The hotel no doubt is luxurious. Rooms are spacious & comfortable. The bathroom was the highlight. The beach is stunning. Food wise good options to dine around. We had a bit of unpleasant experience on first night where we were woken up at 1 am by the concierge saying we have got delivery of flowers which freaked us out as nobody knew we were going to stay there and then when we asked why would you call at 1 am the guy simply hung up. The next day the relevant managers tried to address the issue and offered sincere apologies and gave us credit for one of the meals but I’m hoping this is not repeated with any other guests. And hence 1 star less in the service. Otherwise a good hotel to unwind and relax.

Their leadership created a welcoming and refined environment that was evident in the entire team’s performance. The rooms were elegant and spotless, with spacious balconies offering stunning sea views. Breakfast was diverse and satisfying, presented in a well-curated buffet featuring a wide variety of excellent dishes. I would also like to commend the restaurant staff—especially the manager and assistants—for their warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail. They frequently checked on guests with genuine hospitality and enthusiasm, clearly motivated by a deep appreciation for The St. Regis culture. The positivity and passion of the staff effortlessly extended to us as guests. The beach is absolutely stunning—vast and seemingly endless, with no buildings obstructing the view, just an open, expansive sea. The shoreline is pristine, the waves are beautiful, and dolphins visit it with joy. I have never seen a beach as breathtaking as this one. Thank you, St. Regis, for a memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The beachfront location is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered - from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff - was warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance whenever needed. Wonderful property, real 5-star hotel. Amazing breakfast restaurant and selection. Buddha Bar is great place as well, great music. Greek restaurant quite dead. Beautiful beach and water. Great pools.

Beautiful place. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I specially loved their attention to detail. I informed the staff beforehand that we will be celebrating our 15th Wedding Anniversary and they truly made our day special with beautiful decor and delectable treats. The breakfast was amazing with a huge number of dishes to choose from, each one fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and ready to assist. We specially loved the Kids Club because the staff is the best and they have the most wonderful activities for kids, ranging from colorful hair braiding to face painting. I would specially like to mention Jennifer for being extremely cordial and nice. She is a real gem. We would love to visit again. Highly recommended!!
