Fab hotel. Staff /service great. Entertainment very good.
I can't believe some of the negative comments on here. Food was always varied and always hot. We were there in February. It was not cold at all but if temp dropped we switched air con to heat!!?? Blankets in wardrobe. TV had loads of channels. I do not believe anyone who says corridors were noisy, you don't hear anything. If drunk people around, they were probably not hotel residents. Security was excellent. I am desperately trying to book for June / July but flights and availability do not correspond. I will definitely be back at some point. Oh, and IT IS totally a family resort. !!!!!!!!

Came on 23rd April for 4 nights. Overall a good hotel. Just a few things that need attention. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I was shocked at. There seems to be a drainage issue. Our room was on 14th floor and smelt of drains every day. Every so often the smell overpowered us and made us feel sick! Another person on our floor said the same thing.
Breakfast was good and pool area was lovely. Not sure I'd choose this place again though.

Arrived at the hotel at 21.30hrs and it took nearly an hour to check. Eventually got to the room and it was like a prison cell. No balcony, just a window. If I wanted the window open, I had to climb over a single bed to get to the window. The view from the window was an alley way with a car garage. Rooms very basic, walls paper thin and the noise was horrendous at times. Food was awful, burnt and cold. Great location. I've tried it now but will not be returning.

Very basic hotel. Rooms are just that could do with at least one picture on the wall. Beds were fairly comfortable and linen was changed every couple of days and room was cleaned daily. Had to hire a kettle so we could have a cup of tea in the morning my advice go to one of the shops and buy one it's cheaper also had to pay for a key for the safe. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Buffet type evening meals not to bad, shame about the staff not very friendly and make sure you leave at least one person at the table if you get up to get something else or what's on there will be cleared away and someone else will be seated there. TV in the room had English channels so always something to watch if you were staying in. The lifts are very slow

Came here on holiday in 2012 with my mummy and daddy. I absolutely love this place as I am a big fan of ITV1 Benidorm TV Show series. I enjoyed exploring all the parts where they filmed all the scenes for the program and the food here is absolutely fantastic and the staff of very very nice and helpful they even put on my all-inclusive wristband for me and they look after people with Autism as I am Autistic I really enjoyed my time here and hopefully I will come back and eat all that lovely delicious food and drink and the swimming pool is absolutely massive included a fun Flintstones playground park for the little kiddies and kids to play on. and they even have different colourful palm trees. so what are you waiting for come over to Benidorm and book your stay here and have a lovely time like I did and explore the Benidorm sets around the hotel where they filmed it all. Don't be fooled for what you see on TV because everything you see is not completely there it's spread out throughout Benidorm including the pink studio that is located near the Benidorm Palace.
