Great hotel. Everybody are nice and do their best to provide good service. The hotel is huge so prepare to walk a lot in it. Many options for food and drinks. The water park is amazing, lots of slides and pools and no need to stand in a long line to use them. Edit: Forgot to mention the amazing service we got from Antonis the bartender at the "Kohili Pool Bar", Antonis was always smiling and eager to serve and every time we arrived he reacted like he knows us since ever. Stella palace, this one is a keeper!!!

NOT 5 Star, let me first start by saying we had a great family holiday and a great tour. But this resort restaurants cannot cope with amount of people resulting in big ques. Also limited kids activities, almost nothing inside when weather is not good. 2 days of rain for us we were stuck in the room. €115 euro gov tax on arrival, Spa €130 sauna €20 and even Gym €5 cost money. Rooms are great and staff just not enough activities for kids. We booked on the app as advised turned up and they said full, after telling us to book via the app. A resort this size and they can only accommodate 16 children is quite shocking. The Arcade is in a room smaller than our living room. It’s horendus like something from a gypsy campsight, half the machines light up take your euro and nothing happens. Again we had a great holiday and the staff where excellent, food was great, this hotel does have the potential to be 5 star but they MUST do more for kids, indoor activity, bigger disco, bigger kids club capacity, bigger arcade.

The entire staff is super friendly and warm. The rooms were clean and top quality..Poseidon restaurant has a variety of options and they update it everyday. Water rides are super fun and totally safe. Highly recommend if one is traveling with family and kids..

Great resort for families and adults. It has 2 settings, Stella Village and Stella Palace. Stella is a 4 star compared to Stell Palace, which is a 5 star. Stella village is an older property compared to Stella Palance. Stella Palace has more restaurants to choose from compared to Village. Guests from both have access to use the waterpark called Aquaworld, which is huuuuge. Entertainment is also shared between the 2 resorts. Overall, it was a great location place for a family getaway with stunning views.

We have visited this hotel three times, and it consistently exceeds our expectations. The ambiance is warm and inviting, the service is exceptional, and every detail is meticulously curated. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable stay! 🦀
