Right from the start: the hotel is at the upper end of the price range, both in terms of accommodation and food and beverages. What truly defines the quality of the property, as is so often the case, are the people who work there. The service is—there’s no other way to put it—outstanding. Reception, butlers, pool and beach service, restaurant service (especially at Sophia), and breakfast service are simply top-notch. The staff are friendly, helpful, and warm. Compliments also go to the management; staff training clearly has a very high priority. The hotel is suitable for both adults and families with young children, as there are designated areas for adults and for families at both the pool and the beach. The pool is heated in January, which is very pleasant. We would be happy to return.

We arrived on Thursday evening and were welcomed with great style and professionalism. We received an upgrade to a beautiful suite with dedicated butler service, which made our stay even more special. The hotel is stunning in every detail, the breakfast is absolutely dreamy, and there are several excellent restaurants and plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help — they truly pampered us throughout our stay. A dream experience that we will never forget.

We had a truly lovely stay at St. Regis Saadiyat Island and felt genuinely looked after throughout our visit. Kamran at the reception was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all our questions and making everything feel easy and welcoming. Our child had an amazing time at the Sandcastle Kids Club, and we’re very grateful to Khaing, Ishara, Jennifer, and Kristine for their warmth and positive energy. A big thank you to Chamod, the lifeguard. The handwritten note and the thoughtful gift at the end of our stay was such a nice touch and really captured the spirit of the place. We left with great memories and would happily return.

10/10 I would say having stayed at a lot of luxury resorts over the years hands down this place is deservedly rated as the best in Abu Dhabi and for me so far would definitely deserve a place in leading hotels of the world - from the moment we walked in we were greeted with such a warm welcome the check in even though we arrived super early Hadiya arranged for us to get our room quickly as we been on a night flight with a 1.5 year old baby- straight after breakfast- she even had a gift for our little one and spent time to get to know us and really made a great first impression- breakfast too much to describe but an amazing buffet service exemplary - every single member of this hotel went out of the way to help. They even made special arrangements whenever asked nothing was too much effort and always done with a smile and no feeling that we were being fussy just always looking to deliver excellence. I could honestly write a book about this hotel and the service the lifeguards came to pay with daughter every day and made her smile always remembering her name and greeting her- playing games with the children by the pool I noticed the efforts of each and every member we had the pleasure to speak to. The hotel itself is very elegant and a heated pool also - the beach beautiful and the sea - the hotel is kept to immaculate cleanliness levels and one of the most well staffed hotels I have ever seen- no need to look far and someone is at hand to help. Thank you everyone honestly for the most amazing experience especially for my baby girl - I will miss this place and would love to come back soon- I really know why so many people recommended it to us and all I can say you lived up and went above and beyond to any expectations we had before visiting. We only hope you will maintain this level for all future guests as for me I can’t imagine a better place to stay and if you visit Abu Dhabi just check this place out and you will to become a fan very soon- From my family to the incredible team at St Regis incredibly happy guests and my little girl will miss this place so much - we hope to see you again soon.
