If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

I had very lovely stay, food is amazing, every night they have something different. Drinks are great (sunrise lovers especially). The staff is always welcoming and very helpful. It’s 10 minutes walking from Sheraton street. Rooms are comfortable and always clean. Highly recommend it for your stay in Hurghada!

Super nice hotel with beautiful sea views. Especially the animation with Lolaa. She was very entertaining during the dance party! She taught me how to dance very good! The animation team was amazing! The service was wonderful. They were very attentive and very friendly.

Food is amazing! Compliments to the chefs! All the staff are great, friendly and accepting especially young Mina & Abdul. Animation team are perfect they make everything fun.. shout out to Zein who is so lovely! WiFi works perfectly everywhere around the resort. Rooms and hotel is always clean. We will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you!

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. However, one major downside was the ongoing renovations during our stay. There was a lot of noise from construction work, sometimes lasting until late in the evening. This made it difficult to relax, especially after a long day of sightseeing. While we understand that renovations are necessary, it would have been better if the hotel had informed guests in advance or scheduled the work at more convenient hours. If not for the noise, our experience would have been perfect. Hopefully, once the renovations are complete, future guests will have a much quieter stay.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location, the staff were all so attentive during our whole stay and we are having the best time!! The food was lovely and service by chefs and staff was brilliant, special mention gerges (I’m not sure if that’s the right spelling) was amazing! The bar team were amazing in keeping us topped up with drinks the minute ours ran out and nothing was too much trouble for them all! Special mention to our waiter Ahmed who kept us laughing all holiday! We also loved coming back to the room where the cleaner had left us some amazing towel art! Thank you so much to all the team we are having the best time! :)
