You may enjoy your All-Inclusive privileges starting from the arrival day until the departure day. The official Check-In time is 14:00 and the official Check-out time is 12:00. The bracelet has to be worn the whole stay and to be shown if requested. All the à la carte restaurants are available upon prior reservation. Alcoholic drinks are served from 18+ and All Inclusive privileges are from 10:00 – 00:00 (alcoholic drinks are not served/sold from 06:00 till 10:00). Please do not Pay Cash in our Food & Beverage Outlets, but upon Check-out at the Reception. Dinner at à la carte / themed restaurants upon prior reservation and as per availability – 1 reservation per stay (A la carte restaurants work according to the schedule of one à la carte per day).

Everything here is good, the food , the drink and especially the staff. Cleaning staff , bar staff cannot do enough to make your holiday special. Excellent English spoken by a lot of staff particularly the excellent bar manager and his staff. Never disappointed here and Blue Lagoon dive staff are superb

Absolutely fantastic, no complaints. From hotel to staff all 5 🌟 , the drinks are served perfectly and the staff service can't be beaten. I can't recommend how perfect this paradise is. The food is another great aspect to the hotel it's all fresh and plenty full with so much to choose from. Staff are so helpful and will do anything so don't forget to be appreciative of how hard they all work. Such a friendly atmosphere to relax in. MUST COME!! ❤️

Great resort,great staff who go the extra mile and make you feel special. Food is exceptional and there's plenty to choose from. Beverages,cocktails,beers are delicious. You can access a sun lounger without getting up to early. Overall what an amazing hotel,we will be back. Thank you for making our stay special.

Just returned from 10 nights at this wonderful hotel. Although not the most modern or perhaps the best equipped, the staff who work there make the hotel top tier - they genuinely can't do enough for you as a guest. Guests at the Remal Resort also have access to the private beach at Remal Beach Resort, which can be accessed by catching the complimentary shuttle bus which runs frequently between the beach and the Resort. The beach has superb snorkeling and while down there you'll have access to the all the facilities - beach bar, beach restaurant (which serves pizza, burgers, hotdogs etc.), towel rent etc. The hotel does cater mostly to Russian/Italian clientele but as British tourists we didn't find this affected our holiday as the animation team went out of their way to make us feel included. Overall this is a superb resort that we can't recommend enough and we will certainly look to return in the future. Special mention must go to Allah at the pool bar who catered for us tirelessly, as did Ahmed in the reception bar, although all the staff could warrant equal mentions including the garden staff who keep the grounds looking pristine.

I'm currently staying at this hotel, it's the best all inclusive hotel I've ever stayed at. The food, entertainment, staff can't do enough to make sure you have the best time, don't hesitate to book this hotel . And the cocktails and beer are as cold as Can be and taste amazing.
