Managers and staff are professional, helpful, hospitable, and kind—from the hotel accommodations to the dining/kitchen areas. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean and well‑maintained, with daily housekeeping. The food is excellent, and vegetarian options are available for both breakfast and lunch. The location is safe and secure, close to major tourist attractions and a supermarket. There’s a basement gym that opens at 5:30 a.m. and closes at 10:00 p.m., equipped with a Smith machine, treadmills, and other essential equipment.

Fantastic staff and welcome, very personal service. Food very good, breakfast excellent, maybe needs a bit more local dishes on the daytime menu? Gym, no spa service at the moment unfortunately, no pool. Comfortable bed, large rooms.

The staff and manager here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though we had a bit of a language barrier, they never hesitated to help us and always served with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The location is convenient, close to nearby attractions and restaurants, and the area feels safe and peaceful. The breakfast offered a nice variety and everything tasted delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great service, good value for money, and we truly appreciate the hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!

Stayed here for meeting and I do enjoy it. The meeting room are also have enough facilities for hybrid as they have good sound systems and wifi connection.
