We stayed in the suites over xmas and was really pleased with the location and the staff was really good in helping with ant issues (there was only two) minor ones in the 2 weeks we stayed there. And both was resolved very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone thinking of booking in this area... yes you can sometimes hear a small amount of noise from the bars over the road which is understandable but also what makes it great location wise as you can reach a massive number of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. Overall really good value for money.. very clean and tidy modern rooms with a great location 👍

Me and my family loves this hotel! It was very clean and put together. The location is very close to a lot of places, such as Universal and Disney, downtown and the highway. The room was clean and nice. The pool and hot tub are very clean also. They even have a mini Starbucks in the lobby. Overall, one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

The room had a mold mildew smell, bathrooms had no vents so when someone would shower (even with door open) moisture got built up. The air in the room even felt damp. When we arrived the showers in our room both had hairs left in them. I did clean them with cleaner I had. The floors left our feet black so we had to keep shoes and socks on the whole time. We didn’t stay in our room much at all bc we stayed so busy, or I would’ve called front desk about those issues. The rooms seriously need dehumidifiers!

Stayed here a few times, everything you need and a great location, don't need the car every time you go out. Drinks, food and entertainment all with in a few minutes walk. Quick update...stayed for a 3rd time and was put in a room on the ground floor overlooking the pool...asked to move and was well looked after by Juan, sorted me a new room on the 5th floor facing out and was very quiet, couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing stay. Room spacious and spotlessly clean and perfect for what we needed. 2 complimentary coffees on arrival. Staff friendly. Pool and hot tub perfect and clean towels available throughout. Small shop was a little pricey but overall could not fault it.would definitely recommend and return.
