Dreams was top notch we came for a Hindu wedding everything turned out great the staff is attentive when you call they’ll be back there right now, food isn’t too bad isn’t too good either however the drinks in some bars could be more original but overall I enjoyed this hotel so much. The pool is breathtaking and big definitely worth it, I would love to come back if I have more time and experience more of Mexico. The beach ahhh so gorgeous and our view was stunning!! Thank you dreams for making our experience and events a very wonderful trip

Top notch...the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. The food was excellent. And it wasn't difficult to get chairs by the pool. The only negative was the in-room snacks were lacking, when asked for additional snacks they only have Pringles and M&M Peanuts. We even played a round of golf, and the course was great and very challenging. I would definitely recommend this resort.

This is the 4th different AI in Cancún/Riviera Maya that we have visited, and unfortunately this was our least favorite. Bad enough that after about an hour at the resort we called our travel agent to see if there was another resort we could move to…no luck From the time we arrived and checked in we were very disappointed. We paid for the upgraded preferred level, which meant going to the 9th floor to check in. Other resorts have grand lobby’s, with a nice bar for the general hotel check in, and a nicer private check in for whatever their upgraded level is called. The preferred check in area was very small and overcrowded. Our room was not ready, which was fine because we were early, but we were not really given any information or tour of the resort as to where we could go or where to eat while we waited. When our room was finally ready, we weren’t notified, we just went back and checked, we were just given our keys at the desk like a motel 6. Not even given directions to our room. Every other resort we have been to has escorted us to our room, shown us some of the property on the way and provided a quick tour of the room. Not here. When we finally did get to our room, a family suite with connecting rooms, there were dirty room service dishes outside between our two doors that stayed there hours after we checked in. Since I seem to be writing a lot I will go into a pro and con list… Cons: -There was no hot water in our room for our entire trip. Barely warm enough to shower. -sliding door in the room to the balcony is extremely difficult to open to the point that my wife was unable to open it -Main is very long and narrow and completely in the shade in the afternoon. This is basically the only pool at this resort -“Activity” pool is in the shade all morning, too deep for some to play pool volleyball, not that it mattered because the water was freezing and no one was in it for our entire trip -If you want a chair near the pool or on the beach you had better go claim one early, like before 0800, because you will be out of luck if you wait -There is no swim up bar - Some of the bar staff was rude, not all, some were great -The activities were very limited and strictly scheduled. Beach volleyball from 1-2. Big group of people in the middle of a game when 2 strikes? Sorry, volleyball time is over -Being that it is a “golf and spa” resort we checked on the price of golfing…$250 green fee each. $75 club rental (no sharing clubs). Sorry not paying $1200+ to play 18 for my family of 4 -The absolute worst thing about this resort is how the hotel design makes the wind so crazy. It was so windy on our trip, obviously not the hotels fault, but the long and high design of the hotel seemed to funnel all the wind to the pool area and beach making it unbearable Pros -Rooms were clean and new. Nothing special, just a basic hotel room. -Air conditioner worked great -Beds were comfortable -Food was good for an AI, especially vista prime restaurant -The kids, 14 and 13 boys, loved the surf machine! Only downside was the it usually only ran for an hour a day and would get busy DO NOT go here. We read some bad reviews before we came but ignored them. There are so many other nicer, more fun places. Choose one of them.

Beautiful resort in the Northern part of Cancun. The resort is clean and well taken care of. The employees really make you feel comfortable and help you with anything you need. The restaurants are all good. I don't think I can say anything bad about any of them. The only thing I disliked was right after check in a member of their "VIP" team takes you away and tries to convince you to listen to their vacation club and takes about 20 min of your time. Besides that everything was perfect

Dreams Vista is an amazing resort. I spent 2 weeks there in February ~ one week with family, another with a friend. The rooms are handicapped accessible, which means there is lots of room to walk around and for storage. Loved the rain shower. Cudos to the wonderful activity team led by Robert Barts. Other members include Rubi, Irene, David, Adrian, Christopher, Erik, and Bryan. They work all day and night ~ with a genuine smile. Dreams Vista has a great location. Looking forward to my next vacation at Dreams Vista.
