We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everything exceeded our expectations—from the facilities to the overall atmosphere. What truly made our vacation unforgettable was the incredible team. Every single staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel at home from the very first moment. A very special thanks to Mr. Hossam Kamel, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect holiday. His care, attention to detail, and sincere hospitality made a huge difference for us and our family. Thanks to the entire team, we enjoyed a truly relaxing and memorable family vacation. We are already looking forward to coming back again! And finally, we would like to thank Assem Mohammad very much for his friendly support and help in every matter.

Big thumbs up for Ibrahim, room was always clean and he made some cute towel sculptures! Experience was extremely good all around. We booked a sea view room with jacuzzi, everything was clean and well kept, view was nice and the room service very competent. Multiple pools available and a nice beach area. Food was pretty good all around, buffet had great choices and most of the stuff was well prepared. Staff was extremely nice. Multiple bars and food courts around the hotel. Haven’t tried the hotel related excursions or taxis so can’t speak for those. Customers are mainly Russians or from Baltic countries so expect the hotel to be a little more oriented towards those cultures.

Excellent hotel. Very beautifull reception, interiors, gardens, avenues. Excellent staff but should speak little bit more English, not only Russian. The pools are fantastic, clean, some with heated water. Guarded by highly trained and responsible man - so there is actually no chance of an accident. Children were guarded by them non stop. Some rooms are older and in need of refreshing but they are very clean, the beds, towels were always fresh. Kitchen: You take a plate and put anything you want, then order a drink by calling a staff - they will bring anything to the table. Food (personally) wasn't five star. Could be better. Anyway my opinion is very good.

We stayed at this hotel and overall had mixed feelings. (10-16 march, 2026) First, I want to say a big thank you to the reception staff and guest relations staff, especially: Osama and Hammad. They were very polite, helpful and professional. What we liked: • Good evening shows and concert programs. • FUN&SUN privileges are nice and noticeable. • Toucan kids club is very good: • Food is tasty, with a good variety, especially for kids. • Clean rooms and comfortable with children. What we did not like: • Lifeguards at the first pool are very aggressive. They shout at children in Russian, even if the child does not understand Russian at all. This was very uncomfortable and stressful. • Also, staff automatically speak Russian, even when we do not speak Russian. • Waiters often ignore guests unless you give tips. • In Linah restaurant (pasta station), the cooking area looks dirty and not well maintained. • Rooms are clean but bed sheets, towels and bathrobes are very worn out. • Extra bars are not convenient, and the service there is poor. • There are very few places with ice cream. It is only soft ice cream and the bar is far away (around 500–600 meters from the pool), which is not convenient with a child. • Pools that are supposed to be heated are actually very cold. When we told staff about it, they said “then don’t swim, what’s the problem.” Because of the cold weather, it was impossible to swim with a child. Overall, the hotel has good potential, but service, staff behavior and cleanliness need improvement.

The worst place ever very bad room very poor service the swimming pool is unclean they charged me more than the room deserves the room is sapposed to be under renovation,yet it was rented to us and we were charged more it actually deserved. The ac is tooo old they cheated us and as i was taking a tour I foun luxurious rooms .I left after 1day and I went to the best hotel 200 meters away from this one Sunrise beach resort arabia i paid the same but a very big difference as hell versus heaven.
