Stayed here for a week good location found the staff very friendly food was OK bit repetitive but choice was fine meat fish pasta and salad. The rooms were a good size people say a bit dated ok but it was only to sleep in didn't intend to spend a week in it. Cleaning and change of bedding every day so can't complain there all in all would I stay again for the price yes.

A solo traveller staying in January. A very comfortable clean room nice comfortable bed and a tv with a few English channels. I was in for a week bed and breakfast and the food was very good plenty of choices and nice friendly staff. Being January it's not to busy either. A good location bars and restaurants close and 5 mins down to the beach front. The pool here is amazing but to cold to go in but was nice enough to sit in the sunshine around the pool .

We’ve had a lovely stay here. Location is great. The pool is amazing and the service from the members of staff have been great in particular. Javio and the security guard on the main door making sure we’re safe looked after and having a lovely time. My only downfall, unfortunately it’s a food. It’s been absolutely shocking one day out of the seven we’ve been able to eat something other than chips and mayonnaise. Cleaners have also been great, but again some days they’ve just left the clean linen on the bed and taking the bins out Which I think it’s quite lazy to be honest And in the rooms you don’t have any kettle or anything to make teas you only have a fridge and the air-conditioning blows out warm heat The hairdryer did blow up and stopped working. Overall we’ve had a lovely day and if you want to experience Benidorm as in you’re in the series it’s amazing just some of the smaller details can unfortunately be disappointing. Stay away from the food if I’m completely honest and big shout out to the security guard and javio Who have genuinely looked out for our best interest and made our holiday amazing. If you’re young and you’re thinking of staying here, I was honestly avoid it as we felt very judged and looked down on as it’s mainly further older generation

On arrival the hotel could not do enough for us and the room is so comfortable for us. The food is enough for us to enjoy and plenty of it and very good selection. Very clean and tidy beautiful clean towels. Entertainment is very good, Alonso, Pablo, Alejandra, Diego, Marta, Javier, Nando, Miriam. Yes I would recommend the hotel. Christmas was and is brilliant 👏 The entertainment team keep going and are very good at there job 👏

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff! Carlos (Security) deserves a mention, absolute legend. The food was outstanding and always a great choice. The breakfast chef could smile more! The only thing that stopped me giving it 5 stars are the rooms. Granted this is a 3 star hotel, the rooms are very tired and could do with a refit for noise insulation either side and above. One can hear their neighbours, a little too well at times 🤪🤪 I would look at coming here again, if f the room situation is fixed. Otherwise, really did enjoy my four night stay here. 👏👏👏
