Had a fantastic stay here at Sunrise. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that everything was up to our expectations. Food was lovely, pools and rooms very clean. All the staff were very friendly. Gym and spa could do with an update but was told this is due to be refurbished soon. Water park very fun.

Excellent hotel, great service. Staff are amazing, animation team are really friendly and keep everyone entertained. Rooms could do with an upgrade but it tends to be similar in all the Egypt hotels I’ve been to. I wouldn’t let it put you off they are clean just a bit worn

I recently stayed at Sunrise Aqua Joy, and I can confidently say it was one of the best holiday experiences I’ve had! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. A big thank you to Ayman at the reception for his warm welcome and exceptional support—he truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The entire team deserves huge appreciation for their genuine care and effort to ensure every guest is happy. You can feel that everyone is committed to creating a great experience. The resort itself is amazing, with multiple pools offering different activities, so there’s always something fun to do. The beach area is fantastic too—they have so many seating spots that it feels like you’re on 4 or 5 different private beaches! The restaurant exceeded expectations with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality food, and the snacks throughout the day were also excellent and offered plenty of choices. Our room was newly furnished, modern, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of fun. Overall, I am truly impressed and happy with everything at Sunrise Aqua Joy. This experience has made me a loyal guest—I will definitely stick to the Sunrise chain for all my future holidays. Thank you to everyone for making this trip unforgettable!

Room: we love the room and the size, as a family of four, two girls in their teens. We although find it difficult to operate the light switches. Service: we are super thrilled with the service overall from guests experience who managed to assist us when we were having issues with our room, they solved the issue in a way that was immaculate. Dining service staff friendly and attentive. Entertainment staff are very friendly and friendly and fun, easy to approach and made us feel at home. Location: absolutely fantastic, stunning and really great for vacation. We are happy we chose this hotel. We definitely will be returning. Regards Mügge Family
