would NEVER come back! I had the opportunity to stay at SOL hotel at fuertaventura and it was a really pleasant experience, but this? An absolute nightmare. Old hotel rooms, only viewed on the site as 1-2 photos, in need of big general attention and renovation. Not soundproofed walls so we couldn’t sleep until 2 a.m because of the screaming kids.The hotel seems to be overbooked as there is no space at all pools, even though there is a notice for the guests not to book the sunbeds, and if they do their belongings would be taken to prevent such situations the employees don’t do anything. I was horrified that as an all inclusive guest I had to pay for most of the usual things a hotel should provide. You have to pay to exchange your towel, pay at the bar if you want original alcohol spirits instead of bland substitutes and many other things that you expect to be free as an all inclusive guest. Also, the hygiene is very poor, dirty plates and bowls at the canteen not to mention that as other guests I got food poisoning from the expired fruits- yes , expired. But best for last, as an active person I went to the gym and to my surprise the ceiling is covered in disgusting mold and fungus, how could a „4” star hotel lead to something like this?! This establishment is a maximum 2-3 stars and should be ashamed to keep up as a 4 star hotel. This was an absolute disaster. 7 days wasted.

This place is great! The staff are very hard-working and the pool is amazing! If you go, look out for the ducks swimming at night in the larger pools. There is a wide range of food on-offer and it is all very tasty! The family rooms are modern-looking and have a good amount of space with a decently-sized balcony. The local area is bustling and the beach is lovely, but the sand can get very hot and it gets shingly towards the shoreline. The local buses aren't frequent and sometimes they don't go all the way! Taxis seem to be the best way to get around. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

This hotel is fantastic if you're seeking a getaway with young children. My preschool boys were kept entertained throughout. The children's pool area is superb. The food was good enough with good options for kids. We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday, and the location is outstanding.

- I like the hotel though it's busy in late July. - Rooms were good but small for my liking sleeping very close to families beds. - Pools you have to go early for a bed but I prefer the beach so it wasn't much issue, if you want a bed by the pool go at 830 or later in the afternoon there's usually space. - Good location if you want to relax. - Food was pretty good & there's always some choice for everyone. Id stay again, would prefer double bed / bigger room

Came here in July for first time it is a very big hotel with lots of areas, our room was high up on ninth floor with lovely views of pool area and beach. There was three lifts servicing our floor but they were small four people max, food was lovely everyday, evening entertainment wasn’t the best but your not at butlins. There was kids clubs all day. Overall lovely hotel
