We had a fantastic stay at Sol Oasis Marrakech! The hotel is spotless and well- maintained, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights for us was the amazing kids club - the staff were so attentive and full of energy, and our children absolutely loved it. The variety of food available was impressive, with something to suit every taste and always fresh and delicious. There were plenty of activities throughout the day to keep everyone entertained, and the team made sure there was always something fun happening. The staff were truly lovely - always smiling, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. A special mention to the excursion team who organised a camel riding trip for us; it was a real highlight and such a memorable experience for the whole family. Highly recommend Sol Oasis for families looking for a relaxing yet fun-filled holiday in Marrakech!

The Sol Oasis in Marrakech offers an all-inclusive experience with plenty of food options ranging from local Moroccan dishes to familiar international fare. However, picky eaters or young children might find mealtimes a bit of a challenge, especially given the lack of kid-friendly variety. The dining hall itself leaves room for improvement—flies landing on the buffet and birds flying around were off-putting. It’s also worth noting that bottled water at the table isn’t included in the all-inclusive package, despite being freely provided in the rooms, which felt inconsistent. Service in the restaurant varied—sometimes attentive, sometimes non-existent—but the standout hospitality came from the two friendly and welcoming barmen at the lobby bar, namely Mohsine and Hicham who made our days and nights there especially enjoyable with their exemplary customer service. The pool area was an highlight, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around and no sign of the usual early morning bed-reserving rush. The vibe around the pool bar was laid-back, although not as friendly as the lobby bar. There’s also a quiet outdoor seating area just off the lobby, which was perfect for relaxing in the shade. Our room was a standard double with no balcony, but we found it clean, comfortable, and well-maintained apart from a leaking shower The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day, and we didn’t encounter any unwelcome bugs. The hotel’s lush grounds are clearly well looked after by a hardworking team, but the many levels, slopes, and unmarked steps could be a hazard, particularly at night or for those with mobility issues. These need to be painted to avoid unnecessary accidents There is a free shuttle bus into Marrakech, which runs frequently and makes it easy to explore the medina and souks. Just be prepared for local “guides” who often greet the shuttle and offer tours—these are not official and usually come with strings attached, including visits to overpriced stalls run by their friends. If you’re confident navigating on your own, you won’t need their help. On the tech front, the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout the hotel, with only one brief hiccup that was quickly resolved Overall, the Sol Oasis delivers a relaxing stay, but for a four-star all-inclusive in Marrakech and the price paid it has unfortunately come up a long way short of our expectations. Would we stay here again ? That is always the question…..The hygiene would have to vastly improve in the restaurant to even be a consideration

What a wonderful hotel! We have had such a lovely Easter break. The staff literally cannot do enough for you. Full of activities for everyone especially our 5 year old! She has had a blast! Big shout out to the entertainment team! Superb food and drinks, spotless hotel and rooms and a safe atmosphere. 5 star!

Our 3rd year running coming to this beautiful place, we decided to come back for our 10 year anniversary ❤️ and the staff have been nothing but attentive to us after letting them know we were returning. The entertainment team are absolutely amazing and have the best selection of entertainment for the evenings. The food is outstanding and the rooms are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff here,they work so hard and are absolutely amazing. Thank you as always for the most wonderful time.

Definitely I recommend this hotel. Even located outside Marrakesh you can book shuttle to city, what was very convenient. Food was good, with a lot of choices, however if you’re staying week or longer became the same. I regret that the table with fresh vegetables was not fresh as should be and not good quality. Besides room was always very clean with fresh towels. Great thank you to entertainment team ( Nouha, Zak, Mido, and Chico) to make every day special.
