I had a wonderful experience at your property. The food was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the drinks were perfectly prepared. There was plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening, which made our stay even more enjoyable and fun. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily return again.

It's the best hotel out of all inclusive I have ever been. Animation team is working for health. Food is delicious best food and fresh. Also rooms are very comfortable. Overall is more than 5 stars. Will definitely be back

We very much enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was extremely relaxing and hassle-free. The best part is really the staff. These guys need a raise! Everyone from the personnel at the main restaurant, to the bars, the pool, the beach area, the gym, and especially the animation team, they are all excellent! Even the management coming by and asking about our stay, I found it very thoughtful. The shows at night were great! We enjoyed the fire show, the folklore (Tanoura), belly dance and the modern dance show. The live singer (I think she is Cuban) was excellent 👌 I also liked the additional services present at the hotel (spa and beauty salon). We booked day trips via the representatives present on-site which was an added benefit to our relaxation goal. The rooms need some renovation. The worst thing was the loud AC noise. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Great facilities, good variety of food, especially the Egyptian menu at Gamila. Friendly and helpful staff. BUT music (drum and bass and disco) played all afternoon, and then EXTREMELY loud music played in the evening, with no sound proofing in the bedrooms, so you couldn't escape it anywhere. If you want a quiet place, don't go to this resort!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sunrise Holiday Resort, it was very relaxing. All the staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and dedicated, from the restaurant waiters, beach waiters, bar staff, front desk, entertainment / animation team and room attendants. Nothing was too much trouble. A nice touch was the the management team coming by daily and asking about your stay and wanting to know about any issues or problems you might have encountered. The selection of food choices and quality was superb. The main restaurant, El Sol offers buffet options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'm vegetarian and had no problems finding delicious alternatives. I also visited the three other restaurants for evening dinner; Roots, Diet and Light, offering vegetarian/vegan fare; Elia, a Mediterranean restaurant and Gamila serving Egyptian dishes; all were outstanding. Compliments to the chefs! Plus a good selection of cocktails, wine, local beer and cold bottled water available all day! There are lots of animation opportunities on offer, from yoga, volleyball, aqua aerobics, darts, boules etc. Plus a small but well equipped gym and spa. The tidal lagoon and beach, with lots of sunbeds was an added bonus. The nightly shows were entertaining. The hotel is very well run and managed, exceptionally clean and close to most things in Hurgarda. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was impressive. Everyone I encountered was polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making the guests feel happy. A truly wonderful hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, will definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending it.
