We holidayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and I want to say that it was one of the best holidays of my life. The hotel staff is always ready to help you. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are spread out at a good time, there are different dishes but you will never be hungry. The rooms are always clean, every day towels, bed linen and floors are changed, for this I would like to thank the cleaners of this hotel! If you want to go on some excursion the hotel will give you such an opportunity. And of course the view from the rooms is just a fairy tale. If you want to go with children so there are animators who are happy to prepare some games for adults and children. For this holiday I want to thank all the staff of the hotel!

Stayed for a week, the room was nice and was cleaned daily. In the fridge you'll get one bottle of water for a week which is a little bit ridiculous especially that the water out of the taps is not consumable. No tea and coffee or kettle in the room I had to pay 15 euro deposit to get a kettle. The location of the hotel is somewhat remote, we hired a car form Katerina's which was a great experience super nice people and did not rip us off. Car hire through the hotel was insanely expensive. We stayed in the Greek village part of the hotel so not in the main building, the amount of stairs are insane and they are steep. The staff were all nice. The booze in the bar is the lowest of low quality brands you have never heard of the beer is basically soda water I stopped drinking it after 2 days and bought beers at the supermarket. The juice and soda is also terrible its low quality stuff. And all drinks are served in horrible little plastic cups. My biggest complaint would be the food again the lowest of quality ingredients. I love Greek food who doesn't there was almost nothing traditional served and if it was it was poorly executed. Cold fries every single day without fail veg overcooked to death and then turned into a salad the next day.. I mean who the hell is eating overcooked Brussel sprout salad. Chicken nuggets straight out of the freezer in fact I would hazard a guess that every single portion of meat served is from frozen. I watched at the snack bar frozen skewers cooked on the grill straight out of a box. The ice cream which is only served for a couple hours during the day and at dinner is again the cheapest nastiest ice cream you will ever taste..even my 3 year turned it down.

The hotel itself is okay , clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, something that really upset me was the atmosphere in the mornings. Every day, we had to deal with a very negative attitude from Nikos. He was rude, not greeting guests with a simple “good morning,” and gave the impression that he was watching everyone eat “his” food. It created a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming start to each day. Hospitality is just as important as the room, and unfortunately, that was missing here.

Do NOT go to this hotel! Total waste of time and money. It’s in a terrible location with nothing nearby. Room was uncomfortable, bed sheets were awful, food was worse than a 1-star. Pool was dirty, near it smelled like bathroom water. Drinks were cheap and nasty 🤮 Take this as a warning—don’t be another victim.

We stayed in this hotel first week in June 25 and it was quite enough, there was plenty of space at both pools and beach anytime of the day, which was great 😃 food was nice always something to choose, but they did not have as much choice as if the hotel was full, which is understandable. Only fruit selection was poor. The A la carte restaurant Mama Mia was not open the whole week, so that was a bit disappointing, pizza oven looked great and the kids would appreciate to have Pizza too as there is not many options for children on the menu. Staff was very nice and friendly, and the manager was very good and helpful with certain issue we had. Hotel was clean and rooms too. The housekeeping tried their best. There is few small things that can be easily fixed, nothing major. Beach towels are available for deposit of 10 euro each. Spa and the gym has lovely sea view, massages are very fairly priced and the lady doing them is very good. But the views are absolutely spectacular, so breathtaking. We met lovely people there and that made our week. We did enjoy our stay and the peace and quiet honestly. Location is not bad, there is few restaurants, bakery and shop out on the main street. It is up the hill and many steps everywhere. Taxi or Uber very overpriced, so bus better option to go to Corfu town or Kassiopi. Thanks Sunshine Corfu Hotel team for your hard work and made us welcome.
