My recent stay at this 5-star hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, the rooms were immaculate, and the facilities were top-notch. The stunning beach views and delicious restaurant cuisine added to the overall experience. Highly recommend for an unforgettable stay. I will give more than 5 stars!

St Regis Bali is one of the most luxurious five star resort in the island. We stayed at one of the villa, it was huge, with private pool, and all the amenities were provided. The breakfast was so good, a lot of choices and the taste was great. The swimming pool area was probably the largest and longest in bali. There was a direct access to the beach from the resort.

I recently held my wedding at this resort, but I was quite disappointed with their handling of certain issues. Here's what happened: The preparation room was supposed to open at 5 AM for the makeup artist to begin preparations. However, despite several requests, it didn't open until 6 AM, causing a delay and rushing through everything. According to the contract, there was supposed to be free-flowing ice tea and TWG Grand Wedding Tea provided during dessert. However, when my sister requested it, the staff said they didn't have either, which wasn't what we were promised. To make matters worse, they overcharged us for the number of guests and refused to refund us despite their mistake in counting my family members. On a positive note, the butler was friendly, and the rooms provided were amazing. They offered compensation by allowing us to choose either a complimentary dinner or brunch for two during our next visit to Bali, which somewhat mitigated the issues. Overall, it was okay, but I expected better resolution of the above problems, especially from a world-class resort like St. Regis.

Best resort so far my family has ever stayed. Very friendly, efficient and helpful staffs. Food at restaurant Boneka is the best so far we have tried in Bali. Very clean and comfortable. Very worth the price we paid. Environment is very kids friendly too. They provide complimentary drop off and pick up to and for airport this season. Highly recommended. Created many beautiful memories in this resort :)

Never have I ever had such a pleasant holiday. The resort is outstanding, the service is outstanding, the Food from the buffet is beyond outstanding, the staff is amazing everything about this hotel is beyond expectations. Even when we were leaving the place to the airport they made it wonderful, someone dropped us in a Vip car and then someone at the airport was waiting for us to help us with our luggages! If you are hesitating to stay, do not! Don't think twice. The facility was so safe for our baby girl. The beach was very private and agreeable, the water amazing, the service there as well...We will come to stay again FOR SURE.
