I had a wonderful stay at Stella Beach Resort! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made my vacation even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the animation team for bringing so much energy and fun to every day. There was always something entertaining to do, from activities by the pool to evening shows, and they made sure everyone felt included. I would especially like to thank Vi from the animation team. He was incredibly kind, professional, and enthusiastic. His positive attitude, friendly personality, and dedication to making guests happy truly stood out and made my stay memorable. Thank you to everyone at Stella Beach for an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again!

Just returned from this fantastic hotel! Not sure where the bad reviews come from! We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children aged 16, 13 and 5) and we all had a great time! We had interconnecting rooms, which are big and spacious with 2 bathrooms! The hotel grounds are consistently being cleaned, we didn’t see one bit of rubbish! All the pools were clean also! The staff are absolutely lovely, extremely attentive, friendly and respectful! We all felt very safe and comfortable. The waterpark was fantastic, again, super clean and the lifeguards are super vigilant! The food wasn’t the best all inclusive we’ve had but there was certainly nothing wrong with it! Plenty to choose from and none of us were ill once! The only downside was the staff walking around the pool trying to sell you the spa, activities, salon etc, I understand they have a job to do and need to make money but no means no and at that point they should stop asking! we felt constantly hassled by them on a daily basis to the point we decided to go sit around the waterpark purely just to avoid them! Other than that we had a great time!

I truly had an amazing stay during my time at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The bar entertainment and dancing were extremely enjoyable and created a wonderful atmosphere every night. The food was delicious with a wide variety, and the quality exceeded all my expectations. The room was very comfortable and clean, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool it was clean, spacious, and ideal for both relaxation and fun. Overall, it was a fantastic experience in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation, and I would be very happy to come back again!

Tl;dr - don’t recommend. Better save up a bit more for a better hotel instead. The reception is extremely slow and uninformative. There was no introduction to the hotel, activities, nor information about the shuttle bus to the beach. The staff is usually nice, however it’s common to have more awkward or unpleasant interactions overall. Especially if you’re trying to ask for a drink at the dinner table and have your request ignored by several employees and then after a while coming back to you with something completely else than you ordered. Food - 2/10 without any hesitation. The meat is always dry, desert almost always tastes the same (no matter the type of dessert), and you’d think you couldn’t get fries wrong, but i must disappoint you there as well. The hotel can’t even cook a basic potato. Drinks - try ordering soda and it will always come warm and bubbled out, the only consistent experience was bottled beer. NEVER ask the staff for sparkling water, because you will be served carbonated tap water (one way trip to bathroom for a few days). Overall I advise you spend your money elsewhere. I will never be coming back to this hotel.

The hotel is absolutely terrible. The only good thing is the aquapark. The staff are incredibly rude. The food is awful. The price is disproportionate to what it offers; a fair price is 2000 Egyptian pounds per night. Sometimes it takes half an hour to walk from reception or the restaurant to your room as it is too huge, and you're stuck in traffic. The shuttle bus has a limited time and runs very infrequently. The key they gave to m didn't work. I asked room service to unlock it, and they told me they didn't know if I was there before and to go to reception, which took half an hour each way and was incredibly rude. Nothing you order is ever provided, from asking for a fork and knife while you're eating to the worst situation I experienced: I ordered water for my room, and it's been three hours and still hasn't arrived. I keep calling to complain, and the response is always calm and indifferent: "Yes, sir." Another incident occurred when I was at the bar and ordered two drinks for myself and a friend. I told them... I asked him to add more sauce, and he said, "I already have more, sir. Besides, you ordered two." I asked him, "What do you mean, 'ordered two'?" He said, "I mean I ordered more than I'm supposed to have." When I explained this to him, he didn't apologize and said, "I'm supposed to smile at you here, and you can do whatever you want." It's clear that the people working there are suffering psychologically because of how the hotel treats them, and this is evident from all the situations there. All the vibes are incredibly bad over there, don't waste your money!
