  • Option of buffet lunch at Pebbles Restaurant (1pm to 3pm), buffet lunch at Waves Restaurant (1pm to 5pm) or a la carte lunch at Marina Restaurant (3pm to 5pm)
  • Ice cream served at Waves Restaurant (11am to 12noon and 3pm to 4pm)

The hotel needs to offer trainings to their staff. The reception staff we encountered was very rude and unprofessional. Room was ok, the AC did not work at all. Barely any cool air came out. Cleaner did not clean the hair in the shower drain, so the water did not flow well. The water pressure was also bad. Food was not good, not as much variety too. The best food was the hot dog in the snack bar (at the end of the beach). The seafood restaurant was also very good in quality.

Resort is very nice ,food is amaizing ,but our room was dirty in the sense that the bed is made up and the trash is thrown away, they throw in towels and that's all. The room is not vacuumed even once during the stay, all the windows are dirty as well as the mirrors. They don't put toilet paper even though there is none, the water pressure in the shower is very weak, the water leaks when I flush the toilet. The biggest complaint is these guys who go to the beach and the pool and recruit people for spa and massages. They are annoying, aggressive, I can't relax from them. They walk right into me and insist that I book a massage. There are no sunbeds on the beach if you come at 11.

The Hotel and Staff are very nice, rooms are very clean, but only one criticism that I have. I have booked an all inclusive with an agent for two weeks and I had a week on the Nile and a week in the hotel. But today is our last day and although we had to vacate the room by 12pm and sadly our flight is not till 10pm tonight. They were very quick to remove our wristband and told us that after lunch we were not allowed to have anything unless we pay for it. I did try and explain that I had paid for full package and it is not our fault that we have a late flight but a bit unfair of them to ban us from the use of the facilities as we have no choice but to wait till we are collected by the reps. Attitude was not very welcoming sadly, so be careful when you book to stay here.

Our stay at Swiss Inn Resort was amazing from start to finish! The resort is stunning, with beautiful gardens, a clean private beach, and great pools. The staff truly stood out – they were always friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh and varied, with plenty of options to satisfy everyone. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had an incredible view of the Red Sea. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend Swiss Inn Resort to anyone visiting Hurghada. We’re already planning to come back!

Lovely hotel, suitable for both grown ups and families with kids. All personnel helpful and obliging. Special mention for Lebanese restaurant personnel. The Animation Team quickly became our favourite attraction in the hotel: three daily sets of activities, joyful persons, really entartaining.
