The hotel is really clean. The crew (in pool, restaurant, cleaning, reception, etc.) is very friendly and helps you with any need. There are a lot of choices at breakfast and in the afternoon (Thai food was also available). The beach was nice and the waves were wild, but not dangerous, so the children could play next to the shore without any problem. A lifeguard was available, but was not always watching the people. Therefore, it is better to keep an eye on your children yourself. I really recommend this family hotel.

Very nice hotel especially with kids. The rooms were spacious, we had a bit of a musty smell in the room and the water handle in the shower fell apart but they took care of it quickly. The food and bars at the hotel are comfortable. Walking distance from a nice little market and the Carnival Magic

We stayed in the Sunwing side for the families which was actually really good considering all of the children as we were travelling as a couple. Very family friendly & inviting & great to see all the kids enjoyingthemselveswith their family. The rooms were quite big with plenty of room & very well kept & clean.The breakfast buffet was a highlight & a standout for this hotel as well as the dinner menu. We could not fault the food nor the service which was exceptional. The staff always made you feel welcomed & were very quick to help you & extremely polite. 6 stars to the hotel for the food, the staff & the stay. Thank you for making our holiday memorable. We would come back anytime.

Good rooms, but it's a shame you can only check in from 3:00, especially if you've been at the hotel since 10:00, you'll be longing for your room after a long flight. The food is good, but it's a shame there's little variety in the afternoons and evenings; it's a set menu, and it doesn't change. I met TAN, a very nice employee; she's very friendly and helpful!

Absolutely amazing hotel! The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The pools are fantastic, and the hotel’s location so close to a beautiful beach makes the stay even more enjoyable. The entire service team provides outstanding hospitality, making you feel truly cared for and relaxed. I will definitely come back!
