We had a brilliant holiday at Sunwing Fañabé in Tenerife. As a family of three, we stayed in the Royal Suite and were really impressed with the size and comfort. The room was spotless and had everything we needed – a fridge, cooking facilities, a big shower, and a massive sun-facing balcony that was perfect for relaxing. The bed was large and super comfy too! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the kids’ club was a great bonus – especially handy if you want a couple of hours to yourself. Just a heads-up that it only runs Monday to Friday. The on-site gym was also surprisingly well-equipped for a hotel, which was a nice touch. We upgraded to all-inclusive and it was definitely worth it. For €50 a day for me (kids were free), the food was great, especially for a buffet. Lots of variety and good quality – breakfast had a wide selection including both English and Spanish options, which was a nice touch (and the bacon was spot on!). There's a supermarket on-site which was very convenient and reasonably priced, and the hotel’s location is ideal – just a short walk to the beach, shops, and local restaurants. The entertainment was decent, especially for the little ones. The pool area was always lively with kids for mine to play with, and we never had trouble finding a sunbed – though the best spots do go early, so it’s worth being down by 8am if you want a prime spot. All in all, Sunwing Fañabé is a fantastic choice for families. Great rooms, friendly staff, good food, and a perfect location. We’d definitely stay again!

Great hotel, good location, very clean, staff very friendly, our family room was large with a kitchenette if you want to stay self catering Not a huge pool but plenty for a small family. 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of the usual shops, bars etc. Not overcrowded at all and breakfast was really good. Well worth looking at as a good lower priced option.

Myself and my family have just returned from 10 days here. Myself, my husband and our children did self catering which was made easy by the very accessable kitchen area in the room and also the onsite shop. The rooms where cleaned daily and we're cleaned amazingly. My parents joined us on the trip using the all inclusive packaging. They were very disappointed in the lack of variety of food in the restaurant and limited drink allowance. They also found the restaurant and bar staff to be rather rude and not attentive at all which made them not want to use their all inclusive package and would rather spend additional money on eating out. The pool area was lovely and kept well maintained however we felt for the amount of rooms his hotel has to the size of the pool and sunbed area wasn't the best. The main pool was very over crowded. FYI if you vape or smoke this isn't aloud on the premises. I would recommend this hotel for a family doing self catering. There is plenty of children's entertainment with a small play area and indoor kids club where you can watch movies, craft and play with toys.

We stayed at this hotel recently, and overall, I’d say it was okay but definitely not worth the price we paid. The room and cleanliness were solid — 4-star level and no complaints there. The staff were very kind and welcoming, which we appreciated a lot. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar were a letdown. I’d give them 2 stars. The food was just average — not bad, but not what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The bar was especially disappointing: they simply mixed alcohol with juice and called it a cocktail. Not even close to what a real hotel bar should offer. The pool gets 3 stars — way too crowded and too small for the number of guests staying there. The kids’ entertainment was actually quite good, but the shows and activities for adults were honestly terrible. All in all, I wouldn’t say it was worth the money, and in my opinion, this hotel feels more like a 3-star, not a 4-star-plus as advertised.

Fantastic hotel, especially for families with younger children. Room was lovely, upgrade to a suite which eas huge. Clean on arrival and well maintained throughout the week. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area very nice, could easily get a sun bed every day, hotel policy is can't reserve beds before 9am and everyone did that. Food was great, went all inclusive and excellent variety especially in the evenings as different theme every night, daughter liked the children's buffet station as well as the ice cream. Bernie and Lollo (hotel characters)were a huge hit with our daughter, especially when they came round to see all the children at breakfast time( around 9am). Entertainment staff were brilliant, daughter loved to 80s and 90s music shows in the evening. Hotel is only a 10min walking to the beach so Great location. Would highly recommend for families.
