Stayed here a few times, everything you need and a great location, don't need the car every time you go out. Drinks, food and entertainment all with in a few minutes walk. Quick update...stayed for a 3rd time and was put in a room on the ground floor overlooking the pool...asked to move and was well looked after by Juan, sorted me a new room on the 5th floor facing out and was very quiet, couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing stay. Room spacious and spotlessly clean and perfect for what we needed. 2 complimentary coffees on arrival. Staff friendly. Pool and hot tub perfect and clean towels available throughout. Small shop was a little pricey but overall could not fault it.would definitely recommend and return.

Vanessa at the front desk was awesome. My only complaint was that I didn't get to spend time in the pool and hot tub due to the trade show I was in town for. I needed ketchup one night and the lady and gentleman at the front desk went and got me some. (I didn't catch their names and they weren't wearing name tags I could see.) Issues...We did have a smoke detector on low battery chirp when we arrived. I called the front desk and the cheerful maintenance guy fixed it about 15 minutes later. Room 119. King bedroom was missing the USB and electric outlets from the night stand on one side. Quirks... Ice maker in the freezer isn't hooked up and no ice machines on the floors. They do provide gallon bags of ice in the front desk market for free. Internet, even with "premium" access, is 15x15Mbps max. A bit slow for working. Dish cloth and dish soap provided but no dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher. Overall, I would stay here again. Needs a detailed cleaning in some spots. Beds are too firm for my taste but I prefer a soft bed. Showers could use an extension arm for the shower head so you can actually enjoy the large shower head. Didn't have any noise issues, even being beside an elevator. Linens were clean. Towels new. Water is typical high mineral Orlando city water. Pack shampoo and conditioner accordingly. Provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion is fine. But I definitely needed higher power shampoo and conditioner due to the water. An iron, ironing board, hair dryer and laundry basket, and broom are provided. Along with a coffee maker, mugs, coffee, teas, and sweeteners. All the appliances and provided items were in good shape. There are 2 computers for printing boarding passes, emails, etc. Biggest perk of the stay related to my trade show trip was that shuttle stop 14 is right outside the hotel lobby and made it very convenient to use the convention shuttle.

Everything about our visit was wonderful. Clean rooms, service was amazing. Perfect location to the convention center via shuttle bus. Loved it and we will stay again.

Can’t get any better with the location. Parking is free which is a huge plus as you’re within walking distance of so much. The rooms were comfortable, smell wasn’t the best but bearable. The pool was great. Wish they had breakfast included, very limited breakfast options. But overall would definitely stay again.
