We stayed for a full week with our three children and had an amazing time! The housekeeping service was excellent, the rooms were large and comfortable, equipped with a big fridge and a microwave. The pool service was outstanding – we received free drinks all day, including cold bottled water. There is a large swimming pool, three fun slides for children, and a separate area for toddlers. The food was fine, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay and give the hotel a high rating. The hotel assistant manager flouris was extremely kind and attentive to every request, and the lifeguard, Dimitri, was very polite and friendly. A truly excellent hotel!

Amazing place that is outstanding in every department. The food is world-class and the staff are the friendliest people on earth. I might suggest the rooms could potentially be better, the little snack bar could have club sarnies but that's irrelevant, this place is fantastic. The pool... could be cleaner but not complaining, it's not crowded and after it does get cleaned, its spotless. Book this place now for a simply amazing holiday. Big shout out to the entertainment staff too, Hazel, Ryan and co are outstanding. Miss this place so bad

Myself, hubby and two kids have just returned from this beautiful hotel! The atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms are spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The food was amazing and the drinks were very good as well. The snack bar was also a big hit! The entertainment for the children throughout the whole day and night was brilliant. Us adults were also very happy! The pools were brilliant and the waterslides were great! The staff were remarkable and enjoyed helping at all times, especially the restaurant staff. A huge thank you to the manager Flouris for his humour, help and warmth during our stay. We are very happy and will 100% be returning! Thank you Louis St. Elias!

After 8 full days at the hotel, here is my review, both good and bad: Positive things: 1. The service of the hotel staff is remarkable. Very nice, always offering help, not sparing anything. 2. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the city center every hour. 3. The pools are large and really adequate for children. Negative things (and in my opinion very problematic): 1. The food - I will put it gently, the food is horrible. The breakfast is still somehow normal but overall the food is very disappointing, not tasty at all, not varied (although they try to diversify by having food from a different country every evening). In short, the food is really disappointing. 2. The room maintenance is really bad. Lots of ants and insects in the rooms. It feels like there is no regular maintenance in the rooms and it is really disappointing. 3. There is always, always a lack of clean towels for the pool (the blue towels you take from the spa). There are never any towels there. When you arrive, you will understand what I am talking about. The score I give here is 3. I came with a lot of expectations for the hotel, but I won't be back.

The hotel is wonderful – very family-friendly and ideal for staying with kids. The rooms are comfortable and well kept, and the whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. What really stands out is the staff – reception, waiters, lifeguards, cleaners – everyone is incredibly kind and offers outstanding service. Although the hotel is a bit away from the beach, the shuttle service makes it very easy. Overall, it’s a charming and quiet resort, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation.
