I stayed at the Stella Garden Hotel for four days. My review of this hotel is that I advise against going there if you're looking for the beach. Firstly, the restaurant lacks variety, the fruit selection is limited, and the cleaning service is poor. However, when an important person arrived, they worked exceptionally hard. There's only one heated swimming pool, and I lost my swimsuit and couldn't find it at this hotel. The staff at Stella Garden are unhelpful. There are no nightly parties or interesting activities. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is Stella Beach. I recommend it; the service on the beach is excellent, and the staff are very helpful. When I lost something at the restaurant, a staff member came to my phone and informed me. The restaurant is very good, and the food is delicious. Be careful at Stella Garden; you must keep your belongings safe there. The beach is excellent. Thank you to the staff at Stella Beach.

The drinks were lovely and pleasant, and we enjoyed the hotel. The children were thoroughly enjoying the theater and the aqua pool. The service was excellent, orders were served quickly, and the staff worked diligently. Barmen Ziad Abdo, Captain Omar, Mr. Yanni, Mr. Samuel, Majid, Hassan, and Mahmoud were all very helpful. All the staff were wonderful.

I would like to thank the entire team at Stella Makadi Hotel for the excellent service they provided, especially the bars. They served some delicious and enjoyable drinks, and the food was lovely. They made some strong cocktails, and some of the hot drinks were lovely and suitable for the weather. I would like to thank the entire bar team, especially Mr. Yanni, Mr. Samuel, and bartender Andrew, who has some strong cocktails. The service in the main restaurant was also excellent. I would like to thank the entire staff. I had a wonderful holiday and hope to return next time.

Natuurlijk – hier is de Engelse vertaling: ⸻ Worst hotel experience ever in Egypt – absolutely not recommended My stay at this hotel was without a doubt the worst experience ever. From day one it was one disappointment after another. The food was terrible: the quality was poor and nothing like what you would expect from a hotel. The service was unfriendly, uninterested and often downright rude. All the tables in the restaurant wobbled, making it a risk to even set down food or drinks. Drinks were always served with just one (!) ice cube, as if they were trying to save on every possible detail. The spa, barber and foot care were a complete rip-off. We paid €150 for a treatment that was anything but professional and consisted mainly of big talk instead of real service. Even on our last day, when we simply wanted to arrange a taxi, four staff members were “helping” us, yet the communication still went wrong. On top of that, toilet paper wasn’t restocked, something you would at least expect in any hotel. In short: this was the worst experience I have ever had in Egypt. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. ⸻ If you’d like, I can make it sharper, more formal, or more concise.

I'd like to thank the entire food and beverage team. The trip was absolutely fantastic! I loved sitting in the bars the whole time; they served hot drinks and strong cocktails. The service was quick and excellent, and the overall service was superb. I want to thank the bar team for their hard work in making us happy.
