Our 4 day family stay with the hotel was very good. the rooms are very spacious and clean. house keeping is very good. the facilities in the hotel was great such as the pool, gym and the salon. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall which was great. the breakfast was also good, with much variety to choose. The only thing which they need to improve is doing a quick service at the breakfast buffet. when its crowded i felt that they are short of staff and is unable to manage and coup up. Anyway overall it was a very good stay.

Loved it. The room was beautiful and spacious too. Staff was really polite and courteous. Hotel is at great location, just next to Union Metro Station, which provides connectivity to whole Dubai. Pool is nice. One thing which I think they might have to work on is that they should try including more Indian dishes in their breakfast menu. Less options for vegetarians . However the service at the restaurent was good. Since being Indian vegetarian, I was struggling to find options to eat, but they arranged some aloo paneer paranths specially for us. Overall a nice nice stay.

I recently visited Liwan Restaurant at Al Ghurair to celebrate my boyfriend's 25th birthday, and we had a wonderful time. The food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance was cozy, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion. Even though I forgot to inform them about the birthday a day in advance, they still surprised us with a complimentary cake, which was a lovely touch. A big thank you to Raiza and Zin for being so attentive and thoughtful.. they truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxed, enjoyable meal. 💗 We will surely visit again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would especially like to thank the reception manager, Alyssa Nicole, for her exceptional help and professionalism. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including local specialties. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to the airport and Malls. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely return and recommend it to others!"

We ate at Liwan for Easter Brunch. This is probably the third time we've visited for their holiday brunches, as it's very family-friendly and they have many activities for children. The food is reliably good, and is a great value, although the selection this time seems to be a bit smaller than during our previous visits. Can't complain about the service, though. Thank you, Raiza!
