We’re having a great time at the hotel again, lovely room and a lovely house keeper looking after us. Lovely breakfast, would be even better if extended to 10.30am please. We enjoyed the live music last night but it was really bright in there which killed the atmosphere somewhat. Maybe more people would dance if the lighting was lower. Anyway, we’ll continue to enjoy our stay.

A fantastic stay at this hotel. I stayed here a few years ago and had forgotten how nice it is. Everything has been top notch, staff cannot do enough for us. The Spa is wonderful. Food, pools, facilities are all provided to a superb quality! Definitely coming back! Love the interior decor, the use of plants throughout is something special!

Nice hotel. Excellent service from bar staff. Buffet restaurant is typical of all hotels with busy peak periods and tepid food but there is plenty of choice and some freshly cooked items being prepared at all times. Lunch at the poolside bar is reasonably priced. You can upgrade to the "UP!" experience if you want to spend your day sun bathing, eating and drinking on the exclusive roof terrace but we weren't bothered.

Returned from the Arona Gran last evening after a five night break. I have never had a sun holiday before where 200+ people have been so respectful to one another in the pool area. Absolutely peace and quiet and just what I needed. The staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful at all times. Everything about this accomodation exceeded my expectation with a big shout out to the quality and choice of food deserving of a special mention. I will definitely consider returning here in the new year. Thank you 🙏 JP.

Beautiful Location, Excellent food choices, Polite and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious definitely worth a pool view sea view upgrade. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Weather for the end of October was an extra bonus 27-29* every day. Short walk to the nearest beach (10mins) Will definitely be returning in the future 😃
