I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I would especially like to thank Sofia from Public Relations for her outstanding professionalism and kindness. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I felt truly welcomed. Her attention to detail, quick response, and genuine care made a big difference in my experience. Overall, my stay was good and most things were fine. The room was clean, the facilities were okay, and the general service met expectations. However, I would like to mention one important point. I felt that the behavior or treatment changed after it was known that I am Egyptian. This was noticeable and made me uncomfortable, as hospitality should be equal and respectful to all guests regardless of nationality. I hope this feedback is taken positively, as addressing this issue would greatly improve the experience for future guests. my stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Sunrise Resort. The atmosphere is relaxed, the location is beautiful, and everything feels very well organised. The staff deserve a special mention — everyone is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really makes a difference. I would especially like to highlight David, a restaurant team member. He was extraordinarily helpful, kind, and professional. His attitude and care truly stood out and made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a lovely stay — I would happily return and recommend this resort.

The food was good and well prepared, and the entertainment team was amazing — very friendly, welcoming, and they really did their job well. They made the stay much more enjoyable. What I liked less were the prices. A taxi from the hotel cost €20, while the same ride outside the hotel was €10. Also, almost every extra service came with an additional charge, which felt a bit disappointing considering the level of hospitality. Overall, a good stay, but pricing could be more guest-friendly

I recently stayed at Sunrise Holiday Resort (Adults Only), and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the reception team welcomed me with warm smiles and made check-in quick and easy. It immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. The restaurant quickly became one of my favorite spots. Every meal was beautifully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. I loved that there were plenty of options to choose from, and the staff were always attentive and friendly. The bar area was another highlight. It had a calm, cozy atmosphere, and the bartenders really knew what they were doing. The beverages were excellent—whether it was a refreshing cocktail by the pool or a relaxing drink in the evening. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was impressive. Everyone I encountered was polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making guests comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and happy. I definitely recommend Sunrise Holiday Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable adults-only getaway!

Massive shout out and thank you to William in the outside section of the main restaurant - amazing service, he really looked after us. New drinks were provided before finishing, he always sorted us out with a table - just 10/10 all round. Also excellent service from the bartender in the Deuce sports bar - he always remembered our drinks orders from the night before, and we always had fresh drinks - top! 👌 and the bartenders working the sunbeds and pool bar - super 🌟 Food here is really great - sooo much choice! Always had some traditional options, themed night options, standard options. Our fave was Italian night - had grilled fish, crab and giant shrimps. Desserts were delicious, esp the feteer at lunchtime 😋. We ate at Nasaya restaurant a couple of times and also fully recommend it. The Gala night at Nasaya on Friday was fab - belly and traditional dancers with camel steak and mixed grill .. yummy! We stayed in a superior sea view room and it was a perfect size - had 2 double beds between us. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping our room clean, even contending with all the sand. Lots of sunbeds at beach, unless you want to be right at seafront then no problem finding a bed. Shows at night time were top notch - we had a fire show, dance show, music quiz, Halloween show, plus more All round highly recommend this hotel but it is the service that made it exceptional. Sad we had to leave.
