I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with my two teenage sons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the service was brilliant, and the location was perfect. We couldn’t fault anything! The only minor downside was that the hash browns in the morning were a bit hard. Other than that, we’ll definitely be coming back.

we stayed in the vulcano for five nights & loved our stay here. the location is perfect as it's close to everything but not too noisy at night unlike some other places nearby. we loved the selection at the breakfast buffet as it catered for everyone, the pool area was never too busy there's lots of sun loungers. we booked the up! terrace for two days as part of our stay, i love the two pools and the wide variety of drinks. the room was good the only thing i would say is the fact it's two single beds and not one double which many would prefer. we enjoyed the vulcano and would definitely recommend it to people !!

Hotel is in a great location, close to the golden mile where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to suit every taste! Hotel is impeccably clean and the variety at the breakfast buffet is superb. Something for everyone! All staff are super friendly! This is our second time at this hotel and cannot fault it! Would I come again! Definitely!

Absolute gem of a hotel, me and my partner (20 and 22) both thoroughly enjoy our stay. Service was brilliant. We did pay extra for the UP for 2 days and it was well worth it. There is construction going on however this did not bother us. Lovely hotel with a great location.

Brilliant place. Been a few times now and will be returning. Great staff and it’s a brilliant location. Not a major issue but I wish you would get a double bed instead of 2 singles pushed together
