No difference than in 2018, the Cosmopolitan is a fantastic hotel let's do a little reading! 1. Late arrival at night from Germany and reception personnel were great. We had time to eat a late dinner while the reception did all the paper work. 2. Room was clean and totally satisfactory. 3. Breakfast next morning Absolutely as it was in 2018. The restaurant personnel are super friendly and helpful. 4. Pool and outside area wonderful, clean and well maintained. 5. Housekeeping a five star in itself. The room was well cleaned and the bed always fresh made along with fresh towels and overall cleanliness.
Last but noteworthy is the Hotel Manager and of course the Restaurant Manager who are always available for comments and suggestions..not a easy job, not at all. I highly recommend this hotel.
Absolutely great. Wonderful Hotel Staff, Management and close to my heart the great resturant. I posted my 5 star review in 2018 and finally after a long time due to Corona, I will be back in October 2023. Can't wait. And I was back.....great!

We arrived at around 11pm and was greeted by a lovely entrance. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room due to our room not being cleaned yet. We were also given some snacks and water due to arriving late which I thought was a lovely touch. Our room was clean and had a great view of the sea (as shown in picture). There's something about white linen which makes a room and bed look fresh.
The pool was very nice and had a nicebar with good staff who were always happy to help (the drinks were always strong which as a drinker I did appreciate this) the pool wrapped around to more sun loungers near the front which was great as we never had to fight or be without at least 2. The pool also had toilets and a shower which I always find handy. Good little pool for children but I can't really say I saw any children running around as it was very quiet.
The one reason why I gave it 4 star and I would give it 4.5 stars if I could was the location. It was pretty far from anything really and noy in walking distance. There was 1 or 2 bars a good walk on the right as you left but they didn't really have anything about them. The only way to get to Rhodes itself is via taxi or hire car. Other than this though and if you're not fussed about visiting Rhodes (which was absolutely beautiful and had so much history with great places to drink, eat and shop) then this place is perfect for you as it has everything you need.
Entertainment was great as well as the food which was a buffet style as the norm for AA.
All in all I would visit this place again for a relaxing holiday. The only downside was its location but you can't change that hence why if I could I would award this place 4.5 stars.

We have the most wonderful time at Cosmopolitan. The staff exceptional service leaves a lasting impression, going above, and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and attended to. Food we could not fault, great choices and fresh. Outside the hotel, there is a handful of shops and restaurants walking distance in both directions and there is a taxi rank by the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our sea view room, was spotless. Gardens communal areas, where spotless, too. The staff ,so friendly and helpful, they all do a fantastic job with a smile, and very pleasant. Food excellent, with a wide variety of foods. The hotel is nicely situated with a good few bars, restaurants, shops nearby, & within walking distance. Thank you Cosmopolitan hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel. It is clean and the food is great. The location is also good; close to the beach and local restaurants, but there is also a bus stop outside the hotel with regular buses to Rhodes Town that takes around 10 minutes. What really made this hotel for us though was the staff. Every member of staff works very hard to make guests feel welcome. Special mention to Vasilles in the restaurant who, despite having so much to do, always took the time to speak with us and made sure we had a table ready.
My wife has gluten and dairy food allergies and the hotel staff couldn't do more to cater for her. Every morning, the lady at the pancake station would make my wife fresh pancakes with a special free from mix. And every evening, at least one of the chefs (sometimes three!) would walk her around the buffet and explain which items were gluten and dairy free. My wife is always nervous eating out in public at fear of getting unwell, but the staff at Sol Cosmopolitan were very accommodating and put her mind at ease.
On our "last" day, we got talking to the hotel manager/owner who was really friendly. He seemed genuinely interested in our feedback and wanted to know that my wife had been taken care of at meal times with her allergies in mind. Our flight home had been cancelled due to a fire at Luton Airport. The hotel manager made sure we were able to get another room and extend our stay by one more night, brilliant! Roula and Agapitos were really helpful to make sure this wasn't stressful for us.
Overall, would definitely recommend the Sol Cosmopolitan!
