This hotel was outstanding for so many reasons. Staff - all staff were exceptional. From the front desk, to the bars and restaurants and the animation team - everyone was fantastic. But an extra special shout out to Jenna, Mo and Soufiane who really stood out as exceptional people that are a credit to the hotel and made our stay very special. Entertainment/Animation Team - the whole team were excellent and had a wonderful ability to get you involved. They create a wonderful atmosphere through the hotel and make a real effort to get to know people. The best team we have seen by some way. Food - excellent variety and very good quality. The head chef also took a real interest in our experience from the start. Rooms and facilities - the whole resort is incredibly clean, including the public toilets. Our room was lovely and very spacious (Family Suite). We would return for sure!

Hotel was very clean and staff are very helpful when you need them. the bar and food are phenomenal. The rooms are very clean and the cleaners are very welcoming and helpful if needing any hygiene products ext. Khalil is a very good and is able to get you involved in all activities the activities overall are outstanding such as the pool party at night on Saturday. Overall the stay here is definitely worth booking

The food is a buffet and has a variety of delicious options and even for allergy’s the chefs are always willing to do things that you can eat. The workers always have great attitude and always want people to join in games and very convincing to do stuff even if you don’t want to. The hotel in general is quite a classy place and has multiple beautiful rooms and when it’s hot outside you can come in a have the air con which is a great gust of coldness for when your sweating. I would recommend for anyone and i would come back if i had the chance to next year.

Had a really great time away at Sol oasis the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for any of them. Also the entertainment was top class always something going on whether it be pool games yoga or even salsa classes with khalil. The entertainment staff also make sure that everyone gets involved. There’s also a wide variety of food that fits most people’s taste buds.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The entertainment staff truly made the experience unforgettable – a special shoutout to Khalil, who brought so much energy, fun, and positivity every single day. Whether it was poolside games, evening shows, or just casual chats around the resort, Khalil and the team made everyone feel included and uplifted. And let’s not forget the cocktails – absolutely top-notch! Soufiane, the bartender, was amazing. Not only were his drinks some of the best I’ve had on any holiday, but he was also so friendly and attentive, always remembering our favorite drinks and serving them with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful – clean, spacious, and with a lovely Moroccan charm. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the variety of activities means there’s never a dull moment. If you’re thinking of visiting Marrakech and want a resort that combines comfort, fun, and genuine hospitality, Sol Oasis is the place to go. I’m already planning my next trip back!
