Amazing hotel! Very modern (for Caribbean standards), great bar/food and across the road from a lovely beach. Everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had very good variety and something for all. Great location for getting the bus to other places and great activities at the hotel - our favorite was Sunday's karaoke night and the daily happy hour (including rum punch). Will 100% be staying there again when I'm next in Barbados and will be recommending to friends and family too!

Our first time to Barbados. The hotel we stayed in is called The Rockley and the staff there are wonderful. We honestly felt like family by the time we left. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities in the hotel include a gym, lounge, and bar. There's also a restaurant but we mostly ate outside in the bar area. The beach across the road from the hotel, who provide you with beach towels for the beds. There is also many shops, bars and eateries within 5 minutes of the hotel so it's a perfect place to stay. We are already looking at opportunities to come back and stay!

This hotel really made me and my family feel at home. It was such a friendly, family oriented atmosphere. So this vacation was the intentions of me proposing to my girlfriend. I recieved a text that Troy would be my guide here for hotel fun. So I met him down in the lounge and told me about every event the hotel has to offer and the trips tour wise we could take. The first event was the boardwalk tour. Right then and there I told him that's where I want to propose to my girl. Right b4 the tour he told me we have something special for you. As we got close to the end of the tour, there was an opening where they put in the sand, 'Marry Me' with some Champaign bottle and glasses. Needless to say my girl was surprised and Mr Troy and his team did a wonderful job. Oh, she said 'YES'. Lol. This hotel must say did things no other hotels have ever done for me and the other hotels has not made me feel like family. I solely recommend this vacation spot to any one going to Barbados.Thank you Troy for being the perfect host that cares!!! *** they wasn't perfect thou. They really need to add in their website and email the guest that if you use a third party agency to book the hotel they only collect 50% of the rate as a deposit and the rest of the balance is due plus the taxes for the rental when you arrive. I had a child, that could sleep on the pullout couch and was told I now had a double occupacy and had to pay for the child. Hidden fees is NEVER ok and can make things seem shady. This could leave ppl stranded if they don't have the extra money because they paid in advance for the trip. So, a room that can sleep four people still gets charged 'double occupacy rate. Also, the laundry rooms on my floor was out of order. But that's not gonna take away from the experience.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Quirky decor and very friendly staff. Rooms were big with a small kitchen and a spacious lounge area. Beach opposite with a lovely boardwalk that you could walk along. Taxis opposite and bus stop nearby. Plenty of places to eat at nearby, varying in cost.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great location, 100 yards to the beach, reserved sunbeds, and umbrella. Close to local eateries and bars. With Bajan's love for saying hello with a beep from their cars, it can be a little noisy during rush hours, but it's a happy toot, not angry. Large rooms with double bedrooms, kitchenettes, large showers with double basins and lounge areas. Also, a balcony. More of an apartment than a room. Great breakfast, with more than enough choice. Egg chef will cook your egg to perfection (and sing to the background music while doing so), and the peanut butter is to die for! Will definitely stay again.
