We are staying her currently and I can’t fault it. It’s clean, lots to do for the kids, the location is brilliant with lots to do within walking distance. It has its own supermarket within the hotel which is so convenient and Edu behind the counter is so lovely! All the staff are great with the kids, they interact with them all day. The only downside is the kids disco, I wish it was longer for the kids and if they changed it up each evening. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel for families.

We’re just back from what should have been 7 nights but we extended to 9, that says it all! The hotel is brilliant for all ages. Rooms are a little on the small side if using the pull out sofa there isn't an awful lot of room but that is our only downside. All the staff are amazing and so helpful. The onsite shop is so handy and reasonably priced. Location is perfect out the back gate to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the marina. The entertainment for kids & adults was brilliant, from the games & crafts for kids in the kids club, family games in the pool and music every afternoon & evening shows! It’s our first holiday where we came back for the entertainment every night! We had breakfast a couple of mornings at the buffet which had a great selection and made to order omelettes. We had lunch 2 days from the bar menu in the terrace and it was very tasty but we do like to head off for a stroll and get lunch. All of the team in the kids club were absolutely amazing with our son! It was his first time in a kids club and they could not of made him feel more welcome. Special shout out to Pablo , Maria & Raul!! We’re going to miss you all! We can’t wait to come back next year! Thanks to all who made our holiday one to remember! Would 100% recommend!

As a family with 3 young children it was the entertainment / activities team that really made our stay memorable. The kids club in particular was the best we have experienced on a holiday, the staff were welcoming, always friendly and very patient with the children. They had great activities planned each day. Our room was average but sufficient and the cleaners mistakenly took one of the kids blankets and soft toy with the laundry which wasn’t returned leaving her devastated.

Miriam & Raul have been excellent during g the day round the pool. Making our 9 year olds stay loads of fun and getting him involved. Fantastic location. Great pool area. Beach front and close to all the restaurants and bars

The activities in the hotel were brilliant ! The team were so welcoming to all of us and especially Montse who got me exercising every day of the holiday ! The classes were professional and really well led! The staff were motivating and encouraging and have set me up for a year of exercise until we come again next year ! Montse and Raul were the reasons we returned this year as they were so fun and really included all of our kids! We are so Grateful to have found this amazing hotel ! I never thought I would be giving 5 stars to a holiday that made me exercise 🤣🤣🤣 Food amazing - loads for the kids and so many healthy options too!
