We had a great time at Sunrise Aqua Joy! It’s such a wonderful hotel. All the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. There was a great variety of food, plenty of pools, and the beach experience was very enjoyable. The aqua park was so much fun, and the entertainment team was excellent , the shows were amazing and truly entertaining. We will definitely be back again soon!

We had such a wonderful time at Sunrise Aqua! The activities service was fantastic—special thanks to Hamo and his amazing team who made every day fun and engaging for the whole family. Our kids absolutely loved the games and entertainment, and we always felt welcomed and included. We also want to give a special mention to Ali for his beautiful room service and incredible attention to detail. Every day he surprised us with creative towel animals, and our children were so excited to discover them when we came back to the room. It became one of the highlights of their day! A big round of applause to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We truly felt taken care of and had a great time with our kids. Thank you, Sunrise Aqua!

Booked last minute due to original hotel being of a poor standard. Arrived within 15 mins of booking it and the staff were nothing but amazing. Spot on service, support and communication. The hotel is in a good location and has a private beach, several pools (which are heated in the winter time!) a small aqua park and plenty of bars, restaurants and seating so you can be sure to find a spot you like! The hotel has staff offering various trips too. We did the snorkeling and quad safari tours, both were well priced and very good value for money. Nothing to dislike about here. Some would complain about the ongoing construction work, but it was all done within sociable hours and the staff are attentive to any issues arising from the works.

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, well-organized, and offers everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. The rooms are comfortable, the food is varied and delicious, and the atmosphere is truly relaxing. However, what really makes this hotel stand out is the animation team – they are on the highest possible level. Their energy, professionalism, creativity, and genuine passion for what they do are simply outstanding. Every day was full of fun activities, great shows, and positive vibes that made the stay unforgettable. A very special mention goes to Ms. Samar – she is an absolute star! Her charisma, kindness, and incredible energy make everyone feel welcome and involved. She knows how to create an amazing atmosphere and put a smile on everyone’s face. Thanks to her, every day felt more joyful and full of laughter. I highly recommend Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort to anyone looking for a perfect vacation with great service, fantastic entertainment, and unforgettable memories. I will definitely come back!
