Great Hotel in Great Location. The Service was good but I would have wished to be able to grab my drinks on my own all around the time and to not always have to rely on a waiter. But this is a very small detail and requesting very high standards. Everything else was great. Also the animation Team was very cool, especially Claudio from Italy, even though he did not talk with his Hands. 😉

1. We booked sea view room with double bed from Agoda, but we got two single bed room with side sea view, they told us there was no sea view room left. But after negotiation, if we give best review in Agoda they will give us sea view room. 2. The key didn’t work, we must reactivate the room key every day from reception. 3. The hotel has a much smaller beach area than on their photos. 4. We just left the beach towel in restaurant, because the towel desk on the beach was closed. After told with reception on the day after, they wanna charge us 200 local currency for each towel!? What a statement?! After they checked internally, they found out the restaurant staff returned back towels. But we must wait on the reception for one hour. 5. On the last check out day the cleaning staff knocked the door at 8 a.m. in the morning as we were still sleeping. They wanted to check whether we have already left, even if the check out time is 12 o’ clock. 6.The curtains don’t block out the light, super bright in the morning. 7.Some staffs are not professional and friendly

It’s very luxurious hotel. It’s my favorite hotel. I have been going to this hotel with my parents for over 15 years so.. 😄 The animators, waiters and cleaning service are amazing. The room is always nicely cleaned. Sometimes they leave a swan made of a towel on your bed 🦢It’s so cute! The waiters are very nice, professional. They always bring you a drink with a smile ☺️ Animation programs are great here! Here you will experience various sports activities (such as the Olympic Games), festivals, or entertaining evening programs. The animation team is available all day, they chat with you and can put a smile on your face. My favorites are Fox and Pop but they are all very kind, talkative and funny 🩷 It is simply an amazing hotel from which you will take away beautiful memories 💖

I've been here twice now and probably will be back a third time. The resort is beautiful, I had a room with an amazing sea view, and definitely enough sun beds to choose from. Also the food is just great! Especially the grill and oven part, the chefs are superb. And besides all the great amenities, the people who work there are so lovely en nice. That really made my holiday the relaxing week away I wanted it to be. Thank you for everything!

The hotel experience was both good and bad the renovation work that was being undertaken was extremely noisy and dusty I reported the noise to a female manager who took all the detail however the situation ways never resolved I assume that the hotel was fully booked which left no option to relocate my husband and I to another room when I left a negative review at reception on my departure two other managers advised that I should have followed this up with reception again, having worked in the Customer Service area for all of my adult life it is my understanding that a complaint should be addressed upon receipt and a complainant should not be required to per-sue, I had advised this manager that my husband was not in good health and a peaceful holiday was what we expected if we had been advised that the hotel was under renovation we would not have chosen to stay at this hotel, the food could also be significantly improved it was probably the worst standard of food we have ever experienced, we requested a late check out at 8 euros per hour during the first hour we received 2 phone calls asking when we would be leaving we left after two hours however were still charged for 3 hours? a high percentage of the staff were very nice and courteous, this hotel was highly recommended however after chatting with guests who had been visiting for many years there is a significant decline in standards..
