My experience at the Southern Palms H Beach Resort was excellent due to the beautiful views and the outstanding customer service from the staff especially from David and Rodney who attended to our every need & had a wonderful manner with children by hosting a mini golf tournament and giving out free wind surfing lessons. The staff on reception were also friendly & helpful throughout.

Brilliant hotel on the beach at St. Lawrence Gap. Staff really friendly Rooms great size and clean. Bathroom adequate, lots of hot water, if you let the tap run for ages. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect! Safe, easy access to other areas & nearby bars etc. The pools were great. The beach was pretty amazing 🌴 & yes it has waves sometimes but we loved that - great for bodyboarding! Saw turtles 🐢 everyday in the sea. The view from the room was lovely, could do with a refurb but it was well kept. Gym was good - best air con in the hotel which was fab! Special mention to the gentleman who manages the bodyboarding/snorkeling stuff (much of which is included as a staying guest) - he is exceptionally professional, friendly, helpful, approachable- an excellent example of hospitality, such a hard worker too - always on the go! Jenny was also very kind & helpful at the front desk - felt like nothing was too much trouble. 🌴🫶🏿🫶🏻

Great location, beautiful beach, lovely pool area and fab Monday night live band. Service is out of this wold bad though. Staff are grumpy and rude and service is an utter joke!

Fantastic stay (and wedding!) at Southern Palms in June 2024. Can't thank the staff enough. Wedding was a great little event as wanted; with lovely food and hospitality throughout. Also experienced the passing of Hurricane Beryl and we were kept informed of necessary arrangements. Staff worked like troopers to get hotel back up and running within 24 hours. Sincerely hope that they all have their own personal circumstances resolved too in the aftermath. Thanks all - and to Barbados. We will be back..!
