Room door did not properly close, and the room was noise. Air conditioner turn on and off all the time. We stayed 6 nights, the room was full of ants. Despite our complaints, only in the last night the room was properly disinfected. The food is very mediocre for such a luxury hotel. We had all inclusive 3 meals, which are roughly equivalent to 4 Stars Hotels quality in the area (for about half the price of this hotel). The water park is great! My kids loved it. The alcohol was ok. Very close to a beach, where you can dive. Kids club was partially closed

We came because of the amazing time we had at Stella Island. The Aqua Park was Great for Kids, but not exactly a 5-Star Expectation. We stayed here June for 3 nights. Staff and everyone were friendly but the service in the room was poor. We asked for towels a few time via the App and it never arrived ( we could call the desk, but than why is there an App). Shampoo and conditioner ran out, and we were only there for 3 nights...maybe check before new guests arrive. I'm addition needed to ask for coffee mugs and water glasses, that never made it to our room. The App itself is outdated with some mistakes and you don't always get a response. A Shout out to Alexander and Morinos at the Bar that took good care of us. High expectations... low results for a what is written as a 5-Star

My son and his family spent a week at the Stella Palace Crete in April. My granddaughter was celebrating her 11 birthday while she was there. I emailed the hotel and told them about it. They arranged for a beautiful cake and card to be delivered to her room.She was absolutely thrilled. I cannot thank the staff enough for arranging this surprise. Truly 5 star service. My son had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be back.

Great hotel. Everybody are nice and do their best to provide good service. The hotel is huge so prepare to walk a lot in it. Many options for food and drinks. The water park is amazing, lots of slides and pools and no need to stand in a long line to use them. Edit: Forgot to mention the amazing service we got from Antonis the bartender at the "Kohili Pool Bar", Antonis was always smiling and eager to serve and every time we arrived he reacted like he knows us since ever. Stella palace, this one is a keeper!!!

Stayed for a week in room 708. We arrived at 9.15pm, and the staff at reception were so kind, that they let us get some food before the restaurants closed before fully checking us in. We had a caddy ride to our room, and the porter was very helpful. Spacious room which fit 4 people well, and a balcony overlooking the main pool. Only issues we had with the room is that the temp of the shower was abit iffy, and the fridge was not cold at all. From beginning to end the staff were incredible. Very welcoming and polite. Food was amazing - buffet catered to all our needs. The Mexican restaurant in particular was incredible. The resort was very clean, and the pools were great - cold but fab. The waterpark was fantastic and offered lovely food and drinks. The private section of the beach was a little run down, but a nice area to relax with plenty of sunbeds. All in all, we had a great time, and made some amazing memories.
