I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Marrakech. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the bathroom felt a bit old and could use some renovation. The hotel is located a bit far from the city center; however, they offer a shuttle service that can be easily booked through their app for both going to and returning from the city, which makes transportation very convenient. The swimming pool is outdoors and not heated. I stayed in December, and while the water was cold and the weather was in the low twenties, I was still able to swim and enjoy it. There were plenty of sunbeds available, with no need for reservation. There is a pool bar serving snacks and drinks; the quality was average but acceptable. The hotel also has beautiful green areas that are very relaxing and pleasing to the eye. The buffet restaurant food was good with a nice variety. The spa at the hotel is excellent and definitely worth trying. Most importantly, the staff were polite, helpful, and provided great service throughout the stay. Overall, it was a nice experience and good value for money. It is a spot for relaxation.

This is our second visit to the hotel in the last 2 years and once again it has not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are immaculately maintained, the large heated pool is probably one of the best I have seen in any hotel. The food has been outstanding - a particular mention for the fresh bread and the deserts are stunning, they almost look too good to eat, it was great to see Chef out making sure all of his guests were happy. The shining stars of this hotel are the staff, who without exception are absolutely fantastic and a credit to The Melia group. The entertainment team have been fantastic and wholly professional, just the right amount of encouraging guests to participate while leaving them to relax when requested. A special thanks to Khalil and Jimmy who really made sure we were all ok and having a great time while Karim our drinks waiter made sure we were looked after while we relaxed. The weather this week hasn’t been great but that really is the only downside to our holiday, the standard of the hotel and its staff have really made up for this. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and will most definitely be visiting again. Well done Sol Oasis!

We have had a great time with this hotel for our first trip to Marrakech and indeed Morocco. The hotel itself is a beautiful paradise for one to explore and enjoy the natural beauty and architectural elegance this great country has to offer. Around every corner you turn, pleasant surprises always await you, be it exquisite design of Moroccan history or the natural endowment of fruit trees or the sunny exhibiting of unique courtyards. Then, most outstandingly and most commendably are its staff; they turn stone into gold, so to speak and they turn dark clouds into sunny blue sky. They are truly professional, competent and above all super friendly. In particular, I would really like to thank HAITEM, the front desk manager, who shows great charisma in his leadership in leading a fantastic team in welcoming guests into the hotel and in presenting the best of the hotel through the front desk. He personally goes extra miles in making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Not only does he have a super friendly and pleasant personality, but he has the customer satisfaction as his priority and his work ethos is so admirable that he personally sees to it that our initial room issue is satisfactorily sorted and to our great happiness even whilst he is off duty - my hat off to such an assiduous manager in looking after the hotel's guests in such an impressive way. Last but not the least, the hotel lacks none that the best hotel has to offer - great culinary choices, diversity of entertainment, great sporting and exercise facilities, spa, frequent shuttle bus services to the town; it is worth bearing in mind that each aspect of the service is provided by wonderful staff showcasing the best of Moroccan hospitality and culture. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel. With Mr. HAITEM, the front desk manager's great leadership and personality, rest assured that you will be well looked after and you will have an amazing time with this superb place and enjoy the best this hotel and indeed this great country has to offer.

This hotel and resort definitely deserves 5 star for the experience me and my family members had for a week stay celebrating new year 2026. First a context regarding name - All inclusive is 3 times meal - Breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is accompanied with wines and cocktails all the time. This is a first for me to have so much of food and alcohol served to their guests. The property is located on the outskirts of Marrakesh, you can coordinate with the hotel to arrange pickup and drop from airport at some fees. The resort is spacious with sports and gym facilities in one area, massive swimming pool in central area, spa facilities and huge restaurant and cocktail area to rest. The rooms are spacious. I had booked for family of 4 with 2 kids. The family rooms has sofa converted to kid beds and a separate room for adults. Mind there are no doors for the adult rooms. The food served has lots and lots of options. Fresh cooked, patisserie and Moroccan dishes in breakfast. Lunch is a massive spread with grill meats and pasta being prepared freshly. Dinner is equally massive spread. There is a new meat option served daily. Deserts options are too many to get spoiled. The New Year 2026 Gala Dinner was a next level spread of delicacies. As an individual travelled to many continents; I have never come across such a spread and blend of flavors and taste. Red meat, white meat, seafood, local Moroccan flavours- you think and they had it served. Lively Moroccan music added to the festivities. Kudos to the entertainment team which comprised of young individuals who shelled out fabulous moments to cheer and relish. Bollywood night to lightning show to new year performance; everything was fabulous. The housekeeping team is fabulous and they are on their toes all the time to keep the property clean and tidy. Well done to the resort managerial team of running the show flawless and satisfying so many customers from all ages and from all over the world.

Just had an 11 night stay at the end of November and had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean, lovely cocktails and food. The entertainment staff are very friendly (Khalil - my favourite. Funny and loves to dance. Also nouha, jimmy and, youngi) and love to have a laugh and put on great shows in the evening. There is lovely live music every night and something different after. I can’t fault anything about this hotel and the staff. The waiters are great at taking care of you when it comes to service (Red 1, soufiane, Brahim) and I can’t wait to come back. It’s a lovely relaxing atmosphere and housekeeping keep the rooms lovely and clean. 100% recommend!!!
