You may enjoy your All-Inclusive privileges starting from the arrival day until the departure day. The official Check-In time is 14:00 and the official Check-out time is 12:00. The bracelet has to be worn the whole stay and to be shown if requested. All the à la carte restaurants are available upon prior reservation. Alcoholic drinks are served from 18+ and All Inclusive privileges are from 10:00 – 00:00 (alcoholic drinks are not served/sold from 06:00 till 10:00). Please do not Pay Cash in our Food & Beverage Outlets, but upon Check-out at the Reception. Dinner at à la carte / themed restaurants upon prior reservation and as per availability – 1 reservation per stay (A la carte restaurants work according to the schedule of one à la carte per day).

Absolutely fantastic, no complaints. From hotel to staff all 5 🌟 , the drinks are served perfectly and the staff service can't be beaten. I can't recommend how perfect this paradise is. The food is another great aspect to the hotel it's all fresh and plenty full with so much to choose from. Staff are so helpful and will do anything so don't forget to be appreciative of how hard they all work. Such a friendly atmosphere to relax in. MUST COME!! ❤️

Hotel is fantastic, staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble...animation team are very energetic and keep everyone happy and entertained. Special mention to the bar staff as they are amazing..drinks flow without having to ask and the cocktails are tasty and plenty to choose from.

The best resort I’ve ever been to. The staff are very friendly and made me feel very welcome. The spa treatment was one of the highlights of my holiday here. The rooms are well looked after by housekeeping. The bar staff are funny and friendly, and make the best drinks. I will definitely be back. The wifi is also 10/10 and quick to connect to.

Lovely hotel, the staff at reception, bar, the cleaners are all very friendly and helpful, we loved the staff at the beach and blue lagoon diving Centre. The drinks were very good and the staff were always checking on us and coming to the table which was nice.
