The entire resort is exceptionally well designed — spacious, beautifully landscaped with trees, flowers, and greenery, and featuring an impressive pool area that creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. The Steigenberger Al Dau Beach is definitely one of the top hotels in Hurghada. The entire resort is extremely clean, well maintained, and beautifully green. The location is excellent, the pools are large and never felt crowded, and the beach area is very pleasant. The hotel offers plenty of space, comfortable and spacious rooms, and a generally luxurious atmosphere. It’s a great choice for both families and couples. There are also many restaurants available, and guests can use the waterslides at the Aqua Magic Hotel next door, which is a nice extra. Positive: • Very clean and well-kept resort • Great location • Large pools, not overcrowded • Beautiful green gardens • Spacious, comfortable rooms • Good beach area • Suitable for families and couples • Many restaurants • Luxury feel • Access to the Aqua Magic waterslides Negative: • Activities and excursions sold by hotel staff (boat trips, etc.) are far too expensive. It’s better to look for local alternatives outside the hotel. • The food is okay, but as almost everywhere in Egypt, stomach issues are quite common — expect some days of diarrhea. • Some staff members were not very friendly and too aggressive when it came to asking for tips. In a hotel of this category, this should be handled better, and staff definitely need more training. • Staff selling activities can be quite pushy at times. However, you can hang a red bag on your sunbed (pool or beach) to signal that you do not want to be approached. Overall: The overall hotel experience is very good, and the resort is surely among the best in Hurghada. However, if you compare all-inclusive standards, Turkey is still a significantly better choice — the experience simply isn’t comparable.

Lovely hotel, room was very clean and spacious. Plenty of yummy food available at the buffet and lots of cocktails and drink options. The pool area is massive and extremely well maintained, looks gorgeous and lots to do including lazy river and pool bar. It is also close to the beach and you have access to the aqua magic hotel for the water park slides which is very handy. just a couple of reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5: I felt breakfasts could have been better, this is largely due to the fact they don't do pork so no bacon or pork sausages :( I also felt a lot of the pastries were too sweet. That being said there is still plenty on offer. Secondly and the biggest reason for 4 star is that they didn't advertise the entertainment widely enough. We didn't realise we had access to the arena outside the hotel for entertainment until Halloween night. The hotel advertised Halloween stuff that was on, we assumed in the same hotel, so we stayed in the normal area expecting it to come on. I had to ask someone where it was as nothing was starting. We were then told about the arena, but by then we had missed the start of the event. Not sure if we had missed events earlier in the week that we could have attended. I think they need to maybe give a handout at check in of where entertainment is as the only thing I was given (and I had to ask at reception) was stuff on at the hotel. They do have a board with entertainment listings on it in the pool area but again we just chanced upon that, nobody told us this is where you go to find the entertainment. Nobody told us about the arena at all. Hopefully someone at the hotel is reading and can try and make sure in future guests have more knowledge about the arena and what is on.

I recently stayed at Steigenberger Aladdin Beach Resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines comfort, hospitality, and relaxation, making it an excellent choice for both families and couples. From the moment I arrived, the check-in was smooth and professional, with friendly staff always welcoming guests with a smile and genuine warmth. The team is attentive, polite, and ready to assist with anything, which really makes you feel at home. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering comfortable beds and all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star resort. Most rooms have a lovely view of the pool or the sea, and waking up to that scenery was truly refreshing. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The food and drinks were outstanding. The main restaurant serves a wide variety of international and local dishes, always fresh and flavorful. Every meal felt like a new experience thanks to the variety of choices. The specialty restaurants and bars around the resort also offered excellent options, from light snacks by the beach to beautifully prepared dinners.

The room is clean and housekeepers are very friendly. The restaurant has a good selection and was nice and staff helpful. Thai restaurant across the road was not our preference. The snorkel trip was insane and beautiful at the dive centre of the hotel. Staff helpful and the videographer was amazing! And stafff very helpful and friendly, gym staff helpful. Sobky was very friendly always checking in on us and great entertainer especially the aqua fit so much fun! Would recommend and had a great time!
