I had a wonderful time at Sun Siyam Vilu Reef with my family. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the views around the resort were absolutely stunning. The food was delicious with a nice variety, and the staff and fellow guests made the atmosphere very welcoming. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay — a great choice for a family getaway in the Maldives.

A very special thank you goes to the outstanding housekeeping team, especially to Siva, who transformed our room into a wellness oasis every day with great attention to detail. Everything was always spotlessly clean, lovingly decorated, and simply perfect – thank you, Siva! We were also completely thrilled with the cuisine. A huge compliment and a heartfelt thank you to the best chefs we've ever experienced: Mozammel, Kiran, Younos, Jabir – and of course to the amazing celebrity chef Chaminda, who continually surprised and spoiled us with his creations. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner – every meal was a highlight! The service was also first-class. A huge thank you to Chris and Shayan for their friendly, attentive, and always warm service. You made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you goes to Niyaaf, our Guest Relations Manager, who took excellent care of us throughout our entire stay. Whether it was small requests, organizing things, or simply a friendly chat – Niyaaf was always there for us and played a huge part in making us feel like we were in paradise. It's been about 1.5 years since our trip to Maldives and it feels like it was just yesterday that we got off the sea plan and went to Sun Siyam Vilu Reef. I cannot get the place out of my memory, it was so beautiful. November was a great time to go, albeit for the rains which put a damper on any plans of leaving the island and going on a boat. But I just wanted to chill and that's what I got. Beautiful country, wish I could go again one say.

We really liked the Sun Siyam Vilu Reef Resort. The island is small and beautiful and stands out in particular due to the great vegetation and good service. All the staff are always friendly and attentive. We had an east-facing water villa. This meant we could stay in the shade all day and had a pleasant breeze. The water villa is very spacious for three people, as it also has a large terrace, and thanks to the high privacy screen you can enjoy complete privacy. Our special thanks go to Sham and Simal, who looked after us very warmly right from the start. We would also like to thank Rakesh for the great room service. He was very attentive and always made sure our room was in perfect condition. Chaminda, the chef, often spoiled us with extraordinary curries from his home country Sri Lanka. We would also like to say a big thank you to the entire service team, especially Surja, Juri, Ali, Shakil, Kushal and Dilshan. We can definitely recommend this resort and will hopefully be back soon.
