Absolutely perfect experience. The environment is pretty and clean, somebody always taking care of something. Bushes of herbs and flowers lining the paths between the apartments. Several pools with plenty options for kids. Entertainment team working full out morning, afternoon and evening. Plenty delicious food with always enough options even for picky eaters (oh we miss the food). Somebody always making sure everything was ok. Several bars. All staff kind and smiling, nice to kids. Both our apartments were spacious, comfortable and clean. There’s just no complaint, maybe the gym could be upkept a little better. I’d go back any day and all of us agree this was the perfect vacation. Thank you!

This is our second time back at the St Elias Hotel and won’t be the last. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill, but was an easy walk for us with small children to the shops and there’s a regular bus to the beach. What makes this hotel is the staff. They cannot do enough for you and are so genuinely friendly. Shout out to Mohammed Sr, Flouris, Ryan and the entertainment team for making our holiday amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean, pools great for the kids and adults. Food is great with a different theme and loads of choice. Fantastic First Family Visit to Cyprus – St Elias Resort is a Gem! This was our first time visiting Cyprus as a family, and it was absolutely fantastic. We arrived at Larnaca Airport and picked up our hire car with Green Motion. Just a heads-up: they’re not located on-site at the airport, but once you call them, they’ll come and collect you. It’s a short 10–15 minute drive to their office, and the process was smooth. From there, it was about a 45–50 minute drive to our all-inclusive resort, St Elias Resort in Protaras. We arrived around 9 PM and were greeted with a warm, welcoming smile from the staff. They encouraged us to leave our bags at reception and head straight to the restaurant for food and drinks while they checked us in such a thoughtful and hospitable gesture! Once we finished, they helped us with our bags and showed us to our rooms. The ambiance at St Elias in the evenings is lovely. Although our room was relatively close to the entertainment area, we couldn't hear any noise from inside, which was great for a restful night. The next morning, we had breakfast by what I’d call the "quiet pool," which quickly became our favorite spot. The outdoor seating is peaceful, and the area is immaculate. You can help yourself to drinks from the bar, and the toilets, showers, and gym are all clean and well-maintained. There's also an on-site spa, highly recommend a massage! We visited the top pool a few times, where the water slides and entertainment area are located. There’s a separate bar up there offering drinks and snacks throughout the day. The entertainment team is fantastic, full of energy and always working to make your holiday more enjoyable with games and activities. Evening entertainment is equally impressive, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure everyone is having a great time. The food and drink were excellent, which is a major plus for us at an all-inclusive resort. Overall, St Elias is a brilliant choice for both families and couples. The staff are friendly, hardworking, and always looking to make your stay enjoyable. The grounds are well-kept, and the whole experience left us feeling relaxed and well taken care of. We’ve genuinely found a place we’ll return to again, it’s one of those special spots you know you can count on for a wonderful holiday. Huge thanks to all the team at St Elias for making our first visit to Cyprus so memorable!

Just returned from a week’s stay here. The rooms and pools were great and the food was also really good. The best part is the service you receive from every member of staff there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and really want you to have the best holiday! Would definitely recommend.

(Sep 2024) Our stay at the St. Elias Hotel and Resort in Protaras, Cyprus, was very enjoyable! From the moment we arrived, the warmth and care of the staff made us feel welcome and at home. The All Inclusive food offerings had a fantastic array of options catering to every taste. The Meze restaurant was a particular highlight, with some fantastic Greek food. We booked in twice! The All inclusive food was always fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, and the variety of hot and cold snacks available throughout the day—along with cocktails and refreshing slushies—ensured we never went hungry. The ambiance throughout the resort strikes a perfect balance of comfort and relaxation. With landscaped grounds and thoughtfully designed spaces that made us feel like we were more in a village than a hotel. The spa offered some well priced respite from sunbathing, providing a tranquil escape and adding to the holiday experience. The resort offers two pool areas to suit any mood: one lively with slides, music, and activities, and the other a serene spot for unwinding. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with effective air conditioning that kept us cool and comfortable. The housekeeping team did an impeccable job every day. One of the highlights was the resort’s prime location, just a 10-minute walk to the start of the Protaras strip and about 15 minutes to Fig Tree Bay. Watching the sunset from nearby St. Elias Church, with its breathtaking views over the horizon, was an unforgettable experience. There’s also a free shuttle from the hotel, which is popular, so we recommend arriving early to catch a spot. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The bar and restaurant staff, are always helpful, jovial and ensuring that you are well looked after. Floris, the manager, deserves a special mention—he was hands-on and approachable, helping us coordinate with the airport to retrieve a lost suitcase and always checking in to ensure we were having a wonderful time. The entertainment team also did an excellent job of keeping the atmosphere lively and fun. As seasoned travellers, we both left with only one thought: we would love to go back. The St. Elias Hotel and Resort truly embodies the spirit of Cypriot hospitality, and I’m sure that this will be on the return agenda at some point in the near future.
