### Hotel Review In general, the hotel is great for families. However, the food quality did not meet our expectations, especially considering the premium we paid specifically for Melia hotels. On a positive note, the rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff checked daily if we needed cleaning. We encountered an emergency situation with both of our children who were vomiting. We asked the reception to call a doctor, who arrived after 45 minutes. The doctor informed us that our child needed emergency hospital care as he could not assist and charged us €165. He directed us to a hospital which turned out to be incorrect, causing us to lose another hour finding the right hospital. Once there, the hospital staff stated that it was not an emergency and that the doctor could have treated our child at the hotel. As a result, we incurred additional costs at the private hospital. The rest of our holiday was spent in the room. To be honest, we will not be returning to this hotel.

Very disappointed with the amount of money we paid for our family holiday. We were given two tiny rooms in which me and husband had to separate ourselves for the week as our children are underage to have their own room so I ended up in one room with my 2 year old daughter and 10 year old son and my husband had to be in a separate room with my 13 year old son, we really should have been given a family room. The rooms were so small, no room for suitcases, not enough storage so clothes were everywhere! The cleaners even said that the rooms were too bad to clean as we had literally nowhere to put our clothes or store suncream etc.. Food was awful 😖 same thing everyday especially the snack bar, it served leftovers from the night/breakfast before. Luckily we were around some decent restaurants for us to eat out but also added costs to the already expensive holiday. The park was disapointing long waiting queues but no one was even in there? 2 small pools, not enough sun loungers, we ended up sitting on tables and chairs most of the time as sunloungers had towels on all day with no one sitting on them. No daytime entertainment whatsoever, very boring. Music the same everyday. Avoid if possible, save your money

Not the best location for families, just off the magaluf strip 🙈 The food is very basic here. If you are a plain fussy eater, this will probably suit you. Long ques at dinner time, rooms are very small. Nice pool, and a great splash park. I would say kids ages 2-10 perfect hotel for them. All 4D rides are included. But I would say better for ages 6+ The little Crazy golf courses are a perfect addition to the hotel. We came in April, the weather was good, and the pools were too cold if I'm honest. If I were you, I would come here from mid May onwards. Kids club and entertainment every night is good for the kids. As is the soft play. 😊

Fabulous 5 days with my girls. Hotel was amazing especially for a 2 yo. We only came B&B which proved to be very expensive when you went for the buffet lunch, it was great food and lots of choice but mounted up over 5 days. Hotel has so much to offer everyone, families or couples can have fun here. We did everything, so close to the beach which was great.

Truly a family/kids orientated hotel. The staff were excellent, from reception to the bars and everyone in between. The facilities were wonderful. The kids club crew were exceptional. Every single one of them clearly love kids and their energy is boundless. The splash park is great craic and the kids loved the upside down house.
