We had the pleasure of dining at the Swisstol Hotel restaurant today, and it was a great experience. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful. Every dish we tried was served with attention to detail and quality. The ambiance was comfortable, and the staff were courteous and attentive. Overall, a satisfying dining experience — definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Our 4 day family stay with the hotel was very good. the rooms are very spacious and clean. house keeping is very good. the facilities in the hotel was great such as the pool, gym and the salon. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall which was great. the breakfast was also good, with much variety to choose. The only thing which they need to improve is doing a quick service at the breakfast buffet. when its crowded i felt that they are short of staff and is unable to manage and coup up. Anyway overall it was a very good stay.

Good room (1523) with a comfortable bed an separate sitting area with couch and working desk. Safe and minibar (empty) available. Dependable WiFi for my connection with the office and attending digital meeting. The staff is friendly, but this hotel really is short of staff. Three examples. 1. Upon arrival I had already finished an online check-in. I went to the priority desk, but no one was there. There were two people at the regular desk, but they were checking in an entire airline crew and that took time. After ten minutes I finally got some attention and the man checking me in told me that the person at the priority desk was on a break. Of course someone must be able to go on a break, but if you do not replace him/her during that break, than you will have no one to check in your Platinum members at a designated desk. So, what is the use of having a priority desk then? 2. The hotel doesn’t have an Executive Lounge, but Platinum loyality members can go to the Yasmine Lounge in the lobby for a complementary drink and some snacks/food between 2 and 4 pm and between 6 and 8 pm. But when I came down to the Yasmine Lounge, there was no member of staff available. She came after fifteen minutes and apologized and told me that she also had to prepare an Iftar budget. Since no person can be at two places at the same time, this to is a staffing problem. And having a drink and some food during Ramadan in an open lobby instead of in a closed lounge felt a bit disrepectful to fasting people as well, so I only visited Yasmine after Iftar. 3. The hotel serves a great breakfast, but around 8:30 am the breakfast restaurant is full. And there were only three members of staff cleaning the tables, so the leftovers of previous guests remained at the table for a long time. Only one lady at the egg station and although she worked with efficiency, there was quite a queue. And there was spoilt food on the floor, but no staff to clean it up. It remained on the floor for the thirty minutes it took me to finish my breakfast. So, again not enough staff. Now, maybe I was spoiled, because the week before my stay here, I stayed at the Swissôtel Al Murooj and there was so much staff there that, if dropped something, it was already replaced before you had noticed. And in the Executive Lounge a ratio of two staff member for three guests. So, maybe the Al Ghurair can borrow some staff from the Al Murooj?😁 So, this is a great luxurious hotel with a wonderful restaurant, swimming pool and gym. The location only a six minute walk away from the Union Metro Station and only four stops from the airport is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, but completely rushed of their feet and in need of more colleagues. Overall, still a great stay for the price paid.

I would especially like to thank the reception manager, Alyssa Nicole, for her exceptional help and professionalism. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including local specialties. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to the airport and Malls. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely return and recommend it to others!"

My dining experience at Liwan was superb. I get to taste delicious meals with such an attentive care from every staff especially Linn. I thank him for making one of my meals in Dubai special. I hope everyone will have amazing memory just like me. Thank you.
