We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable — everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from every day. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the activities and entertainment team. They went above and beyond to create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere. Their enthusiasm, creativity, and genuine care made every day exciting and full of joy. Whether it was games, informative or daily sports activities they kept the energy high and made sure everyone was having a great time. A special shoutout to Dani (if I remember correctly) whose great energy and warm personality stood out. Dani not only made every activity fun and engaging, but also gave us some fantastic tips about exploring the island, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Thanks to them, we made great memories and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We can’t thank them enough for the positive energy they brought — they’re a credit to the hotel and a big reason why we would love to return. Highly recommended!

I stayed 10 days at Sol Fuerteventura Jandía – All Suites and was shocked by the lack of hygiene and professionalism throughout the hotel. 1. In the show kitchen, the bottom of a fridge was visibly dirty with what looked like meat juice or blood – every single day. Right next to it, used spatulas and spaghetti hanging out of pots were left uncovered and in full view of guests. 2. In my room, ants were crawling on the furniture during the entire stay. 3. The buffet items were not labeled correctly, and one day I found out the so-called “turkey salami” was not turkey at all – only after I challenged the chef did he change the sign. 4. I spoke with the General Manager. He apologized, but refused any kind of refund. They later sent me a bottle of sparkling wine and sweets – which was a nice gesture, but doesn’t change the fact that serious hygiene rules were ignored. this is nowhere near 4 star standard. I booked this hotel because I trusted the Meliá brand. Sadly, this experience was a complete disappointment. I do not recommend this hotel – and will never return.

We stayed here for one week and were impressed overall. The rooms were tidy, well kept and clean much like every visible area of the hotel. Food choices were consistent each day although the evening meals had more variety and the drinks of good quality. The heated pool was a real bonus even though it was windy outside the pool being warm made a big difference. If you have children it's very kid friendly and all staff interacted with my son in a positive way which he loved. We didn't use the kids club but The housekeeping and entertainment teams were visibly excellent throughout and I've held back one star for service after a frustrating conversation with one of the service team which was a shame considering how excellent everyone else was throughout.

We had a truly unforgettable experience at this wonderful hotel. From the reception to the impeccable attention of the entire staff, every detail reflected care and excellence. The atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming and conveys a sense of well-being that exceeded our expectations. It was a surprising and delightful stay in every way.

This is a 3rd year we are here at the Sol Jandia, we come here because of good food, good friendly staff and short distance to the sea. Also because its relaxing family friendly hotel. The only 1 point which needs to be mentioned is the adult activities area needs shadow. Its way too hot and you struggle to survive exercising rather the focusing on workout. Seems maybe this is the reason not many people joining. I can see there is many more adult exercise vs last year which is great! However would be good to add every few days HIT training and weight exercising. The activities team is the best !!!! The are not forcing you but politely inviting !
