Came here in July for first time it is a very big hotel with lots of areas, our room was high up on ninth floor with lovely views of pool area and beach. There was three lifts servicing our floor but they were small four people max, food was lovely everyday, evening entertainment wasn’t the best but your not at butlins. There was kids clubs all day. Overall lovely hotel

Very nice hotel. Large pool complex, very close to the beach, WiFi everywhere, clean, good food, interesting drinks. What I missed was music by the pools or even quiet music at the bars. Parties—there were often only short shows, but there was no place to dance, and sometimes the plates in the dining area were not properly cleaned. What cannot be denied is the service. All the staff, especially those in the kitchen and the cleaners, are very hardworking people who are always smiling and helpful. The greatest respect to them!

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel! The experience was a nightmare from the start. The staff is completely disrespectful and rude. They made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. If you walk away from your lounge chair for just 10 minutes, they will remove all your belongings without even asking. This behavior is completely unacceptable. The facilities are awful, old, and poorly maintained. There's nothing worth mentioning positively. The food was the worst part: it caused us a severe food poisoning, which completely ruined our vacation. The dishes were tasteless, poorly cooked, and it’s clear they don’t follow any hygiene standards. The staff has no idea how to run a hotel. They are untrained, incompetent, and it seems like they don’t care about the well-being of the guests at all. Their attitude towards customers is appalling. In summary, everything was a disaster. I won’t return, not even if they paid me.

Originally, I wrote a good strong review of this place. First few days I really enjoyed my time here. But it gradually got worse on the last few days. First of all, the cleaning staff here are hardworking and make the rooms look great. However, on the one of the last days the staff decided it was a good idea to move my laundry into the bidet. Why? I have no idea. I never requested this and for some reason my own washing that I never mentioned to them was dumped in the same place people wash their bums!!! I don’t understand the logic here. Why move someone personal items that they never asked to be moved into the most unhygienic place of this entire hotel room!!! Secondly, the hotel is overpopulated, simple. Too many people for such a small place (in comparison). The buffet system is often overcrowded and the poor chefs clearly can’t handle the literally hundreds of armies trotting down to get some food. Also, not necessarily the hotels fault however something worth mentioning: People stare here. I don’t know why but there are some weird families holidaying in Torremolinos. You will just get random stares. Most families here are also inconsiderate, rude and do not care for other’s. They will have their kids running rampant across bar areas, poolsides and buffets, all when you’re trying to enjoy your OWN holiday. If you don’t have kids or a big family, learn from our mistakes and do not book here. Positives: Great location, that doesn’t change no matter the hotel situation. It’s right near the beach and seaside shops. Accommodating and welcoming reception/bar staff.

We stayed in the xtra room with sea view with daily mini bar refreshments at no additional cost. Bed and breakfast booking and I have to say.. the breakfast was one of the best I've ever experienced.. room was very clean with daily service cleaning. On arrival there was a long queue to get checked in about 30 minutes, Cleaning staff were excellent as were the front of service guys in the restaurant. Would I stay here again.. definitely 😁 great hotel and and good location..
