You may enjoy your All-Inclusive privileges starting from the arrival day until the departure day. The official Check-In time is 14:00 and the official Check-out time is 12:00. The bracelet has to be worn the whole stay and to be shown if requested. All the à la carte restaurants are available upon prior reservation. Alcoholic drinks are served from 18+ and All Inclusive privileges are from 10:00 – 00:00 (alcoholic drinks are not served/sold from 06:00 till 10:00). Please do not Pay Cash in our Food & Beverage Outlets, but upon Check-out at the Reception. Dinner at à la carte / themed restaurants upon prior reservation and as per availability – 1 reservation per stay (A la carte restaurants work according to the schedule of one à la carte per day).

bars very good service.best hotel wellmentained. Very nice food .animation great. Restaurant good. Pool clean and well mentained. Rooms clean .love the bar staff like Alaa 👍 great and tasty alcohol 🍸 cocktails. And non alcohol cocktails 🍸 very good 👍. Coffee ☕️. Ice cream. Ice coffee great 👍 beer cold .spirits are very good.be sure we recommend 👌 this hotel 🏨.

it's a wonderful hotel simply... Everything is perfect ..The staff here are very helpful and respect. The rooms are organized and clean. food is good. bar staff very good working and helpful. tasty alcohol cocktails. tasty non alcohol mocktails. cold beer. cold and good wine. hot beverage is so good. we are enjoyed our stay. we will come back.

Having a fab time here at Sunrise Remal resort. Want to say a massive thankyou to every member of staff for making this holiday so memorable. Big shout out to the bar guys around the pool for all the hard work you put in, special shout outto Alaa with his iced coffee's they are to die for.. cold beer tasty wine great bar service in all bars, Ebrahim with his cocktails, Mostafa, who always went out of his way delivering our drinks with a friendly smile, Muhammad with his hunny iced coffee's and Fatimah who is such a lovely lady. There are other staff behind the bars who are just as lovely and hard working but i did not catch there names sorry but all deserve recognition. Our cleaner in room 2010 is the best nothing is to much trouble, the room is spotless and love his towel art to.. Finally to the entertainment staff, you guys are fantastic you all go out of your way to keep everyone updated on whats going on and engaging with all the guests.. Keep an eye out for Ferrari- he is such a lovely young guy and is amazing with everyone he meets.

We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Not a large hotel, but one of the cleanest, friendliest and accommodating Egyptian hotels I've personally stayed in. From Shebl in Concierge, to Sedek in housekeeping, to Alaa in the pool bar, as well as Mohamed & Moustafa in the outside restaurant area - simply 5 stars ⭐️. Both Sandra & I (Amanda) will definitely see you all this time next year. Incredible - refreshed, relaxed and rested 100% thanks to the wonderful staff. PS: get Vinnie some dance lessons or at least, a bit more enthusiasm in the animation team please!

Hotel spotless. Food was delicious and the waiters were attentive and friendly. Sun Ray bar had impeccable service even when busy. Mostly had super mocktails which were made exactly to my liking by Ibrahim. Bar Manager Ahmed always greeted me and made sure I was never left wanting for anything. As a solo traveller having friendly conversations with the staff made the holiday even more enjoyable.
