Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 5 nights! It's very family friendly! The pools & gardens are lovely. The breakfast buffet was amazing at Piaks kitchen. The staff were very attentive & Chefs made tasty, quality foods. This resort has a 'fun' atmosphere & plenty of activities during the day. My child loved the Teens club and did bead making. The rooms are quite modern and beds are comfortable! There is a Tops mini mart across the road from the resort. The beach is also lovely to swim in. This resort exceeded my expectations! 🙂

This hotel is perfect for young families. The rooms are a tiny bit dated but have everything you need. Having said that, the staff are fantastic and the on site facilities and the proximity to the beach (the hotel complex is directly next to the beach) more than make up for any minor issue with the room. The breakfast offering is superb and I would thoroughly recommend an early morning walk along the beach as the sun rises. Absolutely stunning and something I will never forget. 🤩

We’ve been so happy to stay here. Location right on the beach is brilliant. The hotel is nice and clean and has a very relaxed atmosphere. There are guests from all over the world which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are large and nice and have plenty of storage options. The beds are really comfortable and water pressure in the shower is good. The morning buffet has the largest selection I have ever seen. The restaurants are decent and nice, though nothing extraordinary like I truly find the rest of the hotel. Staff is amazing. A special thanks to Nikki who helped us after a minor incident and checked up on us twice after. We would definitely come here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Currently staying in this hotel, the only feedback I can give is horrible! Stinky, outdated, dirty rooms. 4 star hotel? When? like 20 years ago? Currently maybe 3 star with a big push and that is just because of the swimming pool. This is like a horror story, from the time we have arrived (yesterday evening) room smells like sewage . We have informed hotel staff immediately and they assured that this is just because of the fresh air system is broken. Placed some air fresheners, called "engineer" to spray air freshener in air-conditioning system, run water from every single tap and flushed toilet at least 8 times. And that is all, we have been assured it will be good from now on. Left room in a morning 7am, came back at around 2pm and smell was unbearable! Currently is 4pm and we still waiting for the room! Reception staff (assumed manager can't give a single...... and while making stone face repeating sorry. However not even trying to do anything about it! This is health hazard, please read all negative reviews you will see many of them about the same issue!

99% Russian occupants - must be a Russian package deal hotel. Rooms are OK, a bit musty smelling. A/C system needs an update. Location on the beach is good. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were good.
