I want to start by saying this resort is absolutely stunning. The pool, the sea, the rooms and public areas are nothing other than beautiful and clean. The pool is huge and has different depths so the kids and adults can play and swim without being out of their depth. The staff are so wonderful, especially the guys in the bars and the room keeping department. The real heroes are the staff like Mohamed in the pool bar who runs around all day to get you drinks so you don't need to get up (so tip this wonderful man) and the other barmen in the bar near reception. They are all so wonderful. There aren't a lot of sunbeds but if you get down to the pool at 8am you will get whichever ones you want. The only downside, is the food. There isn't the greatest selection and if your kid is fussy and will only eat chips, pizza and chicken nuggets, then this resort is NOT for you. All in all though, this resort is an utterly wonderful, happy and joyful place with amazing weather, amazing staff and amazing facilities so I highly recommend. And if you have a late flight, the hotel allow you to stay onsite and use the facilities inc food and drink. And for an extra charge of 30€ you can keep your room until pickup time. Thank you to all the staff who made mine and my families trip so memorable. Also, check out wild safari for quadding and speak to the Panorama Submarine guy and go out and see the corals, fish and go snorkelling! Truly wonderful experiences all round!

Overall the resort is fantastic, the waiters are fabulous, they can't do enough for you. It is important to tip them a few Egyptian pounds, in note form as coins can't be changed in their banks. The resort has a red flag system when sunbathing at the pool and beach, which is meant to stop the dive guys and spa, beauty guys from selling their products, the system doesn't work, we were still hassled by them! On arrival we were told we had booked a junior suite which didn't have 3 beds, even though our room was booked for 3 adults. The manager said he would give us another bed in our room for free, which was funny as we had already paid for a holiday for 3 adults, so we accepted the extra bed. The bed never appeared in our room, it was fine as 2 of us shared a double bed but we needed to ring reception for an extra set of towels for the extra person. The day before checking out we requested a late check out and were told there was a charge, we said we didn't really want to pay as we hadn't received the extra bed. The next day we discussed the charge with the manager who said we needed to ring reception for the extra bed and because we didn't do that he assumed we didn't want it, he didn't state this, he said he did, the room was an extra £26 for a late check-out. Apart from this we can't fault the resort. The food was plentiful and tasty. There is 2 a-la-carte restaurants, which can be visited as many times as you want during your visit. We visited the Asian restaurant and the meal was beautiful. The beach at the hotel is clean, with a lifeguard on site at all times. There is lifeguards on duty at the pool at all times. A beautiful resort with fabulous staff.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The reception was welcoming and helpful, the food was delicious and tasty, and the pool was very clean. The staff were always kind and supportive, and the show team was very exciting and entertaining. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it.

We had to keep phoning reception to have the room cleaned and fresh towels. Pool bars area around the main pool and beach were shocking services, always wrong and very limited choice of food. Pool bar near the kids area was very good with Salah going out his way. Lifeguards had a blast with kids round the pool whereas round the main pool very ignorant. Restaurant food looked like slop and meats very fatty. Food overall very poor and cold. We got extremely annoyed by all the harassment around the pool by salons etc..

Would like to say thank you a lot for you kindness. But will input some matters which gave us troubles during check in. Unfortunately our flight was delayed for few hours and we has arrived very early morning or late night, so rooms which we preferred and asked for our travel agent were not available at all (one family room with sea view and away of pool and another family room with garden view and away from pool as well, both of them on second floor. Suddenly on arrival reception manager offered us rooms with very bad condition, first room for me, my spouse and 2 kids, including infant was located on first floor with pool view, and state of room was really poor, everything was in some kind of dirt, hairs on the beds, sand on the floor, no availability of infant bed as requested before. Second room was located in front of pool, instead of garden, which gave us complications during our stay, due to very loud and noisy fests. Finaly we have got another rooms on second floor, but only after overnight, which gave us very bad first impression. Separate thanks for cleaning crew named Ibrahim he is very kind and hardworking man.
