having a gorgeous stay here! have stayed here previously and this time is even better! we booked the superior private jacuzzi room for two and we are in love! the room is gorgeous and modern and very very spacious! the balcony is perfect during the day to catch the sun and very private! the service in this place is absolutely incredible! they can’t do enough for you! from the moment we arrived they were super helpful, showed us where everything was and asked if there was anything more they do for us! on arrival we received a complimentary spa voucher which was greatly appreciated! the bar staff are are really friendly and really quick service! the main pool area is lovely and surrounded with plenty of space and sunbeds! the hotel is in a gorgeous location and i couldn’t recommend this place enough! i’ve recommended this place to everyone and their grandmas ❤️

Second time at this hotel and it really is home away from home! The staff cannot do enough for you! They are attentive, friendly and all round such a lovely group of people! Always smiling regardless and also managed to find my partners bracelet that I had lost! will never not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Crete. A massive thankyou to all the staff at sunset boutique for always going above and beyond for your guests. We will see you again next year!

First time in Crete, and wanted a nice chilled holiday as first one in 5 years. This hotel has everything you can ask for, we had a swim up room and it was ideal for what we wanted. Housekeeping visited daily, the pools and grounds are very well maintained and kept to a high standard. Reception were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay, staff at the whole place were friendly and approachable. We were half board and the breakfast and evening meals were fantastic, a wide variety of choice and all freshly cooked. The spa is located next door ro the main hotel reception and I had 3 treatments during our stay and the staff were very friendly and professional We will definitely be coming back

Great hotel in a great location. I can't fault anything about it. Firstly on arrival, was met with a smile and a helpful receptionist. We found the staff very approachable, friendly, and very helpful. They can't do enough for you. On arrival at the airport, we found we had no transfer to the hotel, ( no fault of our own). We had to get a taxi, €140. We explained this to the receptionist a few days later ( the same one as on arrival ), and asked him if they could book us a taxi for the return journey home. He said to leave it with him and he would have a word with his supervisor and for me to call and see him later in the week. Called to see him a couple of days later, taxi already booked, €130. Fantastic, brilliant service.

I had the most amazing solo trip at Sunset Boutique Hotel & Spa in Bali, Crete! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. A huge thank you to Kostas, Vicky, and Georgia! They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and looked after throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. If you’re heading to Crete, this place is a must. Can’t wait to come back! See you guys soon :)
