were pristine and incredibly spacious. We especially appreciated the generous size of the room, which was beautifully decorated and offered a fantastic view of the vibrant Deira neighborhood. The housekeeping staff kept everything immaculate, ensuring a relaxing and restful environment after long days out exploring. ​While the hotel itself is top-notch, the true standout of our experience was the staff. In particular, we want to give a massive shoutout to Raiza. Raiza went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely accommodating, helping us promptly with our various requests, including our flexible check-out request. Her positive attitude and proactive approach made a significant difference to our entire stay. ​Service like Raiza's is what elevates a good hotel experience to an excellent one. I recently visited Liwan and had a wonderful experience. The buffet offered everything tasted very fresh. The food stations were continuously refilled and well-presented, which made the whole dining experience really enjoyable. The hotel, the service, the reception everything was perfect. Everything was delivered and brought to you very fast. Very kind, gentle and clean. The breakfast was fine. I had better elsewhere but it was fine. The location of the hotel was also very good . Easy access to everything abd everywhere. To put in a nutshell, i will surely visit this hotel again for sure.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Hnin and Soraya were incredibly helpful during both check-in and check-out. They greeted me with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Their professionalism and kindness truly enhanced my stay. Highly recommend!

This was our third stay at the hotel, as we have always appreciated its good location within the mall and the warmth of the staff. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of expectations and we noticed a significant drop in standards. Check-in was unpleasant. We arrived early at 2:30am, having paid in advance and arranged with the reservations team for an early check-in, but were still asked to wait until the time we had notified them, despite the room already being ready. The manager, Saber, was unhelpful and even rude to another guest waiting behind us. Room cleanliness was disappointing. The comforter had black stains, and staff admitted it was an old comforter that should not have been used. Although they apologised, this should not happen in a hotel of this standard. Breakfast service was poorly managed. At around 9:20am on the first morning, the crowd was average, yet tables were not cleared promptly and only two staff were available on the floor. There was no manager supervising the area. We only saw a manager briefly on the third morning. The fourth morning was slightly better managed, and on the last day one staff member on the floor was particularly helpful. Overall, despite this being our third stay, the service and quality have dropped noticeably. We hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the guest experience.
