This hotel is small and quiet. There wasn't much to do and no entertainments. As of the excursions it would have been better with staff on site than looking from different selections than go to first desk to further assist. Bring enough money barbados is expensive. The room that I book was studio with ocean view and listening to the wave at night was so peaceful and relaxing. Now, that was a plus. I slept like a baby and my bed was very comfortable. Furthermore, it's in a prime location walking distance to local bars, restaruants, hotels, food trucks etc. I will come back to this hotel. I felt safe and some of the staff were cool and honest to talk to.

I had an amazing time at South Gap Hotel! I was greeted with amazing energy by Tia, who really helped make my stay spectacular with her top tier customer service! The hotel was clean, with stunning ocean views, a classy pool and intimate dining. I did not try the food, and oh, no elevator, but it’s okay, adds to daily exercise and only 3 levels. . The staff helped me carry my bags up and down on my days of arrival and departure. This is a great stay for relaxation, poolside work, and entertainment when you walk out of the door! Oh and no water in the room, you have to buy your own if you want it bottled.

This have been 5 incredible nights. Before entering a cruise we stayed here and I would like to express my extreme gratitude. I am so glad we came here as the hotel is such a beautiful place. Not only is the view exceptional, the hotel is very intimate, yet modern and very clean. We have barely left the hotel the past five days as we have had such a great time here. The staff is some of the best I have experienced, so insanely lovely and accommodating. They go lengths to figure out things you might be wondering about. I truly will miss both the place and the people here as we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The food here is lovely and we have just been at such peace and calm the days we’ve had here and we will for sure be coming back. Thank you guys SO much. You deserve all the credit in the world. The location is perfect over looking the water. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly. The hotel has recently gone through repairs and upgrades. The oversized porch offers a stunning view. It is clean with a little kitchenette. The restaurant staff are incredibly slow but you are running on island time. So to be expected. You are right on the gap so a car is not necessary.

Beautiful beach front views, attentive staff, delicious food and drink - what more could you want? Booked 2 days for the New Years and it did not disappoint. The hotel room was clearly new, modern, clean and air conditioned most importantly!!! Extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu with various options and the overall condition of the place feels very pleasant to stay in. Balcony views are beautiful especially watching the sunset. It is based on a lively street at night with many restaurants, bars and beaches in walking distance. It was quite noisy at night with the music but it was the new year celebration. Overall a great experience would’ve stayed longer if i didn’t already book other accommodations. The pool was closed this morning about 2 hours longer than when it said it would open; the manager Camille came round speaking to everyone explaining when the pool would be of use again which was very considerate! Would highly recommend this place!!! Have a good new year :)
