Nice hotel, beautiful outdoor pools and great that it is smokers friendly outdoors and on the balcony. Great breakfast options every morning. Great smoothies and they can make a lot of different drinks and cocktails, I even tried my first bloody mary here. If you can speak a little Spanish then you will come a long way, or else then the receptionists speak fluent English :) A lot of great shopping possibilities as Designer Outlet Málaga and Plaza Mayor is only 3 km away and it only costs 9 euro for taxi. Nice restaurants nearby, only 250 metres away. Be careful of the workers outside the hotel, they drive fast with their forklifts. Nice gym, but not like a commercial gym you see in the city, so no barbells and heavy weights, only light dumbbells, running and cycling machines. The service from the staff is good, not like Asia good, but for Europe it's really good 😊 We will come back again ❤️ thank you for a nice and relaxing week.

4 ⭐️ because we are not fussy guests. The hotel was OK , definitely looks better from outside, a little dated inside. Also I should say that a do agree with many points already mentioned in different reviews: Food is not the best and it’s pretty much the same every day. Check in can take a little longer. Drinks in the restaurant are overpriced. We were there in February 26 and couldn’t use any of the outdoor pools , especially the pool with beach views would be great to use even at that time of the year. Still all the employees deserve 👍👍

I have been in many-many hotels around the world, but this one’s restaurant workers ARE THE BEST! So helpful, so kind! ❤️❤️❤️I personally have never experienced any rudeness or something like that from any of them, always helpful, open, sweet. God bless your work, friends! I will definitely miss this hotel. 🌟

Very nice hotel with great location by the beach. It takes about 15-20 minutes to check in one family in this hotel, so very long queues by the reception. Maybe they should do something about that. I have worked in a hotel and also stayed in lots of hotels but it has never taken so long to check in (we had no special needs or questions). After the pools close, huge seagulls and ducks come swimming, I have no idea what to do about this, but something has to be done. Lots of activities for children and adults. The kids club was fantastic with a friendly staff. They were so nice and considearate towards us and our son. The night entertainment was kind of a disapointment. Only lip syncing and dancing to songs. The pools are huge and they also have a smaller pool on the other side of the hotel, which is a little bit less crowded. We struggled to find space for the sunbeds by the pool, maybe we were the only ones obeying the rule not to reserve them. 😂 All in all there wasn’t enough room for the sunbeds by the pool. Also they need more staff to the poolbar, long queues all day long. The breakfast was my least favorite experience. It was so loud and crowded. So many things had ran out all the time, good selection though. The room was nice, no complaints. We had a family room. Good space and the shower pressure was good. We wanted late check out, but it was not possible. They had an opportunity to reserve a room for showering on the departure day for half and hour. This was such a great service. All in all a great experience.

Just back from a 5 night stay. Had a great time nice rooms very comfortable beds. Went with breakfast and dinner. food was very good service was excellent. Great location about 10min walk from la colina train stop Definitely well recommend
