You may enjoy your All-Inclusive privileges starting from the arrival day until the departure day. The official Check-In time is 14:00 and the official Check-out time is 12:00. The bracelet has to be worn the whole stay and to be shown if requested. All the à la carte restaurants are available upon prior reservation. Alcoholic drinks are served from 18+ and All Inclusive privileges are from 10:00 – 00:00 (alcoholic drinks are not served/sold from 06:00 till 10:00). Please do not Pay Cash in our Food & Beverage Outlets, but upon Check-out at the Reception. Dinner at à la carte / themed restaurants upon prior reservation and as per availability – 1 reservation per stay (A la carte restaurants work according to the schedule of one à la carte per day).

From the very first moment, our stay at Sunrise Remal Resort in Sharm El Sheikh felt special. We had a small issue with our room at the beginning, but manager handled it quickly, professionally, and with such kindness that we immediately felt welcome and cared for. The true stars of our holiday were the incredible waiters and bartenders –. They are absolute masters of their craft – serving delicious, beautifully presented drinks with a smile, humor, and 200% dedication every single time. They went above and beyond, making every evening at the bar a celebration. The animation team also deserves a standing ovation, especially – bursting with energy, creativity, and positive vibes. Their shows and activities were diverse, fun, and full of life, making it impossible not to join in. They connected with guests on a personal level, and their warmth made us feel truly valued. There were always free sunbeds by the pool, and the entire staff was attentive and friendly. Many guests were Italian or Russian-speaking, but that never bothered us – if staff members started in Russian and we replied in English, they immediately switched to perfect English with a smile. To sum up – waiters and animators made our holiday unforgettable. Their passion, dedication, and friendliness created an atmosphere we’ll never forget.

The hotel was excellent 👌 Very clean, quiet, and family-friendly. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the food was even better than expected. What we loved most was the kids’ area with a small pool, games, and activities – our daughter was so happy, especially thanks to Nada from the team who was truly amazing 😍❤️.

Absolutely fantastic, no complaints. From hotel to staff all 5 🌟 , the drinks are served perfectly and the staff service can't be beaten. I can't recommend how perfect this paradise is. The food is another great aspect to the hotel it's all fresh and plenty full with so much to choose from. Staff are so helpful and will do anything so don't forget to be appreciative of how hard they all work. Such a friendly atmosphere to relax in. MUST COME!! ❤️
