Stayed here in May and would highly recommend to anyone got everything to keep kids entertained and different theme nights for food which was good. Only negative was the room size bit small but apart from that my 2 boys both 8 at the time had an amazing stay and so did me and my wife. Close to the main strip but noise etc was never a problem never heard a thing the whole time we were there.

Excellent family hotel, so much to do honestly. Couldn’t find a single fault. Staff were excellent! Jam-packed days filled with activities for littles and evenings for both kids and parents Breakfast/lunch/dinner options are plentiful and DELICIOUS. Facilities are spotless, modern and just beautiful. I can not recommend this hotel enough truly. I’m afraid however, I won’t be able to top this holiday-going to have to come back again and again!

Room - Smelt like a public toilet. The size was decent enough size/Layout. Out on the balcony with the above room constantly smoking cannabis is rank. Staff - They did what they could for us & Pleasant Pool - Scottish sea is hotter than the swimming pools. I wear glasses and I was asked to remove them. Sorry I can’t bloody see when i take them off. I wasn’t exactly swimming I was looking out for my child. Food - I chipped my front tooth on the pizza it was that bad. The options for kids is chicken finger and chips or chicken fingers and chips. The food was below average. Very very poor Area - nothing to do with young children. Everything is for couples and older kids. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. It’s Horrendous! The manager told me everyone has a different experience and that’s fair enough but when you look through the comments there’s a theme. Tattoos, Thongs & Lip filler is the current trend here. Note to the park All inclusive and we had premium but you had to pay when in the park even though they’re the same place. Pointless. Avoid - Avoid - Avoid

Overall a really nice hotel with great staff and with alot of great activities for kids, they do have a strict age 1 - 3 and age 4+ policy in the soft play area you should know about . Also, some kids might find the upside down house a bit TOO scary. Id recommend the hotel at its current state for kids age 5+ in our opinion. Pool fantastic, splashpark very cool, location excellent, didnt use the golf or other activities (for bigger kids) but looked very good, less that 5mins to walk to beach with kids. Staff all excellent doing a great job. I cannot find any information about the characters or story behind the characters that walk around, their character design is a bit scary and unusual, our daughter called them monsters, but some kids seemed to know their name so i dont know if its a spanish TV show or what. One complaint actually, we cant for the life of us understand why the music on our side of the hotel was BLARING till 10 - 11pm at night, when we look out over the balcony, there is no sign of anyone there, maybe a small group somewhere in the corner, but why does the entire hotel full of families and kids in bed have to listen to that music when nobody is down in the stage area or maybe 1 or 2 may be down there in the corner, i mean, move them inside for music or turn it down enough for them to just listen. Its not like any of them are clubbing and dancing to it, really unnecessary.

We loved staying here with our children. We went last Halloween as was pleasantly surprised. Super child friendly. It was so lovely to see how much effort the hotel made with decorating the whole place for Halloween. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this in a hotel abroad before. Our room was lovely, although I would have liked if the child lock at the top wasn’t broken. The pools were nice. The slides were really fun. The soft play was great! The food was good, I did enjoy the themed nights. Honestly fab for kids and parents. Lots of activities. Also a short walk out of the hotel to get to shops etc. Would definitely recommend :)
