Amazing beautiful hotel, with everything on your doorstep. Beach literally outside. A choice of 3 swimming pools. All the water sports within easy access on the beach. Staff were so warm and welcoming. The breakfast here was perfect with a variety of things to choose from. I would highly recommend. Family friendly hotel.

Poolside staff too busy looking at themselves in any reflective service than taking time out to be friendly! Very unapproachable, oh unless you are a paying for a smile aka sunbed!
The beach beds are pointless in Sept, they should be available for the guests at this less busy time of yr, never mind charging 55euros, yet guests get hard ones or the wooden beds which are a death trap.
You should be trying to get guests to return here by making sunbathing a pleasure instead of being strictly protocol on the costs. Change it up.
Guests should also have an exit and entry point from the beach in the evening, the walk-around is rather unnecessary and those fences used are very ugly!

Our holidays were tragic. We are really disappointed. Pictures in the website are FAKE. Hotel shows that there are bali beds and nice loungers that ARE NOT HOTEL BELONGINGS. You have to pay 100 euros per day to use the bed. Also the loungers near the swimming pool are also paid and you are not allowed to use them. All these nice pictures of beds and loungers are Hadley’s Club’s belongings. We chose this hotel for nice bali beds actually but we couldn’t use it.
The surf machine never worked but the Hotel also publishes nice pictures of it. They fool their guests. We asked to use the beds for free so the person who is working here offered us to use their other beds that looked terrible, after all he confirmed that they cannot offer it anymore.
The reception desk workers are rude and not helpful. They didn’t seem to care about the issues.
If you have half board, for dinner you have to walk to another hotel. The food was terrible, we asked to return the money so all they could offer was 10 euros per day… while we paid 50 euros for that terrible food.
Breakfast was all the time the same and there was always lack of food.
They offer to eat dinner at Hadleys club, they offer 1 starter and 2 main dishes for 2 people. Asian restaurant never worked.
Hotel’s interior is actually old, the corridors and doors to the rooms are like 50 years old.
It is advertised as 4 star hotel but it barely scrapes a 2 star experience. All you get is an old room,poor lounger, terrible food and rude receptionist!!!

Everything is perfect. The room is always clean, the staff is friendly, the view of the sea is great. We got a really big room. The place is very good. I give 100 points.

Very happy and impressed with this stay. Our room was not what we expected and with no fuss we were move to another room and very well looked after by Ruben for the inconvenience. Fabulous facility and the most beautiful beach on your door step. The breeza bar is truly wonderful and Rocio and her team really do go the extra mile. Looking forward to coming back!!
