Super clean and beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, warm pool and nice food. But most importantly the staff are great. Lovely service at reception with a smile, staff at the bars are very kind and try to accommodate all requests. Food and staff at Papaya were great. The friendly lifeguards kept us safe but also allowed everybody to relax have fun in the pool. Staff in the buffet restaurant were very polite and professional. Some rooms on our floor were being renovated and initially we were worried about it but we barely even noticed it in the end. Thank you for a great week, we can't wait to come back.

Spotless and just what I was expecting and that is so great and valuable. Everything just a match. Service great and despite for the strikes what I support because everyone has to make salaries to make a living. Food is ok a buffet and I just did eat there once in a while for my 10 day. It is what it is an so reasonable. Take my hat down for all the staff. Love you all for doing what you are doing. Full respect ❤️❤️ Bitacora is perfect for what it is because it is all about concept and placement for their costumers. Full respect from my as an COO running a global Ad Agency in the Nordic (Iceland). Keep up the good work guys ❤️❤️❤️

Just came back from a 10 day half board stay with my partner and have nothing bad to say. The check in was smooth with friendly staff all round. The entertainment team were very friendly and there were numerous activities to get people involved. The room was spacious, needed a bit of an upgrade but nothing wrong with it really. Breakfast and dinner food options were brilliant but lunch was disappointing. The poolside snack bar was great, fast service with friendly staff and decent enough burgers etc. The pool itself was lovely. We often used the adult only area which was peaceful . However, not all functions in the outside spa pool were working. Occasionally we sat in the main pool area which where the fun staff were working and that has music playing and generally a good vibe around the place. I'd recommend this hotel! Genuinely cannot fault the staff for their friendliness in every department!

I had a great time in bitácora, i would reccomend to my friends to get the UP! I would like to give a special mention to Rachel and her animation team they do a great job, dog man with the kids IS amazing. I would laso like to day thank you to diana for managing a small problem we jad with some kids. The food IS amazing and the service is great, thanks yo Alejandra in the kitchen. We Will be back

Kids club with Pelayo/Dog Man & the fun crew was great! The kids had a great time each day. Hotel was really good, clean, well presented. Outdoor area with plenty of play equipment & a mini Astro pitch for the football mad amongst us
