A Truly Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this resort. The service was truly outstanding — every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Whatever you need, it’s taken care of without hesitation. The hospitality is on another level. The swimming pools are pristine, and the beach is incredibly clean with crystal-clear water — absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food is just amazing: delicious, abundant, and full of variety to suit every taste. I do want to share one small experience, not to affect my overall impression, but perhaps to help improve clarity for future guests. One evening during dinner at the main restaurant, I was told by an attendant that my shorts were too short for the dress code. While they politely let me in that time, the experience felt a bit awkward and unexpected — especially since many other guests were also wearing shorts, and the signage indicating the dress code wasn’t clearly visible (partially hidden behind a table at the entrance). It would be great if the resort could make the dress code more visible and consistent for all guests to avoid any confusion or discomfort. That said, this was a minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay. I would absolutely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality service, comfort, and an unforgettable vacation.

The hotel is clean and neat. The staff is very helpful and friendly, with a very high level of hospitality and taking care of details... A must try 5 stars hotel The pool is huge, and the green areas are tremendous. So you will have the feel of enjoying a big resort... It's very safe for kids as well.

This was already our second time in this hotel and again we really enjoyed our stay. The beach, gardens and rooms are all very well-maintained and clean. The food was very tasty and varied, there is a different theme every evening in the main restaurant (the Oriental/Egyptian Night was our personal favourite). The people working in the hotel are all very friendly and willing to fulfill any wish you could have. It is a great place to enjoy a relaxed holiday!

16 yrs in a row now visiting Steigenberger ALDAU hotel and never fails to impress me! Everything is amazing.. starting from the staff , reception, restaurants, Pure Spa, swimming pool staff, room services, doormen, everything is amazing and cheerful.. Everything in that hotel gave me the unlimited pleasure and high quality experience.. I tried to change my destination in hurghada manytimes but everytime i cut my reservation and go back to steigenberger :)) Special thanks to “Ali Ahmed” from the main restaurant team.. very helpful with a smile all the time :) And the big Thanx goes to Mr. Mahmoud Elhawary… the manager of “Bwala pool restaurant and bar” … i spend most of my day in that place wether in the water or inside the restaurant just because of his lovely welcoming and the delicious food and drinks 😍 Thank you so much for the lovely hospitality steigenberger ALDAU 💕💕💕
